Good value for location. Just a stroll away from the beach. Bedding had several stains, bed hard as a rock, the bathroom was tiny (bathroom curtain was the only thing that separated the "shower" from the rest, the curtain was literally laying on toilet it was so close together. Room was right off of street so you can hear all the road noise.
Excellent costomer service”
I was there just for a night as per flight transfer to BKK. It was marvelous for first impression from the Receptions staff that, she were offered help to me everything such as motor bike rental as per am local ID card and I did not bring my passport along with me as I thought local traveler will be more easier than other. But am wrong. All requirement of security were set in place as per bad experience from the pervious time. Over all this hotel were excellent location and customer service.
Great Hostel and nice staff”
Perfect place to stay for 2-3 nights. Close to everything and the staff is really nice (the girl at the front desk took us to the airport at 5am!). The rooms in front of the street are really noisy, but with earplugs you'll be fine. Only real con: the pool is not really clean, so don't go there expecting a nice pool!
Comfortable and pleasant stay”
The room is comfortable enough for me and my kids. Location is god, near to the beach and facing shoplots. Halal Restaurants are in walking distances. Hotel has its own swimming pool, and provide tables near the pool. No eating in the room due to ants problem. No iron. No fancy lobby and carparks are in an open space opposite the hotel. Still a good place for stay.
The staffs are very friendly. Can use their service for join van airport transfer also. Cheaper and start from 5.30 in the morning. you wont miss your flight at 8am. recommended. I just thought the room have the bathtub as written but no. but its not a big problem.
Perfect location. Just around the corner infront of the beach. Few steps to shops, eateries, massage and convenience stores. Halal food nearby for muslims. Pools was ok. Value for money. Nothing to complain.
Best staff ever!!”
Nice place to stay, near to beach, pool very nice and clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast very nice, mini buffet style. Fresh omelette, fried eggs made to order. Recommend for budget travels(rooms a bit dated, but totally fine)
They upgraded our room to pool view (we booked for city view) and had honeymoon decoration in our room on the 4th floor. Hotel has no lift / elevator, so it's good if you travel light as you'll need to climb up the stairs. The pool view is magnificent overlooking the beach and the limestone hill as well as some other hotels in the backyard. We had a small fridge which we make a really good use of it. However we had some problem with the shower as the water flow was so slow. Everything else was okay.
Good location with a low budget”
I stayed for 3 nights. Location is very good. Close to Aonang beach by walk and many halal restaurant around the hotel. The hotel itself serve halal breakfast for 150 bath per person. There is also plenty of 7 elevens nearby the hotel. Hotel is without elevator so you need to carry your luggage using the staircase. The hotel only have 3 floors
The staffs very friendly. I love the location because nearest to ALL hotspot in Krabi. ”
Room , Toilet , wifi and location superb. I love this hotel. Worth of money. With swimming pool and suitable with family with children. Strategic location nearest to beach, shops, massage shops, seven eleven and more ! The staff very friendly and nice. I would like to come again to this hotel. Very recommended. Was here from 7/5/2018 - 11/5/2018
Booked back in here. Staff are lovely. 🙂. Breakfast great and view from room amazing room 402. Top floor. Kettle for tea and coffee . No lift which I like. Exercise. Some folk complaining need to look up that word. Exercise. Great hotel. Thank you🙂.
Loved it. Room 402. Great Mountain view. Plus end room so had sea view as well. Kettle tea coffee, nice pool, air con , great shower. Nice exercise walking up stairs to 4th floor. Take note all you whining folk on about no lift .exercise . Try it 🙂. Takes 45 seconds. Nice friendly staff. Great hotel 1 minute from beach .All Good.🙂
everything's good except the pool”
one thing that made me choose this hotel because of they have pool with cheap price and near the beach, but when we arrived the staff told us that the pool under maintenance, thats okay, we still can enjoy krabi without pool , we got 3rd floor bedroom, and i request to change into 1st or 2nd floor and luckily the staff can change into 2nd floor. thank u palace aonang resort
Cheap budget hotel dont expect more”
If u are a budget person better stay here. The location is very near the beach. 7eleven also is everywhere. No lift but its doesnt matter if u a cheapskate. Got free coffee , water heater is okay only the bed need to improve. Its hard like sleep on the rock. Hahaha, exactly what ur mission go to aonang? Want to go islandhop or want to sleep?
Perfect location 2mins from the beach.Hotel needs a face lift! The room i stayed in was at the front of building facing the street. The noise was so loud. Pool was nice just the whole place needs tlc. Staff were very nice and friendly.
A hotel that surprised!”
When I booked the hotel, I did not expect any special things. Thought that it might be a kind of hostel, so just a place to stay. But when I was arriving there, walking through the reception area to the garden with pool. Wow, it is really a nice place. Room was clean and well managed. In night, quiet enough as well. In the morning, a surprising breakfast, even with omelet cooked to your order in front of you.
Not as advertised”
reserved 4 nights stayed for 1. Property is substandard, old and run down, not maintained well. porch doors not secure. Noisy. Ground pool is OK. got a good deal that was too good, found a fly under my pillow. AC barely works. Think sheets, worn out towels, hot rooms. AC Condenser is on the porch, makes the whole porch hot. Noisy. pictures show white building, its has been painted reddish color now. Desk help marginally helpful, and don't seem to care much. They did work with me on the move out, paid for 2 nights only stayed one, had a reservation for 4. .
Outdated. Poor value.”
This is a facility that is charging for the view & proximity to the ocean. And that's only if you pay extra for the mountain view. The room is very outdated. The doors aren't sealed; hence their ant problem. The back door didn't close fully, so the wind would bang it shut repetitevly. Had to wedge a tea bag in the door. The water did not work. It would turn on & off every 5 seconds. Went from ok pressure to low pressure to no water at all. The morning I left it did not work. The water boiler for coffee was strangely large, so to get water out one has to tilt it over There were signs all over saying "No Food In The Room!" I found myself sneaking food in via my backpack. Easier for them to make those signs than to seal the doors. The chest closet had a chemical odor-eliminator thing in it that was noxious. Most budget rooms in this area also seem cheap. For the same price you can get very nice modern rooms on the road in Aonang adjacent to this one. And the street is better.
You get what you pay for”
I can’t deride this place too much. I paid like $15/day but that was it’s only redeeming quality. The room was large but DO NOT get a city view room if you want quiet. Spring for the extra couple bucks and get the Mountain View. The door facing the balcony didn’t fit the frame and let in considerable noise. Every time I came home there were a few ants on the bed, which I expect to be due to the door. Otherwise, the place was totally tolerable as a place to crash. The beds were firm, but it wasn’t uncomfortable for me. My advice? Stay in Railay Beach.
Staff were very nice & helpful, good location with pool & worth for money
