Very big comfortable room and friendly staffs”
Room is considered big in hk. Bathroom is huge with a high shower head. My room was overlooking the harbour which is nice. There were people practicing tai chi early in the morning. Gym is not big or equipped. They serve simple afternoon tea from 4-8pm. Within walking distance to Olympian city. They only have 32 rooms within the same floor.
Luxuxy stay for our anniversary”
The room was spacious, bed was super comfortable, staff was so kind and helpful. Make sure you ask them when you need to go out or find something as they will recommend the best place to go and help you order a taxi (or recommend the MTR). Breakfast is a downside compared to the price they charge. There were only couple of fried stuff, boiled egg, bagels and bread and some coffee & tea. If you're a moslem, better order non-bf room (as they mix the potatoes etc with pork) and you can buy a whole lot halal food with the money this hotel charge. The only downside is the hotel location. It's ok when you plan to go everywhere by the MTR. If your target is the busy Tsim Sha Sui or all those cheap markets (Ladies, Jordan, Night Temple, etc), I found couple times taxis were not available (or asked three-to-four fold the normal cost by the taxi meter) to drop me to hotel location from Tsim Sha Sui, moreover from causebay area.
One of the best hotel that I ever stayed in Hong Kong; staff is polite & the room is big but of course the price is not cheap. Cons: Around 10 minutes from nearest mtr, drainage system really need improvement - need to cater much longer time to bath after one another, otherwise the whole toilet will be flooded.
The room is spacious. . It's really large comparing with other hotels. The facilities are good and enjoyable. The distance from the MTR station is a little bit long, but it's worth for the price and its space.
Room is huge compared to average hotels, the bed is super comfy, bathroom is super, perfect for a longer stay where you'd want to return to a more comfy room every night. The lounge is also nice to have, with free drinks & snacks in the afternoon. However one thing i wasnt happy with is the shuttle bus - the residential building next door has a shuttle bus but hotel guests are not allowed to use it which makes it very inconvenient. Would be great if they can collaborate!
The hotel is very nice and clean. It is very big in terms of space. Sometimes, it might just feel a bit too big. But, it is definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend it and I would want to return to it again.
In advertisements, say grand harbor view, but it only has 32 rooms and its on second floor, no harbor view at all, its very convenient to airport, take A21, 35 minuets and only cost less, breakfast shouldn’t charge extra, it’s only continental class,
The design of the hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly BUT the location is inconvenient for shopping and eating. The inhouse room service menu is also very limited and that makes staying more difficult. If one just wants to stay a day or two and/or due to business requirement then no choice else one may need to weight against other better locations.
very nice hotel”
The staff were really nice and helpful. The suite I was upgraded to was huge, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower, and closet area. It had a microwave and nice sized sink although i didn't have a need to use either. I was happy with the gym. Although it was relatively small, it had a good selection of equipment. The lounge with free beverages was really nice. I didn't eat breakfast there in the morning. It looked simple but good. The one thing I would say that wasn't ideal was that the room didn't have an obvious place to get work done. There was a small table with a couple chairs that i used with my computer, but it would be better to have an actual desk. It didn't really seem designed for a business traveler.
Totaly worth it”
The hotel is great and it truly gives you the 5 star experience. Rooms are big, clean and with great views. The toilets are the best ones I have ever seen, I fell in love with them :). The staff is friendly and always helpful. Breakfast is very basic but there are so many options available out there that it doesn't really matter. Metro station is also very close. You will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel.
I booked this place for visiting relatives. Fantastic property - probably the best room you are ever going to get in Hong Kong at this price. It's not in Central but it's only a short stroll to Olympic Station on the MTR which will take you to Central in a few mins. You are also away from the "hecticness" which is characteristic of TST and in fact most other areas of Kowloon. Highly recommended. James
Rooms are a work of art. Craftsmanship is top notch. Super quiet. Problem keeping rooms cool”
I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. With only 32 rooms, the support from staff is top notch. They provide every request quickly and happily. They could up the quality of that food in the lounge since there are no restaurants in the hotel and no bar.
Awesome hotel in Hongkong!”
The hotel is located near the Olympian MTR station, just 5-6 minutes walk from the stataion. Actually I didn't want to stay a hotel located in Tsim Sha Tsui(because I dont like crowded place). So, it was perfect choice for me to stay here. It could be confusing to find at first time, but if you get it once it's so easy to get there. The room was outstanding. My mom loved this hotel so much. Everyting in the room was so clean and cozy. The bathroom was also very clean and comfortable to use. This hotel is not a big one, which has just 32 rooms in the same floor. But the staying was so satisfying, especially for my mom. It was my first trip with my mom, and the hotel made our travel wonderful. The staff at the hotel was so kind and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel if you dont care about the location.(It's just no prblem to go the pupular spot because the MTR takes you to everywhere you want!) Already miss Hongkong and the Olypian Hongkong hotel.
Excellent hotel, spacious rooms, great staff”
If you're want something more than a standard 18 sq.m. hotel room in Hong Kong then this is the place to stay. The rooms are large, the decoration is classy and the feel of the hotel is one of opulence. It’s easy to find if you're coming by taxi (just tell the drive 'One Silversea') and easy to get to from Olympic MTR - just a 5 minute walk. The hotel occupies one floor of a very hi-so condominium and first impressions were great as the lobby is lovely, with a huge chandelier and mini escalator to the reception desk. The staff were courteous and helpful. As its a boutique hotel there is no pool, but it does have a gym and a lounge where breakfast is served in the morning and free snacks and drinks the rest of the day. The room was a very good size with a 42" TV, huge bed, amazing bathroom with separate shower, large tub and double sinks. The room also comes with a handy mobile phone with free internet access and local calls that you can take out with you when you go sightseeing. Not only would I recommend this place, I'd definitely stay there again.
Excellent service and cleanliness”
I booked without realizing it was a brand new hotel and we were all pleasantly surprised, including my two nephews. It is about 5 minute walk to the Olympian City, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel service, facilities and staff services are excellent. The hotel is 2 metro stop away from central. We bought octopus card for metro. Airport bus A21 is available for airport transfer, we used taxi which cost us $33.
We travelled with 5 months old baby. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is good. Room is spacious. They provided cot, baby bath tub, bottle steriliser. It was our first time travelling with baby and the hotel made it easier than we thought it was gonna be. Recommended.
Very nice hotel”
Very luxurious hotel, high ceiling, big room and big bathroom. Staff are extremely friendly. Fast internet connection; unlimited snacks/ soft drinks provided after 11am. Strongly recommended!!
Great rooms. Very clean and quiet. Nearby missing restaurants. SuperPark great.
Friendly staff, cozy hotel, was a nice stay
