Perfect place to relax”
I stayed in the ‘on the sea room’ for two days. The room was very clean with a mind-boggling scenery. A double-size bed was very comfortable compared to the previous five star resort. Shower and bath was amazing - just stay here then you may see why I am telling like this. Also, if you walk 600m, there is a Rory’s bar so that you can eat diverse food including pizza, Korean pancake - definately recommend!!- fish & chips, and drink all kinds of liquor. This place was a great choice to relax after staying in the east side of resort for few days. Two dogs and their babies were also good buddies- they would bark when they see you first but soon they will become so friendly.

The pier is a amazing place with very friendly and helpful staff . Its about 14 km from town so a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Fabulous Resort with really wonderfull staff ”
We arrived way to early for check in but the Resort Owner was kind enough to give us a free breakfast including freshly pressed juice, cooked omletts and everything from their buffet. The Resort is really wunderfull, the rooms are clean and really comfortable and the staff was always friendly. Plus points for having dog puppies! On our departure the taxi driver couldn't reach the resort because of some construction work on the road so the staff drove us to the taxi by motorbike, completely free of charge. 5/5 really great resort!

A nice and small resort”
This is a small resort. Beach: The water being shallow and tidal on the east coast, a long pier is necessary . If you are looking for white sand, this is not an option. Room: Interiors are reasonably spacious, modern. Lighting is soft and low, colours are muted and dark. Breakfast has fresh fruit, bread, butter, jam, eggs, noodle soup and the like. Staff: super friendly.

Beautiful scenery and nice place to stay”
Nice floating houses on the water, nice flowery garden and friendly manager and staff. We enjoy the kayak boat and clear water in the sea and in the swimming pool. Facilities are at the basic level but the atmosphere is great.

Lin, Viet & team so welcoming. Booked one night & loved it so much we booked further night. Stunning, calm location with beautiful gardens & luxury spacious bedrooms with huge ensuites. We've stayed in 4 places in Phu Quoc in this price bracket: the beds here are the most comfortable of them all. The green hills behind and interesting rock formations along the shore add a special magic.

Lovely resort but be aware of the location”
Stayed here on a long weekend break from Saigon. The resort is lovely, right by the ocean, and the room was big and well equipped. The pool was great, with space around it to relax. Food available in the restaurant was nice and decently priced. The one major downside is the location - it is on the east side of the island, about a 30-40 minute ride by scooter from the main town. There isn't really much nearby, so it can feel a bit isolated.

Value for money away from town area”
Rooms are big, staff are really friendly & helpful. Basic breakfast. Bigger spread on weekends. Restaurant at the resort but a little expensive. There's a pool and option to go into the sea. Resort is about 30mins taxi ride (300 to 360k vnd) away from town. Limited food options in the area. Nearest restaurant is 10mins walk away. Chillax place away from the bustle of town. If you're looking for a place that is near to everything then this place isn't for you. Good sunrise place. At night can see stars. Comfy bed. Cool aircon. Basic toiletories. Overall we had a pleasant stay thanks to the hospitality of the resort staff. Will definitely stay again.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall, our experience was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the hotel sent a driver to pick us up from the airport with a sign with my name, and they were also able to call us a taxi when we needed to go back to the airport. However, they initially wanted to charge me half of the taxi costs even though I had booked a 3+ night stay which was supposed to include round-trip airport shuttle service. The manager initially told me that the information was outdated, but after some argument, I was able to avoid paying anything extra. The language barrier was a bit of an issue, as most of the staff spoke only Vietnamese. The manager had conversational English skills, but he often had to rely on Google Translate. Nonetheless, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I was able to reach out to the manager via text whenever I had an issue, and he always responded quickly with a solution. This was especially important since the hotel shuts down around 9 pm, with the gates, reception, and restaurant closing for the night. I had booked a "deluxe sea view room" with an ocean view, but upon arrival, I was informed that all ocean view rooms had been closed down by the Vietnamese government. This was disappointing, and yet the hotel did not reimbursed me or apologized for the mistake. The room was modest but satisfactory. We had many animals and bugs enter, including cockroaches, geckos, and ants. The shower water is consistent and hot The property itself is usually quiet and peaceful, but it's quite small and far from other attractions on the island. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the downtown and any tourist attractions. We rented a motorbike from the hotel for 150,000 a day to get around. Only nearby restaurant/bar/attraction is Rory’s. Overall, while there were some shortcomings, the friendly staff and comfortable room made for an enjoyable stay.

Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 nuits à THE PIER PHU QUOC RESORT. L'hôtel est très joli, mais attention : pas de plage, et seulement certains bungalows ont vraiment vue sur la mer (les autres c'est en se couchant à plat ventre sur la terrasse ou en bas à droite de la fenêtre de la salle de bain...). Très jolie piscine, très beau panorama. Une des deux chambres que nous avions sentait fort l'humidité. Peu à faire sur ce coin de la côte EST. Le petit déjeuner est basique. Pour les repas : pas mal, sans plus. Heureusement le restaurant RORY'S est à 10mn à pied... Le ++ : Le personnel est adorable, aux petits soins, très serviable. Le -- : si vous ne m'aimez pas les chiens, abstenez-vous car plusieurs se promènent constamment en liberté (ne sont pas méchants, mais bon...)

mauvais accueil ”
J'ai été très déçue par cet établissement au point de changer d'hébergement après une nuit passée dans le resort. Aucun effort pour organiser une sortie dans l'île. Dîner et petit-déjeuner très décevants (j'ai même été malade pendant la nuit). La propreté laisse à désirer (les chiens de l'hôtel sont venus se désaltérer dans la piscine... et nous avons constaté lors de notre départ que les draps des lits n'étaient pas changés par les femmes de ménage. Aucun effort pour faire un geste commercial alors que nous souhaitions abréger le séjour. Je déconseille vivement cet établissement et je ne comprends pas les commentaires très élogieux présents sur le site. L'hôtel aurait-il changé de propriétaires récemment ?

Prachtig resort met de lekkerste bedden ooit!”
Alles was geweldig, wij waren alleen niet groot fan van het restaurant. Ligt prachtig, maar wel ver weg van restaurants etc, maar er zijn 3 goede opties in de buurt: Rory’s is net verhuisd van de andere kant van het eiland en heeft over paar weken een keuken, de drankjes en service waren geweldig dus ik vermoed dat het eten ook helemaal prima is. Tegenover rory’s zit een hele lieve familie met een restaurantje, de rijst met pork vonden we lekker. Als je nog iets verder doorloopt kom je bij mango beach resort, dat was ook heerlijk.

初めてのフーコック島上陸後に宿泊したホテルでした。 人気のない北東部だとは分かっていましたが、その理由が分かって気がします。 ホテルスタッフは、海に入れると言っていたものの海へアクセスる階段がないため、 飛び込まなければならないような状況でした。 大して海も綺麗ではなかったのでプールのみで我慢した次第です。 また、人里離れた場所にあるので他拠点へ行くのにタクシーをチャーターしなければなりません。 人気のナイトマーケットまでは車で40分程度かな。。。 いろいろと下調べが足りませんでした。 但し、スタッフは対応が良く会話も笑顔でできます。 ロケーションさえ良ければ何も問題はありません。 目的が海と買い物であれば、お勧めしません。 しかし人里離れてゆっくりできる場所をお探しなら、最高だと言えます。 本当にお世話になりました。

1.前往這個resort就華山一條路，入住期間遇上修路，前往及每次外出都只能換車，中途要拖著一堆行李走過一段爛路。 2.入住當日發現床單有煙跡，馬上要求更換。 3.房間內沒有WiFi，要蹭網只能到reception。 4.熱水溫度嚴重不足，僅僅熱的溫度。
