we had a pleasant stay, hotel management should give some attention to the cracked floor tiles, bathroom and bedroom doors are not closing, electrical sockets in the bedroom need attention, the bedroom cieling full of water stains(possible water leak top floor. completely differnt from the photos in agoda advert.

Room 102 - no sun light, no mobile reception.”

Room 102 (Where I resided) is located right in the corner where there is no mobile signals, WIFI signals very low. No sunlight as the big wardrobes covered the windows, AC did not work for two days. Location is not properly guided as mentioned in the web site. Located Far away from City Centre Shopping Centre.

Clean hotel, but not good location”

Before coming we called the hotel and told them that we would like to make late check-in. Front office manager confirmed it. When we arrived to the hotel manager from other shift told us that the booking canceled because we late. But we have solved it.

The Paradise Inn Hotel Apartments the apartment was nothing like the pictures, it smells so bad and its very dirty, the bathroom keeps leaking water and the water hose doesn't work, the kitchen has nothing in it not even a cup to drink water, the refrigerator is not working and full of cockroaches , the whole apartment is full of cockroaches, we informed the hotel but they didn't take any action, staying in that apartment was impossible, so we checked out today at 11:30 although we still have one more night in the apartment according to our booking.

it was OK, but the Hotel is not that good, the TV was very small and just 20 channels, the kitchen is empty, nothing more than 2 cups and 2 dishes. everything look very old, and used a lot.

DOOR NEEDS FIXING”

THE MAIN DOOR NEEDS FIXING, THERE IS A BIG GAP BETWEEN THE DOOR AND THE DOOR FRAME ON THE ROOM I STAYED IN AND IT CAN EASILY BE OPEN EVEN IF IT'S LOCK, I WASN'T ABLE TO SLEEP MUCH ESPECIALLY WHEN I HEARD A DOORBELL EVEN IF I'M NOT EXPECTING ANYONE AND IT'S ALREADY THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.

No served water as per booking description. Was clean and bigger room but old construction. I stayed for a single night and it worth the money I paid.

Im alwasy like to stay there.but this time was very very bad because of one stuff.to difficult and very bad behaviour.he let me stay more than 2 hours in the loby with my children and it was 12 o'clock in the night .because there was some mistake that my booking is not showing on the system.and finally when I got the booking , still not enter to the room he is asking ,when you check out.by the way most of the stuff are very frindly.exept this person.

They are not tally with Agoda. Because Agoda gave 11 o clock check in. And they are telling 2 o clock. I don't know who is right but the confusion and worries this all thing goes to customer. Customer has to gave extra money they are demanding and have no value for confirmation email. No rooms and toilets are cleaned and have bad chemicals smells in wash room. My suggestion to them show the exact what you are giving.

Well this place doesn't have hot water.also the internet connction is very poor.for torurist to visit dubai it is avery far place.one must rent a car to reach there

Nothing nice about it at all. I booked for 2 nights. Repented big time. Stayed there for a night and had to book another hotel for 2nd night. Lousy place. Torn out furniture. Foul smell. Congested. Third class hotel
