Our Stay at Palacio”
We liked the pool its clean and huge. Problem is the maintenance of the hotel. The rooms are old and made of wood, the lightings are dim. There are a lot of webs. The dining table and sofas are old and cracked. It's like you're staying ina haunted house. The old hispanic look os ok, they just have to maintain the cleanliness and fix the furnitures. Its a big place but they lack of staffs to clean the rooms.

I booked 2 Family Rooms for 2 nights - April 23-24, 2019. (1) Location is good, few minutes away to the City center if you're driving; (2) The staffs are helpful and courteous; (3) The pool is inviting for an early morning and night dip; (4) Rooms are the problem. The rooms we received when we checked-in are not anywhere near the pictures here in Agoda. We received the ugliest rooms - 114 and 211 (please take note of these room numbers). Ugh! The room smells like mud and soil, the wallpapers were torn, the flooring vinyl is uneven, there are smudges in the ceiling. Kakadiri. I wonder why they still give these rooms to guests. I requested to be transferred to an available room and they gave "the only available" room they said - a downgrade from what I booked. Its better looking but the lights are dimmed, there are mosquitoes (thanks to the invention of Off lotion!), and the bathroom smells like soil. It is very disappointing to realize that you were fooled by the pictures.

Stay away from this hotel ”
If you don't want to ruin your holiday, stay away from this hotel. I booked for two family rooms and we were assigned to very dated and poorly maintained rooms (creaky floorboards and bunkbeds, wallpaper peeling off, lots of mosquitoes, presence of cockroach infestation, aircon unit not cooling enough, bathroom not cleaned properly, and rooms were dusty, moldy). After complaining, we were transferred to four standard rooms, which was a downgrade. The rooms look better but still had mosquitoes and roaches in it. The breakfast is equally disappointing. What they called as "managed buffet" was just similar to a plated breakfast without brewed coffee or orange juice. There was no TV reception inside the rooms and they didn't bother to fix it after our request. Overall, substantially substandard quality.

Room 101, advertised in Agoda is outdated. I even saw a cockroach crawling in the floor inside the room. TV remote isn’t functioning, toilet flush almost no water, you need to force the door to be able to lock it. Foods are worth it, I love it. Great staff too. Just 3 star for overall.

Situated in quite area about 2 - 3 km from city centre with easy access and huge free parking area. Nice with a car. Room was clean but everything was functioning. There were no refrigerator at the room. Very helpful staff.

部屋でＷifiがつながりません”
バスタブありと書いてあったのにバスタブはなし、薄暗い部屋にとおされましたが、カギが開かなくなり幸い、別の部屋にしてもらえました。室内はｗｉｆｉはつながらず。隔離期間が長かったのでしかたないでしょうがプールも泳げる状態ではありませんでした。
