Moquitos galore!!”
room set up, privacy, neatness
This is a great hotel with lovely private villas - except seriously let down by the lack of mosquito control! There were renovations in the restaurant while I was there, but a limited room service was provided.

possibly the worst hotel stay i have ever had”
its quiet, nice pool, nice gardens
this villa complex used to be my favorite place to stay in bali but in the recent past it has fallen into incompetent hands. the staff were completely lazy and useless to the point of me needing to ask to have my room made up at 5 in the afternoon. breakfast was terrible. on my last morning it didnt even get delivered internet was available sometimes, most of the time it was off. showering was difficult due to the lack of water pressure toilet was broken they are not fogging so mosquitoes were almost in plague proportions and no insect spray was available when it was in the past. the doors don't seal so the mosquitoes get into the room no matter what you do to stop them. the reception and restaurant are being refurbished so no room service was available and no mention of this was posted on their web page. i left this villa 2 days before i was due to checkout because it was so hopeless. i would not recommend this place even if i was paid to.

The Palm Suite Villa & Spa”
private pool
Electrical need to be more stable
The place is faboulous. I enjoyed the private pool the most and the friendly staff. I also like the condition of the room which is clean and well maintain. It is quiet and the food is superb. With all the above I would most likely to go there for a second visit. It is just a wonderful experience in Bali .

Palm Suite Villas”
Very Private, the inside of the villas (bedroom and bathroom) rather nice.
For a new complex it looked rather old, it's out of the way, need to catch a taxi everywhere, the curtains in the villas need cleaning some were soiled in the oustide kitchen and the some inside had stains that were either rust stains or blood, couldn't work that one out, the garden area could have a little more done to it to make it a little more pleasant and the swimming pool although large was not cleaned properly (the first time we used it the bottom of the pool felt slimy), we had to asked for it to be cleaned, don't rely on getting the shuttle to Kuta or Sanur everytime we asked it was not available, which meant more cost on taxis
Although the price appeared to be a bargain it wasn't for what the condition of the complex was, very disappointing after so long looking forward to staying there. We had a private dinner in the villa, although the food was surprisingly satisfactory, the wine that they had with the meal was terrible, it tasted like vinegar port (it was meant to be a red wine)

Super Stay”
Very new, luxurious, very nice personel, more value for your money
None, everything was well arranged and had nothing to complain
We arrive (me and my gf) at the Palm suites Villa. Everything was well arranged, the 1 bedroom suite was sooo nice. We also had one day free spa and a candle light dinner. Believe me when you show people that they will get jealous. A pool fool of rose leafs and lights around it. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, honeymoon or family.

Could be nice if they had the money to finish it ”
Staff friendly rooms good size
No sign for the hotel so very hard to find Middle of Rice paddy country so along away from anything. Poor internet. Poor TV reception. Little basic amenities in the room like kettle for boiling water. Limited menu. Food served warm. Could not get hot water to run. Horrible cheap Formica furniture.
Basically the hotel could be fine but when you spend an hour looking for the place on a run of the mill rice paddy road and it's dark an hour latter your sense of humor does wain. I have since seen the villas for sale as well as for rent which leads me to think they short of money and need to get as much in and as quickly as possible to finish the project off. At the moment it is well over priced for what they are offering stupid things like no kettle poor internet no cutlery in the kitchen and no napkins brought with the breakfast. Maybe in a couple of years it will improve.
