Very nice boutique hotel in an unexpected location. Staff is helpful. Clean pool and hotel”
Coffee shop food is good, at a reasonable price. The only downside in our stay was the fluctuation of power which resulted to our aircon in the room to be cut for almost 2 hours. other than that, everything was ok.

quite disappointing breakfast food buffet is cold if u come at 630am ice with water has charge ice has charge bathroom has foul odor one pillow and one large throw pillow on the bed very very slow food service; 2 cups of rice took them 30 mins to serve order taker failed to inform after we waited so long that chopsuey is no longer available they run out of food last good friday understaff to the max the saving grace is their staff are friendly. but thank u for the accomodation.

Not sure why someone opened our room at around 4am”
2 personnel of the hotel opened our room using their key, and we are so surprised as we just arrived there early morning and we were about to sleep after a long drive.. It was not the room intended for us as we arrived very early.. so we were surprised..

My husband and kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast buffet is good, they ate unto the last minute. The staff are corteous and friendly.

What a disappointment, so unprofessional”
stayed two nights in the attractively build hotel, after arrival no towels in the bathroom, asking for towels received 2 small towels. Slept in room 106, until 24.00 hours the karaoke/band (?) was so loud that sleeping was hardly possible. Breakfast is until 10.00, tried to have breakfast at 09.00 O'Clock but just some toast and an omelette was available ; no waiter to see in the area, just the egg-station cook . After complaining a waitress appeared and she promised that " tomorrow" at breakfast all would be available. Sitting on the terrace in the evening appeared it to be impossible to sit at the grill/dining table , no place to bring your legs under the table, meaning the table is far to low/or chairs to high ; no soap and tissues in the Comfort Rooms near the terrace ("yes Sir, we will inform housekeeping") . Next morning expecting a nice breakfast after the disappointment before, again at 09.00 O'Clock at breakfast, ALL 8 shavings (serving hot food) where cold for the burners were out of fuel, asking the waiter what happened he pointed to the kitchen, it was not his problem.... the same waitress as I saw the day before arrived and I confronted her with her yesterday promise.......she just walked away, I went to the reception asking for the manager, a lady appeared introducing herself as " head of sales" ; asking her comment she told me " she was happy with my comments ,so they could work on it" . As I did not have breakfast I asked my money back for the breakfast which was not there, reception needed to call to the headquarters in Manila, after that I received my pesos 780 back that was paid for breakfast. Decide yourself to go there yes or not, unfortunately there are only 2 more ,smaller hotels nearby.

We loved the pool”
The staff were very polite and helpful. One thing though was that the breakfast was not good. And they did not refill the servings because we cane down at 9am but the breakfast should be until 10am. The rooms though were very clean and the.beds were comfortable. ..........;.....

There is no other hotel that I want to stay while in Mariveles Bataan but only the Oriental Hotel. This is my second time in here staying and third will be soon...
