Get the Deluxe Room
My friends had a deluxe room. I had a "superior" room. The deluxe room was simply much nicer. It had windows that didn't just look out at a wall, the shower (which was fantastic) didn't get the ground near the toilet wet, and the door was actually marked with their room number (which, mine somehow was not). Location was great, and the pool was nice (even if it was raining when we were there). Breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly but did not speak English very well, and the price they quoted for hiring a taxi for a half day was very high.

Lovely hotel but a shame about the building work
We had a lovely room secluded with a private pool. The only problem was there was building work going on right next door which started before 8am. It was a lovely hotel setting but the breakfast staff were not so good when half the food needed be asked to fill up even though there was still 45 mins left of breakfast, also loads of Thai youngsters came in from the pool soaking wet making the restaurant really wet! We tried to buy some drinks during the happy hour and the barman did but understand at all it tools ages to explain and then to top it off someone tried banging open the wooden doors when they were locked, but not good as the room is all glass, apparently a workman wanted to come in and measure something? Anyway it is a lovely place but maybe better staff training is needed?

Great for Families
We've been all over Thailand and Pai has been one of our favorite places. The city is very compact and the country in beautiful. Let me say that Pai is full of foreigners and most of these are college age young people who are basically in Pai to have fun (aka party). This can mean that if you stay in a cheaper hotel/guest house you might have roudy neighbors. HOWEVER, the Quarter Resort draws a different kind of crowd. This is a nice hotel, we found all the guests cordial and respectful and very quiet in the evenings and nights. It's about 4 blocks north of Walking Street which isn't far. All this to say, if you are looking for a nice, beautiful hotel with modern conveniences and a pool then this is the place for you. Our kids (12/14) loved it. BUT if you are looking for a place that has a little action at night and don't care for swimming then this might not be the best place for you.

Excellent value for money
Lovely resort, great pool and extremely clean room. Excellent strong, hot shower. Breakfast was nice too. Builders building in the room next door from 5am which was noisy, so that's the only real negative.

Awesome Clean Resort Close To Walking Street
Everything here was clean and it was a great place to stay. You can easily walk to walking street - it is only 2 minutes walk away.

Disappointing Staff
The room was a great price because it was off season, but conversely, this also meant the staffing was vey disappointing. There was nothing but a couple of friendly, but not at all proactive receptionists, plus a chef and cleaners. The rooms were nice, but just could do with a couple of touch ups - a slightly more modern TV, and cabinet drawers that weren't falling off. Regardless, still actually a very nice hotel - probably comes to life in peak season.

Great spot, staff was very helpful
Facilities were great. Pool was very nice, if you actually wanted to swim laps in it you could. Rooms were clean and comfy. The only thing that could use work if the breakfast, but it was pretty typical for Thai hotels. Pai is known for there breakfast, so I would just find a place to eat outside. Staff was very friendly. They will drop you off downtown if you want to save a 3-4 min walk.
