The location is safe and the facilities are clean. The staff is also friendly, and the reason I stayed longer was because of the good security in Makati. Greenbelt and Bonifacio are also nearby. Ytn is also available and it's good. Although the smoking room is on the rooftop, it's a bit inconvenient but still good.

I am pleased with the accommodating, helpful and cheerful front desk staff. We checked in late because of our late flight and we didn't have problems. Checkout was also a breeze as it was fast. Appreciated it the the front desk staff took good care of my backpack when I left it after checkout. Location is great as it is near Salcedo market, walking distance to/from Ayala Triangle, there are restaurants beside it and also 7-11. We also like our room as it is very spacious and clean. My daughter and I felt that it was too big for its price and we like it. I like the layout of the room since the space was maximized. I also like the furnishings and the 2 balconies. Will definitely stay here again!

Great value for money especially within the area — accessible to so many great places in Makati like Ayala Triangle Garden, Salcedo Park, Salcedo Market, Greenbelt area. Resto serves great food too! Rooms are clean albeit rundown and old. Had a few problems though — bidet was leaking after k first used it then it created a flood that went outside the room! Didn’t notice until a few hours after check in. They came in quick to remedy the situation but it was still inconvenient. Asked for kitchenware but they don’t provide dishwashing soap and sponge therefore I can’t clean them myself. Asked housekeeping to pick up and replace 2x. It takes housekeeping more than 30 mins just to go up and pick up the kitchenware! For the replacement, it takes more than an hour! That was unnecessarily long and bothersome. A big negative in my opinion due to the lack of foresight. There’s construction along the Main Street so request a room that overlooks the smaller street so you’ll have a good and unobstructed view. Other than that, staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend but don’t expect 5 star service and if cooking in the room, ask for dishwashing liquid and sponge so you won’t be bothered anymore.

For reference, we stayed in Room 316. The room was great, spacious and extremely clean. The shower was the BEST part, great water pressure. Great inclusives. The staff were excellent, always ready to help you out with whatever you need. The breakfast was plated, not buffet, but the selection was excellent and tasted good. I believe they used to offer buffet breakfast, but guess it changed due to the pandemic. I would gladly stay here again next new year, but PLEASE the internet connection needs to be fixed. The connection in Room 316 in particular was intermittent and we could not connect although the wifi was on. A staff helped us and advised to turn the modem on and off when we could not connect, but it kept happening. It was too much of a hassle to ask for help so we just did as the staff suggested. Maybe they need upgrade their internet service or the modem in room 316 needs to be changed. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me but may be an inconvenience to other guests, so I hope they look into it. I also like the spacious and clean gym and the art gallery.

Conveniently located in Salcedo neighborhood within walking distance of Ayala triangle, plenty of the city’s best restaurants, a large and very nice park and Saturday farmers market (not to be missed). The rooms are spacious and clean. Most foreign travelers will also appreciate the large bathroom which seems to be an anomaly for most mid-range hotels in Manila (most of which - aside from 5-star hotels - seem ridiculously small with insufficient shelving to place your toiletries ). I also enjoy the open room layout - with plenty of storage space and shelving - and very large patio.
