Quaint but way overpriced”

Friendly. But the room was small; the bathroom door hits the bed. Small bathroom, no real counter space. No drawers and a 1/2 height closet so they can squeeze in a fridge and other things. enough closet space for one night. Nice linens but the pillows are hard as a rock. More expensive than a major hotel on the beach.

Perfect gem”

Have stayed here many times and it never disappoints. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast by the water were delightful. The room we were allocated was very stuffy and the air con appeared not to be working . We were immediately switched to another room. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Pillars Hotel”

The hotel is rated as a luxury hotel. The staff was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. I just thought for the price of the hotel and its exact location, it was priced too high. Would I stay there again. Probably not, would rather pay around the same price and stay directly on AIA. The breakfast was also overpriced. But I think most often today, things are priced too high. But kudos to the staff.
