Beautiful Resort with nice landscaping and large room”
We stayed in the Family Room which is large enough to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children comfortably. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool while we laze around at the veranda. The resort provides free transport to Pai Walking Street even though it's within walking distance (about 10 mins walk). Remember to request for mosquito repellent device or you might leave Pai with more than just beautiful memories.
Nice property, good location”
Very nice property, located almost on the walking street. Pros: Hotel itself is beautiful, and the breakfast is just yummy. It is like in the pictures, nice and good for the value Resort. Cons: It was towards end of our holiday so we wanted something a bit nicer so we paid extra for the room with the private pool. Turns out water in the pool was freezing so we only took a quick dip to say we did it. Also a bit dark in that room so we still had to use the big pool (also cold btw). Not enough sunbeds for all the guests so we ended up sitting on a mat next to it on the hard floor.
Rooms were very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Staff was great and accommodating. Great breakfast options. Free ride to and from town (which is only a 5 minute walk away). I would definitely stay here again.
My girlfriend and I have “high” standards. But this hotel surprised us because it was cheap for what you get. Very clean, nice and cosy location, because its between other buildings it dont get so hot inside, staff was very friendly and always willing to help directly. Only the pressure in the shower is a bit to low, but you cant have everything for that price ;)
Pleasant resort, nice rooms. Close to town
Not honor booking plus poor service but no person in charge on spot”
Calling Agoda at the spot is not helpful. Being put in an old structure for the first night is not pleasant particularly with the floor shaking when you walk in the room was not the service I bought from either Agoda or the hotel but they fail to address my concern, not to mention time wasted in the bargaining & delay in my plan etc. Imagine how people react when hotel is not making your room ready despite guest arrvie late in the evening many hours after the official check in time with empty stomach after long day of travel!!!
The location was good but the rest didn't wow me”
We were here for four nights and the location 📍 was good a simple 10-minute walk from the walking street. The pool was good, but the rooms didn't wow me. You could tell that they were a little older. The staff was friendly but not overly helpful about fixing a bedside lamp that didn't work. The breakfast had a bit of everything which was nice, but after seeing a lot of other cute hotels in the area, I would not stay here again.
Superior room with no view ”
Indeed the superior room had no view. My superior room was surrounded by 4 concrete walls and gave me a confiscated feel. With the pricely room rate and small room with no view, it was not worth staying in the superior room. The ventilation of bathroom is bad and no shower curtain so the bathroom and toilet area was wet all the times.
Amazing stay, staff & food. Highly recommend ”
Beautiful resort with amazing food - breakfast/lunch/dinner Worth the money as the location is so convenient as well, you’re only a 5 minute walk away from the main road/centre. Rooms are beautiful as well - would definitely love to come back here! Made our Pai experience a very special and enjoyable one
This hotel is beautiful. The pool area is very nice, as well as the room. The free shuttle is very convenient. Unfortunately, there was an ant problem in the bathroom when I stayed there, but no big deal. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer, however the food was cold. I had the fried rice for lunch though, and it was delicious! Nice property.
the hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were really helpful! there was a free tuk tuk that dropped us down the road to the start of the walking street. The only issue we had was the pool wasn't clean at all. however, two men came over as we were leaving and looked as though they were trying to fix the issue. It would have been nice to use the pool but it wasn't an issue at all
Great Hotel in Pai - good location and comfortable room”
Set just outside the centre of Pai this hotel is well positioned for walking into town and seeing the fascinating area around Pai. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good showers/bathrooms. Breakfast was OK and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Good value.
Great place to stay”
Good breakfast great location near The Walking Street Staff is very kind and they are helping with everything you need. On the last day we did check out on 6:30 a.m. and they open the breakfast specially for us.
A little slice of paradise in a central location ”
The Quarter was a great place to stay - if the weather had been nicer and we were in Pai longer I would have opted for a room upgrade as we were tucked away with no view (it serve it's purpose to us though). Super close to the walking street night markets and massages, included breakfast was great and the shower was sensational!
Lack of decent management & direction”
Check-in was the BEST ever! We were expected & made very welcome indeed, superb. However no porters to assist with luggage. Half a dozen staff weeding the lawn by hand - no tools whatsoever!! All staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. I judged the place to be around a couple of years old and already looking tired & neglected, grubby, nobody's ensuring windows etc cleaned properly. Some polythene hangs all around the focal point (restaurant) which is SO dirty can't even see through it. Therefore didn't try the pool, who knows how long since the filter's been checked. In the bathroom both drains flowed...just. Floor 2" deep in water from the shower before had even balanced the temperature. They do NOT want you to get into the soap, LOL! Liquid soap/shampoo no problem (fragrant, decent quality) but the bar of soap strapped & wrapped with scot-tape, without a blade I gave up. Best: Bacon at breakfast Worst: Ony sell small 300ml beers - always a rip-off
Perfect hotel ”
The hotel is very beautiful, quiet for a relaxing stay. There is a beautiful garden. The location is very good. 10/10 for me
Upscale Option in Pai”
+ Clean, generally quiet grounds, great pool, and a large selection breakfast buffet - Thin walls
Breakfast was nothing special. However, the room and property itself is so beautiful and well kept.
Everything about this place was amazing! I stayed here after a few days at a hostel and felt so refreshed and relaxed after leaving. Didn’t want to leave! Had the pool to myself. Definitely would come back
Stayed here for four nights had a motorcycle accident the second day and the staff were fantastic with moving us to a closer room helping get the bike and running me back and foward to the hospital also organising transport bake to Chang Mai Great location and beautiful place to stay . With fantastic staff Thank you for all your help
