The Best of Hotel in Pai”
We were family travelers of 3 during New Year seasonal period. At first impression, it was given to the breath taking scenery around the hotel. We were put to stay in the back side of the resort. At first we were a bit disappointed of how small the room was. But, since we stayed during the holiday season with so many events around the hotel, the back side room became the best location as it was quiet and full of privacy. Were were highly appreciated at how high standard in every small things The Quarter paid attention to i.e. cleanliness, quality of all materials used, services, design. The food is something to be complimented big time. We so enjoyed with tasty breakfast hotel provided. The location is the best as it is in the middle of Pai where you can just walk to People Walking Street with surrounded shops nearby the hotel. Even though, this hotel might be a bit pricey hotel, I do recommend anyone to invest here if you want to experience the fullest relax in Pai. Everything we received worth every satang paid! We will definitely go back to you, the Quarter.
Great for Families”
We've been all over Thailand and Pai has been one of our favorite places. The city is very compact and the country in beautiful. Let me say that Pai is full of foreigners and most of these are college age young people who are basically in Pai to have fun (aka party). This can mean that if you stay in a cheaper hotel/guest house you might have roudy neighbors. HOWEVER, the Quarter Resort draws a different kind of crowd. This is a nice hotel, we found all the guests cordial and respectful and very quiet in the evenings and nights. It's about 4 blocks north of Walking Street which isn't far. All this to say, if you are looking for a nice, beautiful hotel with modern conveniences and a pool then this is the place for you. Our kids (12/14) loved it. BUT if you are looking for a place that has a little action at night and don't care for swimming then this might not be the best place for you.
We loved this place! We went to Pai from Chiang Mai with the plan to stay just one night. Almost immediately upon arrival at The Quarter we decided to extend our stay another day. We booked the junior suite. Our room was a sweet, very private, glassed in bungalow with a covered shelter on the back and a Japanese style soaking tub. Very beautiful and romantic with a rainshower showerhead in the bathroom that had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Our room was very quiet with little outside noise. The courtyard garden is beautiful and there's a salt water swimming pool with private lounges areas with umbrellas...and very nice views. The front desk staff were excellent and helpful and the tuk-tuk's always ready for a quick ride into town. The restaurant staff were difficult to communicate with in English, but very nice and helpful as best they could be. The food at the restaurant was so-so, nothing to get excited about. All in all our stay at The Quarter Resort was exceptional and I would highly recommend it!
We had an amazing time at the Quarter Resort. I would suggest flying to Pai as the journey by bus is long and windy through the mountains. But when we arrived we felt right at home in this beautiful resort. The grounds are amazing as is the room. The location was great, walking distance to downtown, although the hotel will drive you most places in their Tuk Tim free of charge ( we tipped the driver). All in all a great experience!
The quarter, a piece of Pai”
The Quarter is Just a 10 min walk from the Aya bus station. The pictures you see of the quarter on the site doesn't includeren the relax atmospher.I really enjoyed it. The bed is hard enough, hot water in the shower, two sides to sit outside and enough space to move. The buffet breakfast they serve contains enough variation . This resort makes you want to stay espacially after seeing all the beauty of Pai by motorcycle. I highly recommend this resort.
Wonderfully relaxing. ”
My stay at the Quarter resort was very nice and extremely relaxing. The staff were very helpful and attentive. My room was very spacious and well designed. The hot tub was a great way to relax after sight seeing in the Pai valley.Breakfast buffet was really good. The resort grounds are very lush and tropical and are well cared for with an excellent swimming pool. Overall a really nice place.
Looks exactly like the pictures”
We spent here 4 nights and had a real good time at Pai with day trips and then relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. Had a grand deluxe room, the room is very big and spacious, cleaned every day, water bottles every day, pool towels changed everyday +normal towels. Breakfast was good enough. Pool is great relaxation when not too crowded. I read about electricity power problems but we did not have any at all. Hotel is about 600 meters from walking street, there is a shuttle to center whenever you want, just say it to receptionists. Reception women are kind, smiling and fast. Perfect quite resort in a quite area but in walking distance to center.
new design hotel in center of Pai”
In the lovely city of Pai you can choose between cheap guesthouses, the resorts on the river or the more luxury. The quarter hotel is a combination of luxury and resort. It is well designed. Nice large rooms with fancy bathroom. Everything you need is in the room, even the soap and bathgels are high quality.Breakfast is very basic.
terrific rooms, nice pool, superb food and service”
the quarter is excellent. i drove from chiang mai so i had my own car and gps with turn-by-turn in english for pai. so i didn't need the free hotel shuttles, but if you're on foot and tired, you just call and the shuttle picks you up wherever you are. i liked the architecture and the pool. the staff were kind to my son and me. we are foodies and we were the only ones eating in the restaurant at an odd time. my son was discouraged. he just "knew" there were no cooks present. surprise!! wonderful beef and pork thai salads. the chefs will deliver to your porch if you don't want to eat with a crowd. nice spa. i needed a two-hour herb massage after the drive.i paid extra for a bed for my son.
Great Trip to Pai! Awesome mix of relaxation with fanciness!”
The Quarter Resort was wonderful. I have been to Pai for the past 4 years about once a year. I have stayed in different resorts, hotels, and hostels. I have yet to find a place as nice for the price as The Quarter Resort. I would greatly recommend this hotel. The location is quiet and super close to the night market. The pool is well taken care of and comfortable. The staff is not fantastic when it comes to pool service. I didn't see anyone walking around taking orders. But, that would have been nice but its ok. The international breakfast I felt was great yet, I would have liked to see some other options available throughout 3 nights stay. Overall great stay but has some room for improvement as well.
this is my second stay at the quarter hotel, the best hotel in pai the internet is free and the roon has every thing you need inside it, the staff is very nice and helpful the hotel gives free bikes and the breakfast is great i would stay again at this hotel if i come to pai for sure the money is woeth it
We booked this hotel because there are not many 4/5 stars hotels in Pai. We were very surprised of the warmth welcome and the beautifull surroundings of the hotel with his very nice pool. The centre is only 5 min walk so you have no noise of Pai center. You can use a bike for free. The rooms are very cosey and clean. Fresh fruit every day in the room. Next time i will book for sure again.
The Quarter is a higher quality resort, the location is perfect and the layout and decor of the hotel are stylish.Great open showers and room facilities. Plenty of sunloungers around the wonderful pool. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere that is romantic and perfect for couples. My only disappointment was the breakfast which was not upto the standered of similar priced hotels. No alternatives were offered and their was no variety during our 4 day stay.
Beautiful Resort with nice landscaping and large room”
We stayed in the Family Room which is large enough to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children comfortably. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool while we laze around at the veranda. The resort provides free transport to Pai Walking Street even though it's within walking distance (about 10 mins walk). Remember to request for mosquito repellent device or you might leave Pai with more than just beautiful memories.
The Quarter Hotel, Pai, would like to thank you for the advice of customers who come to use our rooms. We try to improve the service, both the cleanliness of the room and other services to impress customers. From the quarter team
Pampering in Pai”
Treated myself to a luxurious stay after several days motorbiking though the mountains. This is a beautiful resort in Pai with stunning rooms, pretty grounds, and a location secluded enough to be serene yet only a short walk into town. Highly recommended. Met expectations for a luxurious stay. Staff nice, rooms soothing. Bathroom is open aired but shouldn't dissuade you from staying. Wifi ok but not good enough to sustain bandwidth-hungry applications like Skype or FaceTime from the rooms - had to go to dining room to make it work. Breakfast weak but youve probably come to expect that in Thqi hotels. Minor gripes. Compared it to the Pai des Arts resort and confident i made the right choice. Recommended.
A little slice of paradise in a central location ”
The Quarter was a great place to stay - if the weather had been nicer and we were in Pai longer I would have opted for a room upgrade as we were tucked away with no view (it serve it's purpose to us though). Super close to the walking street night markets and massages, included breakfast was great and the shower was sensational!
The hotel would like to thank the customers for using the service and commenting on both the room and other services. Sincerely hope that Customers will come back to use the service of the hotel next time. Thank you.
Nice and quiet hotel”
This is a nice resort and I think the price is right, I wouldn't want to pay any more. The rooms are big and very nicely designed. The bathrooms have an open section between the wall and ceiling so I had a few bugs fly into my room. Keep the bathroom door shut. The breakfast is nice; eggs, sausage, bacon, french toast, bread, salad, fruit, cereals... and the restaurant staff were very friendly. You can borrow DVDs from reception and watch in your room. It is very green and really peaceful, I like the layout of all the rooms surrounding the big pool. It is about 5 mins walk into town, great location.
Good Value Top Quality Hotel ”
I think this is one of the most tastefully designed hotels I've stayed in in Thailand (and elsewhere). there is attention to detail in everything like the shampoo etc. The pool is great and looked like the cleanest pool I stayed in all holiday (6 weeks). Breakfast has a wide selection but we didn't try food apart from that. The location is a ten minute walk from most of the shops, cafes and restaurants but the hotel offer a free shuttle service. They also provide bicycles. We rented a motorbike and I can recommend Pai canyon, The Hot Springs, the Chinese village and waterfall nearby. We paid 38 euros which is more than a lot of places in Pai as it's so cheap. But in my opinion it's more than worth the money. You'd bairly get a bungalow for the same price on Koh samui.
Beautiful, best in Pai”
Other resorts around Pai did not look anywhere as nice as The Quarter. It was a nice quiet oasis, good walking distance from the street with top notch facilities and amenities.
Nice boutique hotel”
This is one of the best boutique hotel in Pai. I stay here for second time. Our family like this hotel. The reception service and staff are very good of service mind. The room is large enough for our family (3 people). The balcony is lovely, especially the upstair room. We have a very good time sitting at the balcony, having fresh air and small dinner which we bought from Pai walking street. Breakfast is good, enough food for all guests.
