Adorable hotel for a great price!”
The Pineapple Hotel was so cute and such a good price! We just stayed here for one night, but during our time there the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located in a great spot with a 711 right next door, as well as some cute cafes and restaurants close by. A great place to stay!

Central position, nice pool”
We got the triple room on a high floor with nice mountain views. Huge room with living/sitting area and oversized bathroom. Pool was quite big. Ambient lighting in the room would make a big difference (seemed only v. bright overhead lights). It was quite echoey in the room and I'm glad no one was staying next door as we arrived late and made some noise. There wasn't a restaurant but 7-11 was literally right next door.

Under the circumstances, corona, we felt very safe and extremely well taken care of by the staff. The hotel it self is old with charming spacious rooms. Great pool area, totally private due to the amount of guests. Good breakfast. I loved the chef!! I The shuttle driver is a extreme friendly guy who goes over the moon to help, even during time when shuttle is not scheduled. I can not thank the front office staff enough for all their service, you can be assured you will be greated with a warm big smile no matter what time you pass through the front office team. It means a lot when so much bad is going on around you. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone at anytime!

Hi, definite recommendation for a hotel in krabi town. We changed our reservation last minute (11pm) to this one because the other hotel was not clean enough. Pineapple was fine and you can rest peacefully.

Comfortable and cozy hotel”
Helpful staff and a clean hotel. 7 Select, BaBao (eatery closes around 3pm) and Tesco Lotus within walking distance. (1-5 min walk). 20-25 min walk to the walking street / night market operating on Fri, Sat and Sun. The cons are the weak flushing system in the toilet and the small unmounted safe in the room. Toilet bowl choked twice (in 2 days out of 4D3N stays) - was told to throw soiled tissue (for big & small businesses) into the bin only during the choke - no proper instruction found in toilet. Bin provided is the common one without a cover. Strangely, the public toilet near the lobby do not have that problem. The small & easy-carry safe may suggest a 1-stop place for the valuables inclusive the passports if someone happens to sneak in without the knowledge of the staff who may be busily making up the room.

The floor was not clean at all”
The moment we went into the room, it looked fine but the smell from the bathroom isn't something good. The bathroom has no door and covered with a curtain. The floor is so sticky the moment we went in. I believe not all room is like that, but maybe they are missed in taking care of the cleanliness in some rooms. The manager should make sure that all workers clean throughout all rooms properly. Overall it was a good stay because the pool was warm enough but full of dry leaves all over the pool. The bathroom in front of the pool was totally dirty and smelly. Please clean it and make your hotel a better place. We have stayed at a lot of hotels in Krabi and we can find somewhere cleaner at cheaper costs.

Almost perfect ”
Pros: Had booked the cheapest room available for our family of 4 which consisted of a king size bed and a large single mattress on floor (kids were free). On arrival, they upgraded us to a swim up room which was great for our last few days in Thailand. After the first night we asked if they could squeeze another mattress into the room which they did at no extra charge. Our room was very clean. Cons: Breakfast was awful. Not a lot of choice and bad quality. Only one type of fruit too and it wasn’t even watermelon! On the upside we only had breakfast there once.

The photos make the hotel look great - in reality it’s not as nice. The bathroom is very old and there’s water leaking everywhere. The beds are not comfortable. For one chela night it’s ok but I wouldn’t stay more

Facilities and rooms are ok, clean. Location is good if you want to walk to Krabi town and theres good local food next door. The biggest issue when staying here is getting around, as there is no shuttle bus for guests (even though it's advertised). Staff can help you set up private taxi's and tuk tuk's to go where you need to, however these are extremely overpriced!

Hotel Pineapple was booked from 28.12.2022 to 14.01.2023. We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and realized it was not right for us. The area itself is not very conducive, lots of stray dogs around, no restaurants or cafes. I do not advise girls to go out in the evening, the locals are very strange looking at girls and shouting something in Thai. We lived on the second floor of the hotel, but despite that, the bathroom had very poor water pressure, rooms were cleaned very late and sometimes forgot, a couple of times we had to go to the receptionist to have our room cleaned. Breakfast was till 10 am, but even when we arrived at 9 am most meals were already gone, and the rest of the food was cold and there was very little choice. So we decided to check out of the hotel and asked the receptionist for a refund for the remaining days. We were turned down. On 2.01.2022 we left for another one, we warned the receptionist that we would be back on 13.01.2022. We left some of our stuff in the room so we wouldn't have to carry extra luggage with us. When we returned to the Pineapple Hotel, the receptionist informed us that other people had checked into our room without our knowledge. Our room had been checked in by other people, even though we had paid for the room and our belongings were there! The receptionist offered to let us stay in a room with two separate beds, despite the fact that we had paid for a deluxe room with a king size bed. We refused, only after that we were offered another room that met our requirements. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you want your vacation to be ruined!

Very cheap hotel in every way possible. Too bad because it looks really nice in the online photo's. The room was dirty, our bed-linnen were stained, we feared bed bugs but found non, the airconditioning was outdated so very loud what made it not easy to sleep... The location is not good. We should have planned this one better. We booked for 3 nights and left after 1 night.

It's newly opened and there're not many reviews, but we had great experience to stay in the hotel. The receiptionist are very kind and can speak some Chinese. It's easy to drive to hotel and night market. The parking place is very big but it's too dark in the nights, please take care of trees in the middle of the parking place, otherwise you might Unfortunately hit the coconut tree when back your car, like me :( Anyway, it's a wonderful stay. Will comeback if I can visit Krabi again

big sparkly clean room with balcony. great location. 7-11 just next to the hotel. tesco lotus just in 5mins walking distance. there are plenty of eatery shop near by. the staff is very friendly and attentive. it is pleasant stay. enjoy our stay there.

Well, hotel room very clean, but, for the money should have been better, I.E. "Not first class" and, also, Satellite T.V. advertised, by Agoda, but, only Thai Channels. Hotel was located in the quiet part of town but the facilities are adequate. The staff were very helpful and despite an error in the Agoda website with room configuration, they accommodated what was booked without fuss and no extra charges. Breakfast was included but the choices were scarce but other than that it was alright.
