Highly recommended”
The location of this resort is away from the downtown area of cancun but the water color is mesmerizing. Once you get closer downtown the water turns green from it meetignthe lagoon and its not so pretty. We didn't mind taking public bus back and forth to downtown.

Have to line up for everything ”
I expected this from the previous reviews of this place...and I was fine w/it until the 2nd night when all I wanted was a Diet Coke, but the only bar that was open by the pool was lined up w/over a dozen drunks. There’s some drinks in our ref in our room but that would’ve been a 10minutes walk. I found a bar in main building (cigar bar or something like that) asked a waitress for a cola and she said bartender not there, and another waitress came to help say the same thing. So ok “black vip bracelet” and all...why would y’all make it so hard for a guest to get a drink? I suggest soda machines and/or water stations!! We can’t drink pool water! sarcasm

Great For Solo Traveler”
I stayed for 3 days/ 3 nights with something new to do each day. There are plenty of kiosks with excursions and activities to do all around the Cancun/Playa de Carmen area. And the open bars around the pool area were lit. Felt safe by myself the entire time. Only things that turned me off were the housekeeping and room service. The room smelled like a college dormitory that hadn’t been mopped or sanitized in eons/ needs a GOOD DETAILED CLEANING. And the room service was below subpar, all food and drink options were school house caliber. I expect better from an all inclusive RESORT. All in all, I enjoyed the trip but the facilities could be better.

Good not great. A few problems and watered down down drinks fuel this rating. Gorgeous beach. Mostly Spanish clientele. Seems all vacationers speak Spanish. Actually feels homey immersed in the Mexican culture. Food good, again not great. Only worth the trip if you get a steep discount.

The food and drinks at this resort is horrible. We were so disappointed- we thought at least one place there would be decent but no. The drinks are watered down. ( soda and alcoholic beverages). The rooms are small and the AC didn't work. Anytime we tried to call down to the front desk they either didn't answer or it took hours to get an answer/service. There were leaks in the hotel and cockroaches at the steakhouse. I will say that all staff were very friendly. The show at dinner was fun (but again horrible food). It's supposed to be "the entertainment" resort but there wasn't much entertainment offered- maybe due to covid. All in all, I wouldn't stay there again. In fact this resort ruined all inclusive for me. I would rather skip all inclusive and pay for my food and drinks and actually get something edible.

Unsafe design, poorly kept, slow response times.”
After check in, which took approximately 30 minutes, we were told it would take about an hour to get our room keys and to go to a restaurant and relax and come back. The restaurant they suggested had a much longer wait than an hour and it was hot, we were tired and there was no where to sit to wait...no chairs in the lobby. After an hour, we were told it would be another half hour wait. Finally, after two hours we were given our room keys and the room looked nothing like the pictured standard room. It was a very stripped down, basic room that was extremely disappointing. On the way to the room, I fell flat on my face, splitting my head open and breaking my glasses because I missed a step that was completely unnoticeable (there are hundreds of those all over the property--they blend in and you cannot see them unless you have your eyes down constantly...there is no purpose for these steps. They seem to be for architecural purpose only.) When I asked if they had someone that could fix my glasses, they said no. I used a bathroom by the pool and all the toilet seats had been removed. The furniture around the pool was shabby and the paint was peeling. Our room has no blankets or bedspreads...only a top sheet. We requested a blanket twice and after 3 hours, we received another sheet. All this has been my observation in my first 3 hours here. I am not very optimistic about the rest of our vacation.

Singles Paradise”
The beach is absolutely world class. Amazing sand and clear water. This alone makes the Grand Oasis worth it, but then you add in the 1/4 mile long pool, day parties/concerts, and views of Cancun from the Pyramid and the beach deck are breathtaking. The scene during March and April (Spring Break) is for singles looking for a good time. The bars and pool are always full of fun people. Not recommended for couples or families during this time at least. Stay away from the two Oasis Lite restaurants at either end of the property. These are the cheaper restaurants for people who did not pay extra for the Pyramid. It is easy to go there because they seem to always be open, but there is A LOT better food at the Pyramid only restaurants especially White Box and the buffet restaurant above White Box.

A Typical All-Inclusive Resort”
The resort was relatively clean, large, and the staff was helpful. You kind of feel like you're staying in Vegas. But, although the resort claims to have over 20 restaurants and bars, the majority are buffets with hour-long waits, mediocre food, or were closed inside of their working hours. If you try to eat at standard meal times, you will be waiting for at least 45 minutes until you are able to be seated. If you try to eat outside of those hours, you risk the restaurants being closed or unprepred. Their bars, on the other hand, were excellent, despite the majority closing before 11pm. Overall, would recommend for young adults in their twenties or thirties; however, will probably choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

Very disappointing stay.”
We booked 3 nights in 2 Master suites, but when we arrived they oversold them and we got downgraded to Ocean front. The staff at the front desk was lying to our faces when we confronted then saying we was having master suites when it was clearly not like the pictures and way smaller. The manager promised to upgrade us to a presidential suite for the last night after refunding us the difference between Master suite and Ocean front, and this was another false promise, as it was just an upgrade to a Junior Suite. The staff was confronted by the manager and apologized lying to our face. Lot of kids, even in adults only areas. This place is a tourist factory, the food is just edible, not taste, except for the White box and the Benazuza, who are really nice. Lot of drunk people, I absolutely not recommend for people who are used to travel in luxury places, because this one is a lie. I was planning to extend if the facilities was nice, I didn't, there is way better places around this resort

這次安排了兩天的住宿，節目表中禮拜五至週末活動最多，然後如果是黑色手環會玩的很開心且不受拘束，因為最靠海灘的bar及餐廳幾乎都是黑手環免費，服務人員中也有會說一點中文的，這在當地還滿少見的。到這裡度假除了適合夫妻、情侶，一個人也可以在各式主題party玩的很盡興！內建的賭場最低賭資也不高，推薦小賭怡情一下。
