Excellent”
Palazzo is a breathtaking beautiful hotel styled in Old European Italian Renaissance décor. A serene angelic statue Acqua di Cristallo graces the hotel atrium. The hotel suites are amazing, among the largest rooms on the Las Vegas strip! However, I did not give Palazzo a perfect overall score because: - Guest service not knowledable, asked questions 3 different times, and did not know answer or gave incorrect information. - Hotel restaurants are very high priced, althought if you go into "Restaurant Row" there are more affordable resturants there. - The pool area is nice, not spectular. - Palazo is consered a luxury hotel, however as typical at every hotel in Las Vegas, it doesn't go out of it's way to "surprise and delight" customers with unexpected amenities or offers. *Wynn Bridge is located upstairs, it will take you to Wynn and Enooe hotels. Note: if you book throught Agoda, you will NOT get any Palazzo hotel specials, ie free cancelations, or free breakfast!

"Great accommodation on the strip"”
I used to stay in their sister hotel "The Venetian" in Macao. So, when I plan to fly to Las Vegas. I don't hesitate to book here. They're all suites. But when I checking-in, they offer me for a larger suite in only $70 more. It's huge (around 1,000 sq.ft.) with great LV. strip view. Very comfy bed, and additional sofa bed. We love it. They sit on the middle of the strip. So, you can go and see most of Las Vegas attractions in walking distance. If you guys plan to go for vacation like us or gambling here. You might find a great deal like me.

Fantastic Experience”
This was our first trip to Vegas and we decided to stay at The Palazzo after reading the reviews. We were not disappointed. The Hotel itself is elegant and classy. There was also a feeling of space and light, which you did not seem to get in the other hotels/casinos on the strip when we visited. The rooms are actually suites and are huge. Value wise, we didn't find any deals as good when we booked. Will be recommending this hotel to anyone visiting LV

I give it a 5/5”
This was a absolutely wonderful stay. We have never been in such a more beautiful room ever. The staff was also kind and friendly. Unfortunately we did have a RSVP in place for about 4 weeks prior to stay at the Plazzo but for some reason we were told if we wouldn't mind staying at the Venetian in a upgraded room. We said yes because we were so tired of our drive and just wanted to rest. Even though the room was a upgrade it still looked similar to the photo of the room at the RSVP we had booked and it would have been nice to have stayed where we booked since it was our choice and our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Maybe one day we can try once more for the experience at The Palazzo.

Great hotel, great location.”
We really enjoyed staying here. Its not cheap but in Vegas you get what you pay for! It is part of the Venetian Hotel complex so very good facilities and location. Walk into the Venetian without going outside! Rooms are cheaper than the Venetian so a great deal for use. Our Room was huge but we had a free upgrade so we cant comment on 'standard' rooms. We bought orange juice and yoghurts etc for breakfast the night before so cant comment on hotel food.... but definately recommended if its in your budget. Note parking (under the hotel off the side street access) is free for guests and visitors. (The rest of California should take note!!!).

Breakfast buffet ”
The grab and go breakfast at the Grand Lux was not good at all just 3 piece, a muffin and 2 pastries, and a small fruit, a cup of coffee or tea, for 2 days we were there, they serve the same... it was also confusing which line to follow, no signs that says “grab and go” or line to the restaurant...then the buffet breakfast at the Grand Lux also has a very small area, very limited choices of the food and cost $24.99.... the Palazzo at the Venetian sign was misleading, I booked the room to see the Palazzo... it’s not on the Palazzo at all... you stay at the Venetian towers, Venetian side, so I have to change parking because it was far...however the hotel was nice..

Wonderful room with the view. Wide living space. Nice bathroom.”
Location is good next to the Venetian. Shops and restaurants connecting with the Venetian. Casino at the basement before you reach your room. The palazzo has it's own theatre where now host the show "BAZ star crossed love". Luxury brands shops under the hotel. Room rates is high but value for money. Room comes with comfy mattress. Spacious and wide sofa in living space. Wide bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, also toilet. Small desk and tv inside bathroom. Helpful and friendly staffs. Impressed. Will stay here again.

Fantastic Hotel!”
We have stayed at the Palazzo many times and have always been impressed with the suite, the staff and the ambiance. The location is the best in Las Vegas. Although it was a very busy night, the young man on Reception warmly welcomed us to the hotel and offered us a complimentary upgrade to a Sienna Suite. The suite was amazing! All the staff we encountered from the Bell Boy who stored our luggage to the concierge and the Front desk staff were polite and always helpful. We will stay here again.

Great location and great staff”
The hotel staff made you feel like a VIP from the first greeting at the door till the time you checked out. The rooms were awesome with three flat screen TV, including one in the bathroom, and the view from our room was overlooking the golf course at the Wynn hotel and the mountains. We had stayed at the Venetian before and the rooms were identical but the casino in the Palazzo seems more open due to the much higher ceiling which allows the cigarette smoke to dissipate.

Gourmet food, Gambling casinos, and Gondola rides!”
We loved our stay at the Palazzo! The location was amazing, and the free parking was appreciated. The room was comfortable and luxurious with a fantastic view! Dining choices were numerous, betting games were plentiful and the shops were wonderful. The service was excellent as well. This property is a great choice if Las Vegas is your destination. You will absolutely not be disappointed! Go now!

Exceptional”
I will return. Enjoy the Palazzo for a number of reasons but most of all the friendliness of your staff. The facility is always clean and my room is spacious, maintenance free and "clean". I travel extensively and consequently am overly concerned with the cleanliness of the room and, accordingly, am very particular where I stay. I even use a black light. I also enjoy the Sports Book, the best in town. I do visit other hotels while in Vegas but for both work and pleasure, I prefer the Palazzo.

Fantastic 5-star hotel with huge rooms”
The Palazzo (connected to the Venetian) is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are huge and split level. The bathroom is huge with a double sink. The coffee shops and restaurants serve excellent food - and the coffee is far better than Starbucks at Les Bouchon. Tao is a fantastic restaurant and the prices are good value.

Love this hotel”
WOW! Love this hotel! The staff were great, the room was so nice. I've actually never slept so good in a bed, so good that we now consider to by the same madress that they use. I really recommend this hotel if you don't have a problem with paying a little more than average in Vegas. But it's worth every penny! If I go back to Vegas, I will stay at the Palazzo again!

Leave reality behind”
The room was plush, clean, and very relaxing with all the amenities you could hope for. The Bags to go is a must you can check out of the hotel and give your bags to them after checking in online for your flight. We got to enjoy our time there longer. We had a late flight, its only 10.00 for each bag and you dont have to drag them around. The staff was great if you needed anything they got it for you. Emerils Stadium is great but you have to get there early on Sunday and there is a $100.00 minimum. I highly recommend this place, the Palazzo is a clean new place to stay especially if its your first trip to Vegas. The rooms are so large and spacious!

Very spacious Hotel Room, a rarity in Las Vegas”
Palazzo is one of only few Hotel who has all Suites Room in Las Vegas. It is very suitable for travellers who has children; the sofa in the living room is convertible into a double sofa bed. The location is right in the center of the Strip; guest can walk to other places in a very convenient way. This hotel is realtively new than The Venetian. Highly recommended, will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

3 Day Mini Vaca”
I stayed at the Palazzo for three days for a mini vacation. My plans were to workout every day at the Canyon Ranch Gym followed my lounging at the pool. The only complaints I have of the Palazzo is that it took 3 hours to check into my room. (checked in at 2:00p, had access to room at 5:00) Planned on lap swimming every morning, although due to a life guard shortage, lap pool closed at 9:00 on Tuesday. I am a big swimmer in the morning. Wasn't happy. Other than that, the Palazzo is a beautiful and tranquil place to stay.

Good property but some poor policies”
Palazzo is a top property in Las Vegas. Having stayed at so many, I feel qualified to say so. However, I was extremely disappointed in customer service. We had booked a non-smoking room. Upon arriving very late on a Wednesday, we were informed that there were no non-smoking rooms available and that we could be upgraded to a different suite. We accepted the $75 upgrade but upon thinking about it, we felt the hotel should have upgraded us at their 'expense'. Spoke to a couple of managers but they wouldn't budge on it. Very disappointed.

Pool situation not great with construction”
I contacted the hotel prior to booking and was told all the pools are open. This is not accurate. There is construction going on in the pool area. The Venetian pools are not fully open yet. As a result, lots of extra chairs have been added to the Palazzo pool area to accommodate the extra guests. I do not feel this was fully disclosed even though I made the effort to call the hotel. Rest of the stay was excellent.

This is always been my first choice when I’m comfortable with however I was a little disappointed, because the Palazzo at hi was a non-smoking five-star resort you can go on this five Star f Hotel the non-smokers and I love it however now it’s just like the Venetian
