Good Location , and the 4 th floor river view in the winter is lovely , the exercise equipment had 3 bikes all broken , lobby coffee was great . Parking is extra
Old, dirty, bad staff, and also charged way extra than advertised!”
Agoda reported cost like $102 per night per stay, I took 2 rooms for 2 nights, end up I paid almost $170 per night per room!! They add whole a lot of TAX and service fee as hidden expenses!! Also parking is not free!! They charge $35 per night!! AVOID at all cost! Room is old and dirty with a 20 year old AC!! bathroom is too small, not even a 3 star hotel!! The only thing they have is a good locatioin!! AVOID at all cost!!
Location is great with a nice view”
I was stayed in 9 floor which most of Asians do, it’s not high enough to see the whole view of the Falls, the trees are almost the same level with the Falls when you look out the window. we found that there were 2 old towels on the shower rod when we walked in washroom, it’s like the housekeeper didn’t notice that the last customers hang the towels on it, it’s a little bit gross. The pillow is full of the cotton wool or something which we don’t want to touch it at all. And when I open the drawer of the desk, there’s a photo of a couple, maybe it’s from the last customer also, but it’s super weird that your housekeeper didn’t notice it again. Anyway, the view is still amazing, but the cleanliness is not match to the price of your room.
It was perfect falls view.
Provide good falls view.
As promised direct full view of Niagara falls!”
The Niagara falls view is simply first class. The full floor to ceiling window simply offers us the unblocked view of the falls at any time we choose to look at it! Everytime the view of the falls is different but always magnificient! Worth every cent of the money paid and more! Will be back!
Good Value, Great Location, Central to everything”
Stayed in Jul 2018. Location was awesome, literally minutes away from The Keg, Fallsview Casino, Incline Railway, and tons of surrounding restaurants. Hotel was good, stayed in their Premium suite, double queen beds. 5th floor. Saw the falls and fireworks at night very clearly. Central of downtown Niagara, Closest U.S. border is the Rainbow Bridge, but recommend driving through Lewiston as it less congested. My only disappointment was the bathroom. Very dated. For a premium suite, I expected a premium feel. The complementary toiletry very limited and kind of cheap. If you're not a fan of vanilla scented products, bring your own. Cups provided was individually wrapped plastic cups. No toothbrush/ toothpaste provided. Good thing I brought my own. As cheap as it may feel, it was still ok and I will stay at the hotel again given the choice. $35 parking, all day, in and out. Quite reasonable, compared to surrounding hotels and what they offer.
Understaffed. Took 2 hrs to get my cable looked at in the room. Coffee station empty. Great location though.
Another great visit to the Falls”
We live in Ontario and visit the Falls a lot, especially when when we have visitors. This time around we brought friends from New Zealand and they loved it! Great view, close to lots of restaurants and bars. It was a terrific spot.
Review of the hotel”
we book a 2 queen bed facing the falls view room. From the room we can see the fall. We stay on Sunday night, there is firework at 10pm. We are able to see the firework from the room. The hotel is near the falls incline railway where you can take the railway to have a closer look at the fall.
The views from the hotel were amazing. We had an excellent view of the falls. The staff in the hotel were efficient, polite and helpful. The breakfast diner was disappointing as was the restaurant, Remmingtons, which was highly recommended by the hotel.
We were 2 Australian couples visiting the Falls. We were put in a hole of a room on the 2nd floor and had a view of the car park. Our friends had a room on the 3rd floor with a little more space. Considering we paid nearly with tax for the rooms, we were totally shattered. We paid for parking although the car park was full and couldn't get in. We had requested "Falls View" and a high floor and considering the hotel had 20 something floors, it was soo disappointing
very close to the Niagara falls”
superb location, I paid little bit extra to have a premier room, I can have a super great view of Niagara fall from the room, which is very impressed. room is very big, with living room and jacuzzi wash room. it is not a modern new hotel but comfortable and worth the money . recommend.
good location, good window view.
Nicer than you think.”
when we arrived our room wasn't ready which was fine because i entered through the very low end wing of the hotel and i was worried what my room might look like, so i quickly checked out a few hotels within walking distance and compared rates and room with what i was shown. after my comparison we decided to stay as the rates for hotels with a parking lot view were the same price, so we chanced it. when our rooms were ready we checked in and were pleasantly surprised that it was cleaner than we expected and with a better view. for a nice view of the falls at a better price than surrounding hotels, this place is worth the money.
Great hotel in a great location. ”
Opted for a room upgrade upon check-in, and I was so glad that I did! Had a Premier room on the 10th floor with the most fantastic view of both the Canadian & American Falls! Staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. The hotel had a very handy map of the local area, which made it easier to get around. Only feature that I would point out for further consideration is the car park. When you are a guest at the hotel, you are provided with a parking ticket that hangs from the interior mirror. Just felt that maybe some guests who used that car-park were not staying at the hotel and thus using up spaces for geniune guests. I had to park in the Applebee's car park near the hotel one time, as the guest parking behind the hotel was fully utilised.
Room With A View”
A great room for a great price! It was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed. I like how there's also a shower instead of just a tub. Even though we were surrounded with restaurants, you can't hear the hustle and bustle outside - which was very surprising. But other than having no "do not disturb" sign, we had a good night's sleep!
I did an honest mistake booking july 4, but did july 3,2018. Me and my friends from the philipines arrived july 4. And jist find out that my booking is july 3, 2018, i was begging the receptionist and the manager maybe they can give us discount or atleast do something bec its really an honest mistake, they didnt give any consideration and still charge my husband credit card the full amount. It was a bad experience in my part that i have to pay twice.
We were frizing plus the noisy guests at 1 am.
Nice suite next to casino”
The hotel is a stone throw away from the casino and the falls. I went during off season and they gave me a falls view room upgrade for free.
