Gorgeous Dream Villa”
My husband and I stayed three nights in Pandan Tree Villas and loved every minute of it. The only minor difficulty or downfall was having our outside driver find the villa initially. Pandan is tucked back off a main road and does not have a gigantic sign to show where to turn, so our driver turned around a few times before finding it. I recommend having a map of the villa's location if you are using an outside driver to drop you off at the villa. With that being said, the staff is amazing and professional. The curry they made us was my husband's favorite meal that he had in Bali. The pool and room were gorgeous and the villa was quiet and serene. We went out on the scooters once but were nervous we would not be able to find our way back home with all the tiny windy roads- but it was fun to drive around the town. They also give you a cell phone so you can get a driver to drop you off anywhere and then call the driver from Pandan when you are ready for pick up and they come right away. I wish all the villas in Bali offered this service as it made life so easy and trouble free! I highly recommend Pandan Tree Villas and it was one of our favorite places that we stayed in Bali.

I've visited Bali many times before and stayed at a lot of incredible places all around the island. And this was by far my favorite trips because of the incredible villa we stayed in! The villa itself was great, even better than the photos we saw online! There are only 3 villas on the property so you really do get some R&R. You'll understand the name of the villa since you pass so many fragrant pandan trees as you walk to your villa door from the reception. The only complaint is that since it is a quiet location, you could hear other guests in their villas while they were outside since the villas are all side by side. The location is quiet and relaxing compared to some of the busier towns yet still a stone's throw away from beaches, restaurants and Seminyak (about 20 mins away). The beaches in Canngu are much cleaner, quieter, and seriously just more beautiful than any of the other beaches we've been to in Bali. You can rent a beach chair for about 5USD for the entire day and you can grab a drink (we loved the fresh coconut) right on the beach! The staff were INCREDIBLE. All of them were so attentive and helpful with all of our requests! They are on hand around the clock to ensure each guest has a great experience! Recommendation: Use their drivers to get around the island, they're reliable and can be reached by phone (the villa even provides you with a phone so you don't have to rack up long distance fees!) and you don't have to worry about haggling with taxis! The 1 hr Balinese massage were so easy to book via the staff and they come right to your villa. This is definitely a place we plan on coming back to and refer all friends & family to for their next Bali holiday and vacation!

Exceptional”
I spent a couple days at the Pandan Tree Villas and enjoyed it immensely! Ady, and his staff, are extremely accommodating and friendly. Even though we had a slight mishap in regard to maintenance of an AC, Ady made sure to take care of us. The villas are well appointed, clean, modern, open-space designed, and in a very quiet part of Canggu. They have a few scooters available for rental, at a reasonable price, which will allow you to travel into town for the restaurants and such. I'd highly recommend anyone to book a stay here versus the more populated and noisy areas. If you're looking for peace&quiet, this is a sure shot win.

High recommended for a hidden gem in Bali!”
Me & wife enjoyed our honeymoon stay at Pandan Tree Villa. It's a hidden gem located with the Canggu district. Although it's a little traveling distance from Kuli, we enjoyed quietness & peacefulness in this "limited edition villa". We are given a complimentary mobile with local line for us to be in touch whenever we needing it be it with the reception or driver. Daniel, one of the owner, also has been very promptly with his communication with us & is able to accommodate to all our request. I would strongly recommend this villa to everyone who's visiting to Bali.

Relaxing Paradise”
If you're looking for a quiet location to relax and completely unwind, Villa Cinta is the place for you! Although this is quite far out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots, you can easily arrange an in-house driver to take you to the action. Upon checkin we were provided with a mobile phone with key staff numbers in it, we used it to order "room service" which were dishes from the surrounding restaurants, and for arranging transport within and out of the villa. All the staff were lovely and extremely helpful, they organised a pool fence and car seat upon my request and had both installed prior to our arrival (peace of mind for our crawling 9 month old.) All in all, I highly recommend the Pandan Tree Villas, I would happily stay here again!

Gorgeous villa, way beyond my expectations”
Absolutely amazing, I cannot say enough about the staff and how willing they were to ensure all requests were met (I was traveling with no plans and booked a last minute massage as well as half day trip on the morning of without any difficulties). The villa itself was beautiful and very well maintained, the outdoor Balinese style bathroom was beautiful, clean and beyond my expectations. The private pool and garden was lovely as well. I would not hesitate to spend my entire holiday here on return trips to Bali, thank you Pandan Tree Villas!

Nice & comfortable villa”
Imagine waking up at 8am to freshly toasted bread, jam and fresh fruits. This was our typical day at Pandan Tree Villa - breakfast, swim in the pool before leaving the compound to explore the rest of Bali. Pandan tree is located in a Balinese village called Canggu, right next to a small paddy field. Canggu itself is not a tourist hot spot, so if you happen to be looking to have drinks in pubs and shopping centers nearby, best to go for another location. Instead, if you are looking for a rustic and quiet stay, where a couple can spend some quiet time together reading, swimming and relaxing - this is definitely the place for you. Transportation can be arranged at the front desk and a mobile phone is provided in the event you get lost (which certainly helped us). I would definitely recommend Pandan Tree Villa to friends.

Awesome stay ^^”
My husband and me love the villa very much, we stayed 2 nights in the one bedroom private pool villa (villa cinta). The staffs are friendly, the breakfast is good (basic but the portion is just right for us), pool is clean although the water is too cold for me even in the afternoon, location is quite far from town but we enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There were no mosquito or ants problem during our stay, weather is nice and windy all the time. We rent a bike from the villa at only Rupiah 50,000 a day. There are stove, pans, kettle available so you can cook there. It was really a nice stay and I can't find any other villas cheaper but awesome than this Pandan Tree Villas.

Relaxing 1N stay”
My friends and I had a relaxing 1N stay at Pandan Tree Villas on 23 July 2015. The location was pretty secluded but we had a relaxing stay at the villa, enjoying the pool and lazing around the living area. The facilities were new and it was really beautiful, except for the ants which the staff helped us to get rid of. We also hired their tanah lot tour and the sunset view was totally worth it, except for the crowd. Would definitely recommend this villa to those who wants to get a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Staying at the Pandan Tree Villas was amazing! From the service to the layout to the breakfast! I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very welcoming and had great customer service. I also had amazing transportation around Bali from their shuttle service. If anything, the location is a bit far out,but perfect if you want to be in a quiet area.

For those that need a full service hotel or want a party atmosphere this place is not for you. For those that love privacy and those with an independent spirit that can take on using a scooter in Bali this place is for you. 24 hour car service (extra) is available as well as in villa dining as this villa is 10 minutes away from the main area of canggu. The drivers are very good and will take you to local warnings instead of the big tour bus drivers going to the same restaurants. Scooters can be rented here as well but bring your international drivers licence and always wear a helmet otherwise police stops will consist of "fines". Breakfast is served to you in your villa every morning but is good but limited and may get boring after a few days. Otherwise exceptional service, cleanliness and exotic private gardens with pool in all units.

Secluded Villa”
Our 4 nights stay with Pandan Tree villas was good. There are many things need to be upgraded. We love the villa but there are many little things that we wish could been better. We love the nature feel in our villa, nice pool, nice small garden and dining/living room. There weren't much noise at all in this little villa. They have 3 types of villa with different names, our villa was villa prana. Pretty nice one! The few things that needed to upgrade: Would be nice to have at least 2 glasses in the toilet so we could put our toothbrushes and toothpaste. Mosquitoes repellent are most needed when you stay in a villa with a lot of grass and trees. We bought our own mosquitoes repellent that cost us only Rp. 3000-4000. I think it wouldn't hurt for the owner to provide that simple equipment in the villa. (the burning kind of repellent). I wouldn't mind paying them if they had it in the room. but that's one basic need for the clients. lamps in the room perhaps needs a little more dusting as i could see them with naked eye and some spider webs. Many red ants too but since we are in the nature type of villa, what can they do about it :) lastly, there were a few drops of (god knows where they came from: Maybe cats) in the garden around the pool area. We stayed 4 nights and they cleaned the villa everyday but sadly they did not do anything with tIt was there from day 1 til day 4. We had massage in the room too, my mother in law and myself. One of the girl (perhaps the more experience one) seemed to choose who she wanted. as soon as she sees my mother in law (who's an european), she asked the less experience one to be with me. The experienced one told me to do the massage in the same room together with my mother in law. I couldn't imagine to be on the same bed doing the massage. It's not like we didn't have 2 rooms. so why one room all together? wouldn't it be a little too crowded? Something that kept me thinking why...

Absolutely lovely!”
We had a lovely time and we all wished that we could have stayed longer. We are looking forward to returning to Pandan Villas and now that we know the area a little better we can be better prepared. We like that the staff works with our schedule and is very accommodating in regards to organizing breakfast, massage treatments as well as transportation. Although there is a nice list of possible restaurants for lunch/dinner, it would be helpful if the drivers could also offer suggestions since they know the area so well. Overall, it was an incredible holiday for our family and will be returning soon.

Good little villa for private stay”
Stayed here based on value for money and privacy. There are a few pros and cons though: Pros: private and clean, you were never disturbed plus you could never hear any of the other guests. The villa was amazing and definitely worth the Agoda discounted price however given the cons, I would have been disappointed if I paid full price. Cons: staff only know limited English and very difficult to converse with them however were very helpful when they could be. We have been using uber to get round Bali however in the canggu area there is a lot of resistance and the uber url had been blocked. Managed to get around it using a private vpn app on my iPhone but annoying none the less as they want you to use their drivers at a premium cost to get around. We ordered food in one night and it was cold. Pool was a little bit cloudy for the 3 days we were there however I am a pool cleaner so probably notice this stuff more than others. As mentioned in previous reviews, there are a lot of ants and my wife actually got bitten while sitting in the toilet but that's not really a staff or hotel issue. Overall I would stay again but recommend hiring a motorbike to get around as it is quite isolated from the main beaches of Canggu - bike hire was 50,000 a day so super cheap and really straight forward to get around. Use uber to get to and from hotel as it will probably save you around 300,000 on the round trip from Seminyak or nusa dua. Just search a private VPN app and install on your phone.

Amazing staff and care free living ”
My wife and I stayed at the Vila for our honeymoon we have both been to Bali before and where so impressed with the hospitality we had form all the staff that worked in the Vila. When we checked in we where given a mobile so we could contact the supervisor and drivers for anything we needed. They provided a scooter for us for a small fee and they provided a 24 hour transportation service which we used throughout our stay. The Vila is only a short scooter ride from the popular beach spots but far away enough to relax and see some of the local culture. The rooms are spacious with a private pool. I would highly recommend the Vila for anyone looking for relaxation, privacy but also close enough to go for a night out in Canggu.

All in all an awesome villa!”
Even before arriving in Bali, I was already in touch with Daniel who accommodated all my requests since I was planning a birthday surprises for my partner. He arranged for a cake, which was greatly appreciated. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, but we were able to check-in and relax early. In terms of cleanliness and staff interaction, they're superb! We can't get enough of the pool and we had an awesome time just lounging around the gazebo. If there's only one criticism I have - it would be the room-service menu. It was a bit pricey and when we went to the nearby plaza, we found out that a part of the menu is the same as one of the restaurants there - forgot the name and maybe they have a special arrangement with the restaurant, but I don't recommend ordering from the room service since the additional charge was kind of too much - it's actually better if you'll just have the food delivered, which we did the next day. Aside from that, everything was perfect! We even rented a scooter on our last full day and explored Canggu!

Lovely place which needs some improvement”
We spent 6 nights in Pandan Tree Villas - it is a gorgeous place with a nice quiet location but we had 3 small children who are very loud and active and we were conscious of disturbing the other guests because it is so quiet there. The villa was lovely but there are some small touches which will improve it - the staff didn't seem to like us too much, possibly because of the noise from the kids but breakfast got worse as the week went on, they couldn't be bothered to provide tea or coffee for example. The shuttle service at first glance seems reasonable but actually, 80,000 to Berwara beach is 160,000 return - you can hire a car for 200,000 a day so I highly recommend getting a car if you have kids. We had a great time there but there were just a few small things which stopped it from being truly amazing (pool was never cleaned) - the place needs some fresh paint as well.

Beautiful villa”
This villa is beautiful, exactly how the photo shown. We have fresh coconut as our welcoming drinks, this is very good refreshment when we check in at noon time. Quick and simple check in process, just told them our name. Outdoor pool and the garden is well design with open kitchen concept. Quiet environment, but location is far from attractive point, not convenient to go out but you may just stay in this beautiful villa, enjoy in-house massage service with cheap price. Mobile phone is provided so that you can call for reception (to order food/service) or transport (with charges). Baby fan in living room is a bit weak to cool the open area during daytime, but night time is fine. Towel and hair dryer is provided except for toothbrush set. You may cook in their kitchen, simple cookware and utensils is provided. Free coffee powder and tea bags. Water dispensers available. We stayed for 2nights and blackout is happen on 2nd night from 3am, unable to contact villa staff even with the mobile phone that they provided (when we check with staff they said it was out of credit), informed to counter at 6:30am and electricity back at 8am, it was lucky that the night is cold so we can still sleep until 6:30am.
