Come for a staycation + celebrate the anniversary. The first thing that impressed me was the anniversary card and cake provided. Even though I didn't expect it, it was so sweet, thank you very much. The room atmosphere with a nice view is great; I prefer this side more than the view of the elephant building. Everything inside the room was really nice and comfortable; I slept very well. All departments' staff, including reception and service, were excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and others. There is a 7-Eleven and ATM services available downstairs, which is very convenient. However, the breakfast line was a bit lacking; as for the taste (this is subjective), the food was quite cold. If it's sunny, it can get pretty hot, and the sun shines everywhere you sit. On rainy days, it’s actually really nice. The fitness area upstairs should have staff there because I've been twice and haven't seen any employees. Other Chinese customers came in asking how to use the equipment, so I had to teach them. It would be better if there were staff at the counter. One downside is that if you come by car in the evening, traffic can be a bit heavy. Other than that, there's nothing else. I usually don't stay at the same hotel often because I like to try different places, but I really liked it here and will likely plan to come back again! Hehe.

Located near Major Ratchayothin with easy access to BTS and MRT, it’s a practical choice for both business and leisure travelers who want to explore the city without being in the middle of Bangkok’s busiest tourist zones. Rooms are well-designed with a minimalist, contemporary touch—clean lines, bright lighting, and practical layouts. Beds are comfortable, and in-room amenities (from strong Wi-Fi to coffee machines) make the stay smooth and relaxing. Many rooms even offer city views, giving you a glimpse of Bangkok’s vibrant skyline. The facilities are another highlight. The rooftop pool is a refreshing escape with great views, the fitness center is compact but functional. However, what really defines a stay isn’t just the facilities but the service — and this is where the hotel falls short. From the moment you step in, it doesn’t give off a friendly or welcoming vibe. Staff often don’t greet guests, and their lack of smiles or warmth makes the experience feel transactional rather than hospitable. Interactions can feel distant, which takes away from what could otherwise be a great experience. The hotel's soundproofing is terrible. I woke up past midnight to the loud noises that a woman was making while having sex. Honestly, it was impossible to sleep through the noise. The management needs to look into these issues seriously and take steps to improve the hotel's standards and services. Overall, The Quarter by UHG Ratchayothin delivers on design, comfort, and convenience, but misses the mark on service. If staff warmth and hospitality are important to you, this may not meet expectations.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Quarter Ratchayothin. • It is nestled in a very accessible area with many restaurants and convenience stores surrounding it. • All staff are very polite and accommodating. • They have complete amenities with free use of fitness and pool areas. • Rooms are very clean and spacious. • Attendants always make sure to refill our daily necessities. This new hotel absolutely deserves a 5-star rating! Would consider staying here again if given a chance to go back to Bangkok. Kob kun kap!

Stayed on the 29th floor in end June to July 2025 for 5 nights. Overall we are happy with our stay. Hotel is located between 2 BTS stations. Phaya Yothin 24 station is very slightly nearer to the hotel (exit 3, and about 5 mins walk). There is nothing around this station while Ratchayothin station is directly connected to a Cineplex mall. It is a very busy and energetic mall with plenty of restaurants and eateries and very popular amongst the youngsters. About 7 mins walk to hotel. The breakfast is good and very worth including it in your room rates. Room is clean and of a good size and view of the city is very nice and open. I could hear slight traffic noise from my room and I was concerned at first but it didn’t affect my falling asleep even though I am a light sleeper. Amenities in the room are still relatively new. Use the pool and steam room twice and it was satisfactory. Booked the massage service once. It was cheaper than outside. They outsourced it . The massage was done in your room, basic massage nothing fancy but relieved my pain and ache after days of walking. One station away from the hotel at Ha Yaek Ladprao station is a very big shopping mall called Central Ladprao. It is connected to the station. Big supermarket, restaurants, food court, and plenty of shopping. A very popular mall. Also connected by a walkway at this station is an older mall called Union mall. It has a totally different vibe from Central Ladprao but interesting, 3 to 4 levels of stalls selling local fashions from casual to evening wears. Less touristy feel and more peaceful shopping. Hotel is about 50 mins by bts and airport rail. About 20 mins by bts to Siam station (city centre) . It is easy to get around from the hotel by bts although the train can be very crowded during peak hours.
