I had kids who were sick during my stay and couldn't decide on extension. Owner was very nice and gave us sometime by extending our check out time to a later timing and offered some contacts for clinics. We appreciate such flexibility and concerns. Room was spacious and strategic. Sadly we were unable to enjoy our stays due to children matters.

Overall was a good, very nice view... Very easy to deal with the owner through what apps, fast response. Just the water heater at the main toilet not working and also it will be good if the owner can provide a microwave at the unit...definitely will come back... :)

Location was the advantage”
Location was the advantage of staying here. Boh tea farm is only opposite the location , KEA farm is only 15mins walk away. There's a mall beside and food is easily attainable. Downside was the apartment was pretty dirty. Bedsheets and blankets weren't clean. Master bedroom's bathroom clogged up everytime we bathe. No basic toiletries provided, no towels provided , even so checked-in with only a roll of toilet roll provided. But we contacted them to provide more as we were staying with 5 ppl for 2 days. They let us check out anytime we want.

Great and central location. A lot of activities nearby within 200 and 300 metres.. It is beside Cameron Square with a lot of dining outlets, but I won't say all the food are great. Apartment facilities is as promised by what is written. If it is not written, it is likely not provided. Bring your own... bath towels, cutting knief if you want to steamboat in the apartment. I wish there is WiFi provided. Limited Astro channels available.

Under the sofa is super dirty. My kids hide all the puzzle under the sofa and I have to clean it piece by piece. Sink is stuck if you wash too much. Master bedroom bathroom floor not even, water flow to the door. Location is superb.

Hello Won, Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We have then conducted a meeting with housekeeping team, also made few improvements immediately: **WE have then already made some improvements for our future guests: 1. Deep cleaned below sofa area. We will make sure to be more careful and ensure under the sofa area is always clean from now onwards. 2. However, we have checked all the sinks and all sinks have no issue. They are all unstuck/unclog. 3. Our master bedroom bathroom floor is even, so far we have not had any feedback from any of our past and current guests regarding this issue. However, we will continue to monitor this possible issue if it happens in future. Thank you so much for your feedback. We always try our very best to improvise :)
