Nice Room, Great Staff”
The hotel was in a great location, easy access to many things and close to Earl Court station. The staff was friendly and arranged a transfer for us when we had an early departure. The room was large, there were 4 of us and we had plenty of room to move about. On a residential street so mostly quiet. Restaurants and shops near by. First night the room was warm, but the staff made it so the air conditioning worked well for the rest of our trip. We would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in great place ”
The hotel is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. I'd highly recommend this hotel. However with one warning. The wifi is very sub-par and cut in and out constantly. This made it difficult for me to do work in the evening

Definitely worth a return visit”
On arriving at the hotel we were checking in when my husband noticed that our key room no. was different to that stated on our booking confirmation. My husband mentioned this to the receptionist wh told us that he had put us on the top floor and in a nicer room. It was indeed a lovely room. We went to the bar that evening after returning from the theatre and met Jimmy the bar manager. He was such a nice gentleman, our night cap became extended and we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. This hotel was very clean, the staff amazing and a good location. We definitely recommend it and we will be revisiting.

OK, but nothing more. ”
Not a single smiling face to see amongst the staff. Bathroom was clean, but the carpets were very dusty. Going back to the airport, the concierge called a taxi. It turned up with no cab signs. Arriving at the airport the driver asked for £10 more than the concierge at the hotell had said when ordering the cab. He also asked to be paid in cash, claiming that he didn't have a card swipe machine. When we pointed towards the half covered swipe machine poking out between the seats, he first said it was faulty. When we said that we didn't have cash, and wanted to pay by card, he said that we would have to pay 10% more for the fare. Running out of time, we ended up walking across the depature hall and back to find and use a cash machine. And, of course, he had no receipt to give us. We were not pleased with this.

5 minutes walk to tube station, with Wildrose superstore next to the station. Enough space in room with good shower and bath and sets of amenities. Staff are friendly amd helpful.

Good hotel for price with convenient location”
Good location, about 15 minute walk to Tube station. Clean facility. Rooms were adequate, typical small for London. Very clean, comfortable, with fridge and a king bed. Bathroom was fine. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. Warm English breakfast was delicious but not included in room rate so we had to pay for it. They offer continental cold breakfast and also a warm order breakfast. They offered free use of a Samsung cell phone while staying, however we did not use it. We would stay there again if visiting London Kensington area.
