Exceptional”
The hotel is great with friendly staff and a nice and cool rooftop with a beautiful view. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel serves a very nice breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the weakness is the location, as the nearest metro station is almost 10 minutes away on foot. I have plans to go back again next year.

Best service for fair prices ”
The only disadvantage of this hotel is that it’s 20 mins (!) walk from Monmartre and distant from the very center. But it’s nothing really, when you’re in the new facility facing iconic buildings and the rooftop is superb really. Thank all the staff for their hospitality, would not think twice to stay again!

Hotel was very clean, easy in and out. Room was nice, with a lot of useful stuff available. However, there were no slippers and no mini-bar available. The location is a bit far away from city center, but the rest was pretty good.

Good hotel but avoid the bridge area ”
Really lovely hotel with good facilities. Pity it’s located close to the bridge where they are some shady characters around and lots of dirt on the street. But if you go in the other direction you’re close to bud stops, tram stops etc. Beautiful rooftop bar, good shower, and nice room. Pillows were not the best and I should have asked for more pillows but we were so tired after long day of traveling.

Nice view for Eiffel Tower from the the roof of hotel where they serve good breakfast. Worth to spend extra few euros. Important parking space for cars. Bad point no small fridge where you can keep cold drinks. Would be helpful machine with cold drinks in the lodge. I have enjoyed and definitely come back to this hotel during next trip to Paris

Loved this hotel - new, modern feel, very clean, comfortable and attractive inside. Some people won’t love the urban area of the north edge of Montmartre but I did. Great bakeries, little supermarkets and public transport a short walk away.

The hotel is in a bit of dodgy area with lots of flea markets - but the actual hotel is gorgeous, clean, beautiful rooms and has a bar on rooftop with views of the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre

One comment on the location(advise to future travellers)”
This was our first time visiting Paris, so we did not really know the area of the hotel. Only thing we read was few travellers’ comments about the the location, which states that the neighborhood is not a safe place but there were also stating the opposite of it. I want to add to this, yes it wasn’t the most pleasant neighborhood to walk around, especially when there is a 10 minutes walk to either metro line(hotel is located right in between the two metre stops(700m each side). On our 4 days trip, we got catcalled or other words disturbed 2 times by the people around the hotel. I guess we are used to it because we travel outside Europe as well, but I’m sure it’s something that would be unacceptable to many travellers to be have to stay alert. To also avoid this, I recommend not using the metro line if you don’t have to, especially in late hours, instead use bus number 95 which goes right in front of the hotel(its first stop) and actually a 35 minutes ride to Louvre or other central areas. Make sure you have bought a ticket before you are on the bus, because unlike the information on the internet bus drivers do not sell tickets anymore. + If you are travelling here on a Saturday and Sunday and will be walking to the hotel from the North(Saint Quen side). I don’t recommend it at all. These days look like street market days, it’s very hard to walk here with a suitcase.

Amazing view from rooftop bar ”
Very comfortable stay, spacious and clean rooms. The really gem is the rooftop bar with views of the Eiffel Tower and sacre couer. I even got to see the bastille day fireworks. Well worth a visit!

The hotel was great - clean and staff were friendly! nearby are lots of shops etc, & metro all by walk. Effile tower from hotel is 1 hour 30 min - nice walk through the town Didn’t know i was supposed to pay a deposit and they refused to take cash when cash was all i had. Had to wait until i reach out to my cousin to send her card details for deposit. (I just think the hotel need to be flexible and take cash just as i was willing to pay the deposit even though i was not aware i must pay it) AC wasnt working but they opened the window for me as the electrician wasn’t around. Otherwise all was okay.

Great modern hotel but you need to know the neighbourhood”
Everything was good, but guests should be aware that the hotel is in a very edgy neighbourhood. It's perfect for the HUGE vintage/flea market of Saint Ouen, but is located just next to the Paris ring road in a deprived neighbourhood.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet”
The hotel was a pleasant surprise for being modern and clean. An oasis in the grime that happens in such a large city. Conveniently located for walking to the Stade de France but really necessitates the use of public transportation to get to the heart of the city. Staff were very pleasant and always gave a warm welcome. Didn't have time to use the restaurant so can't comment on that facility. Would highly recommend if the location suits you as plenty of transport links and surrounding eating places.

Location is not bad but slightly dodgy as there are many homeless people around. Staffs were super friendly and the room was clean. The pillows, however, had a weird smell. Quite a walk to the metro station but there’s a bus station just outside of the hotel.

Rooftop bar had a nice view and delicious menu. Reception helped with calling cab service. Reception kelt luggage after check-out due to late flight. Reception agreed to receive and keep wifi device from third party. The initial room assigned to us was big yet it did not have a safe and a fridge, and staff allowed us to change rooms. Unfortunately, our room keys kept malfunctioning. Also, two of our cab drivers told us to be careful when walking around the area at night.

But you have a bus stop just near to hotel (50 mtrs.) So you can travel anywhere from the hotel easily!
