Before booking this hotel i was filled with multiple thoughts due to the mixed reviews online and I ignored all of them and just decided to go with it. Honestly one of the BEST decisions. The location is not on the main street but it is on a 10-15 min walk to the phloen chit BTS station and they have a shuttle service till the afternoon which drops u directly to the station so you don’t have to walk. Besdies that, the pool was one of the best parts of the hotel. At the night, staring at the beautiful buildings and everything seems so unrealistic and it’s amazing. The staff is so helpful and so nice. They also had a tour guide who was extremely nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and everything was working perfectly. The balcony that we got with our room was cute. The cafe was also cute and aesthetic. There are 2 7-elevens in the same street and restaurants. Not a sketchy place at all. Overall BEST and AMAZING experience. Will recommend it to you all and i will stay here again 🤎

almost perfect, one fix away from being the best hotel for it's price”
Over my two-weeks stay in BKK, I chose to stay at 4 hotels averaging 3 nights at each hotel. I chose to do this because I needed to move about for my business meetings and I wanted to be close to each location. My budget was $30-$40 per night so all the 4 hotels were in the same tier. However this hotel is by far the best one among the 4. The rooms are big and spacious. The working/study table is placed in such a way that it actually works (unlike some hotels where the table is attached so close to the wall that you don't even space for a leg-room. The location is near to so many embassies. The bed is super comfy too. Right amount of softness and firmness. The pool is small but overlooks a nice skyline with infinity pool concept. A lot of things are nice at this hotel because it is a new hotel perhaps. I really love it. I would rate like 4.5/5 whereas the other hotels I stayed would be 3.5/5 The only big COMPLAIN I have and I really find myself questioning is the way they operate their shuttle service. It would leave in the intervals of every 1-hour so basically, you have to wait. And I find myself walking as I do not want to waste my time. I really do not understand why they want to inconvenience the guests this way as otherwise this would be a perfect hotel. If I am not wrong the operating time is very short too(8am to 4pm) Who comes back to hotel by 4pm? And walking out by foot to Phloen Chit Station isn't as near as it seems. It is a long road. The shuttle should be ready to go once the guest request (just like other hotels) and operating time should at least cover until the dinner (eg. 9pm) or better still change it to 24-hour. MANAGMENT please fix this. If so, I will stay at this hotel every single time for my visit. Right now, that's the only thing that irks me really badly because it is like one fix away from being a perfect hotel for it's price range.

A hidden gem of a hotel”
My wife and I had maybe the biggest surprise in many ears. This hotel is everything you can wish for...not too big and crowded...extremely polite and helpful staff...clean and modern room...the bed was excellent and amassing pillows...both of us is very very picky about pillows...lol...but to sum it all with the best part...was the breakfast...I have been travelling in capacity at work and leisure time for over 30 years...the breakfast they served is the best I ever have encountered...my wife who is a chef...said this is highly unusual to experience such a high level on the food they served and how it was prepared...IT WAS SO DELICIOUS...I had to eat several portions even I was full...but the quality and how great it tasted...I could not stop eating...that's a testimony to how great the food was...So I HIGHLY recommend this hotel...they deserve all the PRAISE I can give them...We will definitely come back shortly...then we will bring our kids along....Anyway...i hope they will maintain this standard and level without starting to fall into the temptation to start price gauging...Cheers from a very satisfied future guest at this hotel.

Stayed for 5 days, solo, female traveler. Nice comfortable bed, quiet room! Location is very convenient to the sky train of you don’t mind walking about 10 minutes, but they have a shuttle too. I never used the pool but it looked very inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel .clean rooms . Quite but still close to the main shopping area ( around 15 min by taxi or toktok ) you pay about 200bhat 6$ to get everywhere around The stuff was nice . Super nice sweming pool to escape from the noise of bangkok and get some sun

Great Hotel!”
Very nice hotel, super clean and really nice rooms. One of the best rooms we’ve stayed in so far. Staff were very nice, there was a 1000 Baht deposit on arrival which we didn’t know about so be sure to have plenty of cash! The gym and rooftop pool were clean and great, open till 10pm. Siam Square shopping is about a 15/20 min walk away, but the bus stop and train stops are all within 5 minutes down the road.

I would stay again it was good. The internet is not good slow and undependable so I used my mobile phone hotspot. The room was nice clean and comfortable.

I was attending a conference at The Conrad not too far from this hotel and I had an amazing stay for half of the price. The bed is comfortable, the staff was friendly and everything was really clean. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it this hotel!

Very good hotel”
- Location is in Sukhumvit next to US embassy. Very safe area and less crowded street. - Hotel offers hourly shuttle to BTS Phloen Chit station until 4pm. Otherwise it is good 10-min walk. - Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful all the time. - Hotel TV doesn't have many interesting channels. But I'm not much into TV anyway. - Breakfast is good. Has bits of everything that anyone would want and good coffee machine.

New building, great location, good breakfast - only for some reason continuously changed the location of breakfast to another hotel, then back, then there again, which was unexpected in the morning, but the staff is very helpful and nice, everything is smooth, really surprisingly great experience in Bangkok, while the price is really reasonable.

Friendly Staff and Beautiful Hotel”
There is shuttle service to Phloen Chit BTS every hour, otherwise it will be a 15 minutes to the BTS. The hotel is really beautiful, tv have netflix, iqiyi, youtube and many more. The staffs there are very friendly and helpful, there are two 7-eleven nearby which is convenient for breakfast and supper. Overall is a good hotel for me.

Really good hotel, we stay in Dualkey room , one studio and another is a room with living, dining and pantry area, two separate rooms and shared a main door, bed also nice , room with balcony , price really acceptable, hotel also have shuttle car service send to BTS station.
