The property is independently operated by an individual owner and does not have a proper reception area. Guests must attend an organized meet-and-greet session to receive keys and further contact details regarding the property.
The property does not accept credit cards. All miscellaneous charges must be settled by cash.
A security deposit of RM 500 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
This resort is run by solar energy and the weather condition will be an essential factor. During raining season, you may be required to lower the consumption of electricity to conserve energy.
The electricity is not available from 12:00 AM to 09:00 AM.
The resort will provide USB fans for guests, but guests are required to bring a power bank/portable batteries to support the devices.
Hair dryers, electric kettles, rice cookers, and any other device that may interrupt the electricity supply are not allowed at the property. Management has the right to request guests to stop using appliances that interrupt or damage the electricity supply.
Air conditioning, water heaters, and Wi-Fi are not available at the property.
The Plantation Eco Resort is not responsible for any injury or damage that occurs during your stay, and the property reserves the right to request you to leave the property shall you or any of your members misbehavior or damage to the property subsequently cause hazards or interruption to other guests.
