Property policies

Do keep the place clean and kindly leave the apartment in the same condition as when you check in. Notice for guest: No smoking anywhere in the house (including the balcony). The nearest smoking area would be at the stair wells. Simple cooking (boiling, steaming, etc.) is allowed in the unit. However we do not advise frying or grilling, please clean up after yourself or pay extra RM30 as the cleaning fee. Make sure the balcony door is locked when nobody is around. Do not consume food in the bedrooms. Please close the windows when leaving the apartment, rain will splash into the room. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. This apartment unit is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. Barbeque in the unit is not allowed by the management. Please remove your shoes when entering the apartment unit, there are house slippers provided on the shoe rack at the entrance of the apartment unit. Kindly place the towels and laundries together before check out. Kindly remove the power supply card from the card slot and hang it at the hock beside before you leave the apartment to save the environment. Please do not remove any items from the apartment unit. Missing items will be charged to the guest of the apartment unit. If any item is damaged or broken by the guest, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair, repair cost will be on the guest’s cost. Pets are not allowed by the management. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 10pm. Homestay guests are prohibited from keeping durians, or any food with strong stench in the refrigerator.

Very convenient location”

Strategic location if you are focusing on Mossy Forest and BOH Tea center. Very clean unit with reserved parking, although it may happen when other tenants just ignoring the reserved sign and take your parking lot, but there are plenty parking spaces available. The only concern is the weak water pressure at shower.

Water pressure bad”

There is no hot water from the tap. Bath shower water pressure is bad, flow of water is small, intermittent hot water. Bath towels are yellow. Apartment is big, master room is spacious, other rooms are small. Not enough shower gel for 4 people for 2 nights stay. Boiled water from kettle has strong metal smell. Price is reasonable during festive season. Check in instructions given only after several texts to host.

Perfect”

Pretty sure will wonder why I said perfect. I have two kids and four adults. There is more space for another two adults as there is an unused room. Comes with wifi. Perfect location for me. Walking distance to Bee farm. A stone throw away from Kea Garden. Opposite is entrance to BOH tea plantation. Not to forget escaping from the mainstream pick yourself strawberry Ladang Soon Cheong. I don’t think I will ever change.

Great host. Easy to communicate with host. Very strategic house located near to Ladang Teh BOH Sungai Palas only 10 mins driving. Also near to EQ Strawberry Farm about 3 mins driving. Near to Lavender Farm, Bee Farm, The Sheep Sanctuary and Market. I am really recommend this house to family who bring kids and parents. The house clean. They provided kitchen supplies for cook. We will come again. Thanks Leo 🤗

2 nights stay”

Location was great and superb view of the valley. Disappointing though for below : Door entry was put of battery. Astro TV was out for the entire stay WiFi signal was weak and connection was intermittent. Shower facilities was basic n acceptable for the price. Morning View is the real deal here. Can be noisy with corridor bypassers. Host could have been more responsive so do book at your own discretion if u r OK w a basic stay.
