Modern and Cool”
We enjoyed our stay at the Palms the rooftop bar and the off-site pool were both nice. The casino was a bit run down but our room had a nice corner view of the LVStrip we enjoyed every night. The room was clean but the furniture was well used and had some stains on the carpet and upholstery. fFor our budget it was well worth.

Some amenities was unannounced closed!”
First off; hotel and rooms are excellent and staff is nice and helpful and everything is clean and very nice, however; So we expected that the amenities listed at purchase, such as pool area, hot tub’s and the outdoor areas was accessible, but unfortunately it was closed “for the season” unannounced!… so enjoying any outdoor use is restricted pretty much to the parking lot… still you are required to be charged a Resort Fee!!!… wonder if resorts in i.e. Aspen or Park City closed their amenities unannounced in the winter period , what would happen?…!!!

Paid the 'resort fee' twice!”
A great hotel. The only thing I didn't like at all is that I had to pay the 'resort fee' a second time when I checked out, while I had already paid that 'resort fee' to Agoda when I made my reservation! Always watch out for hotels that charge resort fees!

I was in Vegas for a marriage. This stay was more business than anything else.”
The location was great- off the strip! There was little ambient noise so I got a great night’s sleep. My room was on the 31st floor in tower- great look of the northern strip. The strip lights were not direct and a great night light. The staff was outstanding at accommodating my room needs and ensuring all amenities. The front desk staff was great at guiding me around the resort and providing recommendations. I received a haircut at the salon and have never felt so warmly treated. The cut was perfect for the wedding and spa amenities were above expectations! Thanks Palms, I would stay again.

Lovely hotel but no shuttle to the strip so additional costs in transport.”
Disappointing that the gym was for 18plus only. Meant my daughter and I couldn’t enjoy our workouts together. Lots of reviews indicate there is a shuttle to the strip but there wasn’t. It’s a 30 minute walk which is fine in the day but not so good at night.

Room and bed was amazing comfortable ”
The room size was great, and the bed and pillow so comfortable. Michael checked me in and was very quick and professional while also Being friendly. Thank you Palms, just took Uber to the strip as the area isn’t the best.

Slightly disappointing”
The rooms were very large which were amazing. Walls are very thin, thank goodness we had our white noise app. No coffee in the room which is surprising for a 4* The most disappointing aspect was the pool was closed the entire time we were there (sign said for a private event) but I didn't see an event going on. I had hoped to sit by the pool when I went to Vegas as I am not a big gambler. I would not have booked this hotel if it stated this at time of booking. Overall a very nice hotel with only a couple disappointing aspects.

Unacceptable poor management and customer service ”
Massive error in check in resulted about three hours of delay, no one checked on status despite we personally confirms with the front desk. The official answer was the staff supposed to following up on the customer service was “not here” that day. The staff managed to put my middle name as last name. Despite having a passport as proof of identity on arrival. The error was never corrected in the duration of the entire stay. As an result, they have to look up my information again and again. The room WiFi does not work because palm hotel didn’t correct my last name on the system. The room were clean and that’s about the only good thing I can honestly say about this stay. The staff there never felt like they are trying to fix anything. At the end of the day they haven’t fix one single problem. For this price, I can name about half a dozen hotel I rather be in. At least they will not get my last name wrong.

Disgusting staff walked in on my locked room twice while I was undressing”
Horrible staff. Two men walked into my hotel room *when I had the do not disturb sign on*** and walked into my room unannounced without my consent on 2 separate occasions as I was changing. First male looked to be a housekeeping manager and walked into my room even though my room was locked with the do not disturb light on. Upon entering my room, I was changing and he stood at the door and then left. Within a matter of seconds, a second gentleman who also worked for the hotel had barged into my room, not even giving me time to change and finish putting my clothes on. I was violated and when I went to report the incident to the hotel, they did not do anything to severance or resolve the issue. , Horrible and disgusting.

Comfortable and Luxurious Hotel ”
We loved our stay here! We came to Vegas to get married at Paris, so we also stayed two nights at the Paris Casino hotel, and the Palms was much better hands down. Our room was big and comfortable with an amazingly soft bed. Although I wish there was a bathtub, the shower was big and there were complimentary soaps. We ordered room service here and at Paris, and the food was hot and came up so much faster at the Palms. Some hotels don't have food available at all hours, but you can always order room service or go to McDonalds at the Palms. The only downside is that it is a little bit off the main part of the Strip, but you can take a shuttle or taxi without too much trouble. I will DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN when I come back to Vegas!

Impressed by this experience”
I really enjoy staying at The Palms because of its location. I love the fact that it is off of the strip. It feels exclusive and less congested. I've stayed at The Palms twice. The summertime is great. They have great pool parties. They also have great lounges like Moon. I recently stayed for my birthday in the winter and it was a different experience. It was a romantic getaway. All of the staff were welcoming. We didn't make much use of the pool but we enjoyed our room and the new decor. The room was amazing and very clean. It felt like our condo for the weekend. Not to mention the pricing was surprisingly cheap. There is complimetary valet parking, a shuttle that goes to the strip, and a small casino that you won't get lost in. I will be back for sure, but this time to get a tan and party at the infamous pool parties! To sum this all up....great room, great service, nice location, cool lounges/bars, and great price = a regular Palms customer.

Nice Hotel”
The Palms is a very nice Vegas hotel. Basically all you need is in the campus of the Palms. A great selection of restaurants, a variety of night clubs, casino, and nice rooms. I did leave the premises the entire time I was there. It's slightly off the strip, so if you want to go there you have to take a taxi. I would love to stay there again.

The Best Hotel Off the Strip! ”
It was the best hotel we stayed at in Las Vegas. The week before, we were at MGM Grand and it was a let down. The room at The Palms Casino Resort was very big, almost like a mini suite. The bathroom had a jacuzzi and a rainshower. Best hotel to stay off the strip!

The Palms Is Beautiful and I love the upgrades to everything!”
The kind woman at the reception desk for check-in upgraded my room to a suite on the 31st floor. The room was gorgeous even for a single night's stay. I got the best sleep I have ever gotten in years and that is saying a lot since I have chronic insomnia. My room was amazing as was the night and day views of Vegas although I regularly go to Vegas 2 times a month for doctor's visits and I used to actually live there until my divorce in August of 2011. I hate the traffic, the construction everywhere, and the pollution which is why I now only visit Vegas rather than reside there, but I honestly can say if I had unlimited wealth, I would give anything to pretty much live in the room I was in, keep my things and home in Mesquite, NV for my son's sake and just visit my home in Mesquite while enjoying pure relaxation, being pampered, and spoiled again away from the noisy bustle and craziness of the city since as a published author quiet like that is perfect for both writing and reading.
