Great views and quality of accommodation
The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The views from the resort were fantastic and the room was lovely, clean and high quality. Loved my stay there and would go back. It's also just a 10 min motorbike ride from Blue Lagoon, which is great!

Paradise in Ceningan
We had the most beautiful quaint little beach bungalow room at The Palms with the most stunning ocean views. The staff were lovely and warm, the infinity pool and location gorgeous and the atmosphere was low key and relaxed. It is a fair hike to get to this hotel from Lembongan- you will need a taxi or a moped... But definitely worth the journey. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!

Beautiful view but...
We stayed five nights at the palms ceningan. We had a pleasant stay. However there are a few things to be aware of. Firstly all the places we have stayed in Bali offer free bottled water, at the palms they do not include on their mini bar pricelist that water is charged.everything else on the mini bar has a price so we assumed this was free we were wrong we were heavily charged on checkout for the water we consumed...breakfast menu was changed two days after we arrived and was beautiful a nice selection and delicious. Bali coffee was awesome. The menu outside complimentary breakfast was expensive even with the 30%discount the restaurant decided to offer during our stay so we ate outside the hotel particularly sea breeze warung which was cheap and yum. During our stay our hot water system broke twice and we were offered to either move to another room or stay in our room and shower elsewhere we decided to move to a different room which wasn't a problem however we were disappointed that we were moved from a room with a lovely view to one totally blocked and thought they may offer couple of bintangs to make up for he disruption but nothing. Pay TV didn't work.but didn't bother us. I got wifi on my phone but tablet couldn't pick it up at all. View was beautiful and was lovely to have the day beds. Beds in the room were comfortable and rooms were clean however think the toilet stones may need a scrub as the concrete slab smelled of urine in both rooms. We just shut the door and wore thongs in the bathroom.staff were lovely so was owner. We did think the price for the accommodation was a bit overpriced you are more paying for the view. We probably wouldn't stay again as we could stay at reef in nusa lembongan for $70per night which also has beautiful view, pool and breakfast included and is closer to everything.we took scooter to nusa lembongan everyday so we would probably stay nusa lembongan next time.we hired our scooter from lembongan traveller for 75000rupiah per day

Absolutely amazing
I stayed here for 3 night but would have loved to stay longer. I lived in a bungalow with the most amazing seaview. Located on the cliff this place offers a beautiful infinity pool and a fantastic atmosphere for hanging arround and watching the sunset. Have a good restaurant to. Absolutely loved it!!!

Great location, friendly staff but overly expensive food & bev
I stayed one night with my GF. Main reason being it has one of the best views on the island for sunset and a cool vibe at the place. I was surprised at the cost of the food & bev (even more than the 5 star placed on Nusa Lembongan!) The cocktails were pretty average and the pizza was burned so the prices were not even justifiable and majority of the alcohol I wanted from the menu was not available due to a party the night before. When we went to our room which had just been cleaned we were greeted by stained sheets (the types of stains you'd rather you hadn't seen). After telling the staff the sheets were dirty I was asked if they were "very dirty" or just "dirty"!! Even after clarifying the sheets were "very dirty" nothing was done about it. We ended up sleeping on the mattress without the sheets. While the sheets may be been cleaned its not acceptable to be sleeping in stained sheets.

A hidden gem
The view is spectacular and the waves mesmerising
It's hard to fault this hotel, very well appointed with great beds, fluffy towels, a 3/4 size fridge, cable Rv and DVD player. The rooms are beautiful. The sun lounges are so comfortable it's hard not to fall asleep on them. Their only fault was they forgot to pick me up at the bridge but after getting myself their thanks to a young boy and his scooter, they were very apologetic and gave me a free cocktail. Would I go back? Absolutely !
