I've spent many days here over the last few months and I cannot praise it highly enough - the staff are always warm, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great, and the hotel is quick to turn on a generator if the power goes out. The best place to stay in Ygn in this price bracket.

As always the staff are very friendly, the rooms are great and the location is perfect. My only small complaint is that the breakfast now has instant coffee not real - but a proper coffee can be bought. Such a shame, otherwise perfect place.

Enjoyable stay”
We were a group of 5 travelers who arrived to RGN om evening flight from BKK. We had a brief but very enjoyable stay in the city before going to the sea resort of Chaung Tha. Despite some communication problems the hotel staff have been very helpful and arranged another stay when we came back to Rangoon. The hotel would benefit if at least one person on duty at the front desk have spoken fluent English.

Excellent hotel for the downtown area”
This is the best hotel in downtown Yangon. Excellent breakfast buffet, room cleaniness with nice AC and a hot shower and a good toilet with a plenty of toilet papers, friendly hotel staff, and excellent location, includes two blocks to the beautiful city mall that has a good Pizza Hut. If I return to Yangon, I will stay this hotel again.

Deserves more guests and reviews”
Definitely over my expectations! Only 5 reviews of the hotel, but i think it deserves more than just these few guests! Room size is extremely big, Bed was big and comfy, only set back was shower accessories being not enough. The floor had also some cobwebs not swept, but i think it was just mere overlooked. Overall, the hotel is quite high class, and is definitely suitable for business. Another setback is its location, where taxis are not that plenty at night and the streets nearby is dead. However, i still highly recommend this hotel! I also want to recommend Sapel Traditional Burmese Foot Spa at 16th Street which is just 1,500 kyats cab ride from this hotel. (you can walk there, but i dont recommend due to the lack of street lights at night) I found it as the top spa in Yangon in Trip Advisor, and it did not disappoint me! Most other spas in Yangon are just low quality cheap thrill massages for the local crowd, but Sapel Foot Spa is so focused on its services and massage that you feel like a king being served inside. The atmosphere inside the spa is also extremely comfortable, a stark contrast to the harsh environments of the outside Streets of Yangon. A definite must try especially when you stay in this hotel since it is just 3 minutes taxi ride away.

The hotel is well-located and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms, although not large, are nicely designed and contemporary. And the hot rain shower is wonderful. The breakfast was mediocre. However, it appeared that while one could order eggs etc. to order, that was not apparent. The most annoying aspect was the wi-fi. While it was free, it kept logging out, requiring a complex username and password. Even worse, the details changed daily, logging in over and over.

Easy to walk to China Town . Restaurants nearby. Lovely, friendly staff although their English is very limited but they try very hard . Perfect for our needs and would book again if in Yangon.

Good Value, Helpful Staff”
This hotel provides a spacious clean room, acceptable breakfast and suitable location if you need to be in this area. They have also now added a ramp into the lobby which is a BIG improvement for wheelchair guests. Thank you for adding the ramp!!! The only small inconvenience is there is no refrigerator in the rooms. There is an ice box which can provide temporary cooling only.

The room and bathroom are clean and spacious; the bed was comfortable, and the location is close to some shopping malls and restaurants. The hotel is suitable for wheelchair users and even provides a ramp to get up the steps into the building. We stay here often and are quite satisfied.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.They booked us our bus tickets and told us directions.The rooms were spacious and clean and very well treated.The location was good walkable to downtown and the market.It was quite and we slept very well.

Nice quiet street and quite hotel. We left early to catch a plane and they organised the taxi and a breakfast box. We looked at eating in their restaurant, but it was all in U.S. Dollars and over priced. Eat across the road with the locals, the food was authentic and cheap.
