The place is around a 2-minute walk to the beach and a small food park was nearby. Staff are very polite and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable, plus points for the smart tv and the bluetooth speaker. Overall, we loved our stay here at The Palms.

The Palms Resort & Bar is very accessible with clean rooms and accommodating staff. It's just that they don't have cottages near the beach. We had to rent one near the beach. Also, 2-3 cars can be accommodated on a first come first serve basis. Other than all great.

Affordable accommodations with excellent customer service”
We have a fantastic stay in the resort. We were actually unable to swim on the beach because of the big waves but we enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi. It is a pet-friendly resort and my pugs enjoyed roaming around the beach and facilities. Ms. Arianne is accommodating and helpful. We will surely come back again. Thank you.

It's our second time at The Palms, and we stayed longer because of its well kept facilities, very accommodating personnel, and wonderful location!

This is a good place to relax and chill.. while watching the wave from rooftop while having a sip of margarita, beer or a cup of coffee.. we really enjoy the pool and other amenities. definitely will recommend this place.😊 salute to ate who helped us in everything we need. kudos!

If you're on a tight budget and you're not looking for a fancy place to stay, then this is a good place to stay. Near Crystal Beach Resort. Aside from TV with netflix, there's a ref!! Also there's a complementary water. But I'm not happy with the soap and conditioner. They don't have supplies. Note that this is not a beach front, but just a few steps away.

We didn’t actually stay in the rooms but we ate here for breakfast. They were overbooked so we’re transferred over to the adjacent resort. I appreciate that the staff are kind and they have good location as well. Near the beach.

We booked an ocean view room: no view on the ocean at all, unless you are in the hallway... We booked for the jacuzzi, and it's once you reserved and pay that they tell you there are no hot water Not a lot of options in terms of food and cocktails However very clean place, well equipped, nice staff and good localisation :)

This inn is pet friendly (good for us because we go on vacation with our JRT) but not accredited by the Department of Tourism. The facilities in the room works just fine except that you won't get any programme on the TV (hahaha). Location can keep you awake with karaoke blasting in nearby hotels until midnight, but a good 100 meters walk to the beach. Food is expensive here. Close to Crystal Beach Resort, which is a much better choice.
