Not an impressived stay
The hotel facility and location is excellent.But was very disappointed at their service level.I mentioned in my booking that we were stsying with a child below 3 yrs old and I read some comments that they got email prior to their arrival to confirm the baby arrangement.But I never received email from them also on our arrival the reception guy didnt ask nor arrange anything for the child even if he saw the child.Until the next morning I called for baby slippers the house keeping came and setup everything.We stayed three five stars hotels during our trip,this hotel we found was the less impressived and most disappoited in terms of the service level.The tissue boxes and all the hangers were very dusty...

They had a scavenger hunt for my child & he was so excited to solve it! The service was impeccable. Will not stay any where else.

The Best Hotel in Tokyo
Hotel with very good location, staff very friendly and always ready for support you. Room is very clean with Park View. I had a great time at The Peninsula Tokyo.

Don't like it now after 5 year first stay
1. The hotel blocked 60,000JPY from credit card and that's quite a lot and I really think it's unnecessary. A huge fax machine in room and a outdated coffee machine in room. No kettle in room as they claim their coffee machine provide's hot water. 2. Busy and noisy lobby. When you enter the main door, what welcoming you is full of afternoon tea tables rigjt beside the entrance path. People chatting like a market and I don't feel privilege and luxury staying there. After passing by all the restaurants, you were directed to a small checkin room with a line on it. No chairs around, no lobby staff come for greetings or say sorry. You just have to stand and que there for check in. What a nice welcoming as a famous 5 star hotel. 3. Many new building built and blocks good view.

Good Facilities But...
The quality of the residence is outstanding. But the hotel bar at the 24th floor is a shame... well so banal and mediocre, if I say it modestly. I felt so sad. And I'm not inclined to come back to the hotel where the hotel bar is rubbishy.
