I couldn’t ask for a better start!”
I started my 2 months long vacation here at the Pannarai hotel and I couldn’t ask for a better start! The staff, hotel location, room, swimming pool, and daily brunch were all top-notch. -Staff were all excellent from airport to hotel shuttle bus, hotel lobby check in, daily brunch greeting, poolside service, to check out. All staff were friendly, polite, and full of smiles on their face. - This hotel is located just a few minutes walk to Central Plaza Udon, bars, and local night markets. - The room is super clean, good size with pool view, great tv channels selection, spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water, and most importantly pillows and linen are clean and comfortable! There’s a security box and a small fridge for guest to use. - The pool was very nice and clean. They even have a poolside service to offer you drinks and foods!! - Their daily brunch offer both western and local cuisines. I would consider staying here in the future and I would also recommend all my friends and family to do the same.

Best Accommodation on Soi “Falang” in Udon Thani”
Hotel is a bit of an oasis among the many bars lining soi Sampanthamit, also known as Sio Falang by local Thai’s. A little piece of Pattaya in otherwise family oriented Udon Thani. The oasis style facilities are suitable for families, so long as the bar scene, with cat-calling bar girls (“welcome, welcome etc”) isn’t something you’d rather your kids didn’t see. Rooms are super-clean, pool is great for kids and length swimmers. Buffet breakfast is pricey in the room rate or a-la-cart @280 baht but very good quality and venue pool-side or in the adjoining dining hall very good. Parking on the hotel property is very convenient as this Soi is congested. One consideration is the superior and deluxe rooms on the north side of the hotel do get late night bar music noise from Day’n Night bar complex next door. Management has put double sliding doors in on this side of the hotel. They help but i moved to a more expensive Premier class room on the south side of the building facing the pool as i was having to sleep with earplugs on the other side. Still, it is my top choice for quality accommodation at a reasonable rate compared to the 4 star Centara hotel attached to Central Shopping complex on the next street over.

Great Establishment... but...”
This is a solid hotel, right in the entertainment heart of Udon, with Thai clubs, beer gardens and what-not around it. It is also very close to Central and the bus station. The room I was given was clean and with internet speed sufficient to support my Zoom calls. Breakfast buffet had a good spread of simple Thai and Western dishes, with an eggs station and good coffee machine. The only downside was the constant thumping from the nightlife. Thankfully, all stopped by around midnight. I would really consider this a downside, as it is part and parcel of staying in such a central location.

I haven’t been to Udon Thani before but I booked this hotel straightaway because the price and location looked fantastic. I have stayed at the hotel for about 1 week now. Nice breakfast. The staff are very hospitable. I even organized a birthday party because the hotel is so comfortable, easy to book and very safe. I would also like to recommend Game. He is one of the staff who took care of our party. He is amazing and so helpful. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Getting better all the time.”
We had another delightful stay at this well managed hotel. Very relaxing hotel in this city. However, nearby late night bar venues emanate loud music until after midnight. I personally found my room's mattress too hard for my liking. As may be typical regionally, the bathroom did not have any washcloths, and only a single tiny bar of soap. Other than that the hotel, pool, breakfast and dining room offerings are getting better all the time.

Its the busy part of town with bars etc but if you can put up with that this is a great hotel. Big rooms. Really comfortable beds nice shower good wifi. Pool is a reasonable size. Breakfast is ok. Bit boring not much variation staff from reception to the dining area were excellent. Cleaning also was so good. Staff at this place were superb.

Staff give a good welcoming as soon as you arrive. Congratulations to the management for training and looking after their staff, as they always look happy working there. Hotel is right in the middle of everything, shopping mall, markets and shops. Everything clean and we felt at home with this hotel. Has a great swimming pool which I used every day. Initially I only booked for for 3 days but we decided to stay 6 days. Breakfast was great each day. Thank you to all the management and staff for making our stay great. Thank y

The pool and breakfast were my favorite parts of the stay. The pool was a bit shallow, maybe 4 feet or so but quite inviting and clean. The trees and lighting around the pool are beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. The eggs Benedict was to die for. The chef is on top of preparing tasty and quality breakfast! Thanks for the awesome stay :)

I ve stayed here many times over many years and have enjoyed the good facilities and excellent staff. The 'cheaper' rooms are on the noisy side of the hotel and i have come the loath the constant booming bass of the so called music from the bar scene next door. if you go to sleep after 1a.m perhaps it won t annoy you. But i think i will try another hotel in the future.

Very helpful staff”
Well I had to move twice the third room has an air conditioner that work properly but the staff were no problem in assisting me they just kept on changing room until I found a room I liked all the rooms seem the same but the big difference was only one of them had an air conditioner that was working properly but the staff fixed it for me and I would go back again because of this reason in a great part of town right next to the Irish clock great food great atmosphere
