Staff always contagiously smiling and happy which made guests happy too”
Its my second stay, and they have really strong wifi this time :) Quite expensive, but worth the stay if your business is in Ateneo de Manila. They are, after all, the one and only hotel within 2 miles around the school. If you are talking about Philippines, walking more than 2 miles under the heat of the sun and pollution is equivalent to walking for 20, so its so much better to stay in Oracle if you're going to Ateneo. I love the vibrancy of the staff. They are always accommodating whether over the phone or reception. All the reception and cleaning staff never fails to greet good morning good evening. Very polite and courteous, and that for me is the most important of all.
Best location for visiting parents! ”
I cannot think of any other location closer to the dorm where my son is staying. I appreciate the warm service of the staff and how they go the extra mile to satisfy their clients. I requested a packed breakfast as I had an early flight to catch and the meal came earlier than expected and brought to my room complete and well-packed. Thank you, Oracle Hotel!
GREAT!”
Apart from they did not have wifi when I was there, everything went great. The staff told me that the problem was in the wifi service provider because the entire Katipunan area's internet connection was off. SOoo, yes, its not the hotel's fault... Still, it was a bit disappointing because there are only three main considerations for me in booking a hotel, cleanliness, price and wifi. Overall, it was really nice staying in Oracle. Staff are accommodating and excellent location if your business is in the Ateneo de Manila... a lot of great restaurants around... I'm not sure about pubs though, havent seen one, maybe because its around academic area. I'd recommend this hotel. But perhaps you probably have to call first if their wifi is working already :)
Small but lovely”
The hotel is not the typical hotel that we see wherein there is a spacious space in the entrance. However, despite its size, it's close to proximity to the different business establishments like banks, groceries, bookstore, restaurants, fast foods compensate greatly for its limited space. This is a great location for business travelers, students and even families who are always on the go. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room is not that big but is sufficient enough to accommodate the four of us. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and let them see for themselves how practical to stay in this hotel.
Okay Hotel”
The room is small but cozy. The breakfast was okay. Location is fine if your purpose is either the Ateneo, Miriam or UP Diliman Campuses. Beyond restaurants and coffee shops, there isn't much to do. Accessible to Eastwood via taxi (roughly 90-100 pesos)

Perfect Wedding Preparation Venue for Katipunan Weddings :)”
We got married at Sta. Maria Della Strada Parish and we booked four rooms here for wedding preps and for some of our guests. Very helpful and accommodating staff, great value for money, and the rooms have a homey vibe. We had a great stay!
Just OK”
The unit is big and spacious, but it needs refurbishment and proper cleaning. The unit I got faced Katipunan Highway, so it was very noisy and it became impossible to sleep that I decided to check out one day earlier. Parking is very limited and elevator is tiny. The staff are friendly, prompt and courteous.
Aircon is too noisy. My daughter could not sleep. We transferred room already and aircon still very.”
When you turn the room aircon off. You will hear the other aircons from other rooms also very noisy. Hotel should properly maintain their aircon. This is the first hotel where we stayed in where aircon is so noisy that you feel you are in a battle zone.
Good”
Very near to Ateneo de Manila University
Above average”
The picture is misleading. It shows a coffee table (with 2 chairs) and a sink and microwave at the background. According to the front desk lady, they don't have a room with microwave. The AC unit was window type and was really loud/noisy the whole stay. My baby had a hard time sleeping, which means I had a hard time sleeping as well. The room was really small and windowless. Had I known, I should've just booked a motel as it looks the same, I might have saved a great deal. The beds were too small. The only plus would be the really nice and accommodating staff. And the breakfast was good.
Parking at oracle”
Parking is a real problem there. When you are a hotel guest, it is understood that you are entitled to a parking space, right? When i complained, i got an answer that said" first come first serve sa parking". Soeaking of unprofessionalism!
Pleasantly Surprised”
We liked this hotel very much when we stayed here for the graduation of our son from Ateneo High School. All the lobby staff were very polite and accommodating. The room itself was not big or fancy but very adequate. It had 3 single beds, airconditioner, electric kettle, cable TV, free wi-fi, small refrigerator, free bottled water and coffee, adequate closet space and a window facing the rear of the property. The beds, including the extra bed, were firm and nice to sleep on. The pillows were also large and soft. There was plenty of hot water for the shower, and complete set of toiletries. The bathroom was modern, clean and cool. We were most impressed by the fact that the housekeeping staff cleaned the room and turned down the beds in the early evening. We were out of the room at that time, but they turned on the airconditioner in anticipation of our return that night. The free breakfast was conducted in Roku (before it opened in the morning). The food was the usual Filipino breakfast (longganisa, danggit, tocino, tapa), fried egg, fried rice, fresh fruits and coffee. Again, nothing fancy but quite adequate and pleasant. Roku, the Japanese restaurant in the 5th floor, was also nice for dinner. Downstairs in the 1st floor, there is a Korean dessert cafe, where we had the best patbingsu we ever tasted. There is also a dessert buffet restaurant at the 3rd floor, but we did not get to eat there anymore. Despite the fact that this hotel is just across the street from Ateneo and right in the middle of Katipunan where traffic is ever-present, being in Oracle is like being in another world. The experience is almost 5-star because of the service and completeness of facilities. The only thing missing are recreational facilities like a swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis courts, gardens, and the like. On the other hand, the Oracle is not a resort but a hotel with a purpose. We will definitely stay there again next time we need to be near Ateneo, and we will recommend it to
Excellent service from all staff”
Their staff are courteous, friendly, helpful. If the security guard sees you with shopping bags, they will go all out to help bring the heavy stuffs for you right to your door step! There were always exchanges of hellos and good byes when we see them. They will go out of their way to make your stay so delightful.
'Oracle Highly Recommended'”
Although this is not a 4star hotel,Oracle, through its major effort to provide a clean and comfortable room and its extremely helpful and hospitable staff performs above its level. This affordable hotel was perfect for us because of its proximity to Ateneo de Manila and the good eating and shopping available in the katipunan/loyola heights area.
Location was great with different cafes”
We checked in quite late and so we were tired from the traffic when we came from the airport, so we were tired to go out and dine, was a little disappointed when we found out they didn't have in house dining. Good thing they were close to a lot of dining options. The air conditioning in both rooms were very small and insufficient. But the service was good, and breakfast was served in style. Over all the it was good value on your money since it was not expensive but not also cheap. We chose this hotel because of its location since it's in front of our sons university. It's a good place to stay for parents to visit kids in nearby college.
The Oracle Stay”
Location is good. No shortage of restaurants and other stores nearby, close to a gym. Hotel rate is fair although still not cheap. Staff friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean enough, but the bed linens were itchy. The room i stayed in which had a twin bed set in a small alcove with the aircon also there was not very comfortable, the aircon was noisy and all the cold air was hitting directly at the bed, which gave me a bad cold and sore throat during my stay. I was not able to sleep well. Water from the shower had very little pressure or none at all, which made me feel that i did not get a good shower. Wifi signal was not reliable.
A hotel near a university”
It was good. The staff were accomodating. The room is small and some amenities like toilet or tissue papers were lacking..Also there was no body soap, had to use handsoap for the body..Otherwise, the hotel is clean and it is safe..It is near a big University..
nice location”
The hotel is small and so is the room. There are rooms that don't have windows. The hotel is located is very accessible to school, mall, restaurants and other shops. It is easy to take public transport just outside the hotel.
A clean hotel with attentive and friendly staff”
The hotel met our needs to be in this location and met most of our expectations. It was quiet, clean, room made up each day, staff were attentive and friendly. The only negative was the room service breakfast that could be improved. Overall a very good value for money hotel that I would recommend and stay at again.
