In the middle of Kenting Night market”
Pros: 1. The staff Yuan Yuan is very helpful & friendly. 2. The aunties who cleaned up the rooms are very friendly and really kept my room clean. 3. The location is unbeatable. Even though it’s in the middle of night market, it’s not noisy & can sleep well. Cons: 1. The sound insulation is not very good. Can hear people talking if they are talking outside near the lifts as my room is near to the lifts. 2. The washing machines are ok. The dryers are not working well. If u r thinking of washing many clothes, u may need to use laundry service outside the hotel. Overall, I will still recommend this hotel!

Both times I've stayed, the room has been attractive and clean. The staff is friendly and the hotel is right on the main strip in the middle of the night market. I expected it to be louder considering the location but it was never a problem.

Clean nice hotel in good location”
The hotel is located right smack in middle of the Kenting Street where all the shops and night stalls are located. The hotel rooms were also nice, clean and spacious enough. The bathroom comes with a standard sized bathtub (another Taiwan hotel that I went to had a smaller than standard tub) and includes a standing showerhead. Will stay there again if I go back to Kenting for holiday!

Good Location, clean, small but pleasant hotel ”
The room of the hotel is small but clean and all prepared well. Located at center of Kenting street. Hotel lift is only can fix 2 people with 2 big luggage. We have shift from 2 people room to 4 people room on our 2nd night stay. But the staff are unable help us to transfer our luggage. We have need to bring our luggage and put on lobby. When we back at night, then we need to carry our luggage back to our room. It quite troublesome, actually we expect hotel staff can transfer to us. Richforest is better than other hostel in Kenting. Even small hotel but very convenient place.

Location is just along Kenting Main Street. Once stepping out of hotel, is the night market. We took a bus from kaoshiung and the bus stop right infront of Richforest. Laundry just at the basement. Staff is attentive to help.

Best Hotel for price, but needs stronger internet ”
this is the second time i've stayed there, and it is definitely the best hotel for the price in the kenting area. my only complaint is that they need stronger internet connection that works in all the rooms, not just the lobby. but if you don't need to spend a long time on the internet (which you shouldn't when you're in kenting!) then it's definitely the best hotel for the price. clean, new, friendly staff, free breakfast, very nice interior design, and right on the main strip in the middle of the action, yet quite rooms.

Good Location in Kenting”
It's right in the middle of Kenting street where you can go right back to the hotel after going to the Kenting night market and yet it is quiet as it is not facing the Kenting street! Room is big and spacious too! Too bad I only stayed 1 night there, would love to stay longer!

The hotel located at the enter of the Kenting street, clean hotel room, big bathroom, n with good sevice. The price is relatively really reasonable! Would book again next time.

Excellent hotel along Kenting street”
Best location within Kenting street if you are not looking to stay at a sea view hotel. Hidden in a nice corner but with direct access to main street. Breakfast is excellent. Especially attractive is the free laundry, useful for extended stay in Taiwan.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel What we love about this hotel. - Newly built,modern, beautiful, clean, central location to whole stretch of night market and most important of all, excellent customer service. Staff even print out places of interest for us to move around in Kenting in English knowing we do not read Traditional chinese language. - Hotel Rate is affordable and not expensive -We feel very welcome as guests there ad will definitely go & stay there again

New hotel with convenient location but noisy”
we stayed at this newly-opened (april 2011) hotel during taiwan's ching ming long weekend when we couldn't find rooms anywhere else. the location was great - in the middle of kenting road so it was easy to walk to shops and restaurants, and only 2 blocks to the da wan beach. however, there is a night club at the basement level of the hotel and we were in kenting during taiwan's "spring break" when the town was full of young folks looking for parties; so we could hear the disco music and booming bass until about 3-4 am every night. not great for us since we have a 3-year-old who was in bed by 9 pm. if there is no club or loud music from the basement then i'd say this hotel is a good value considering the price of other hotels over that weekend. the breakfast spread (mainly chinese-style food) was small but sufficient.

this is a good hotel , cheap pricing but great services and location . i wish i had stay longer in kenting . facilities wise there isn't much by the hotel , breakfast is normal . overall pleasant stay .
