Amazing Stay - Great Front Office Team”
Jayesh is one of the most enterprising front office member I have interacted in a long time. Very helpful, got me an upgrade, extremely warm. Will come back for this gentleman for the way he took care of me. Hats off to Zahid Khan for supporting Jayesh all the way and ensuring he stood by and supported Jayesh in his decisions to upgrade me and also sent the iphone charger by courier which I had left behind.

Had stayed three nights at the Park Navi Mumbai, had few challenges with my room but the team over there went above and beyond and took care of my every needs and made my stay very comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Kunal Jhavar and Ms Deepika the Guest service manager , Yogesh for taking care of my room and the Elephant made with towels was *****, Sailesh from West 1 Restaurant who took extra care of me and Yogi the Mixologist at the Dusk Bar, who created special cocktails . The only problem with this hotel is they give twin beds joined together for a king bed. And how much ever u request them. They will not help you with this particular issue rest everything was good.

Room was very good. The food was tasty. Only disappointment was pool was not operational and gym equipment were old and worn out.
