“Good value at a convenient location!””

It is located at a busy lane in the morning that is not too far from the main road with a few restaurants and convenient store. It is also within a walking distance from a few shopping mall specialized in clothing. The hotel provide a good value at a convenient location. The air condition is well maintain, WiFi quality is acceptable, it will be better if the water pressure can be higher. The room is quiet. This is a hotel worth for one to consider if you are having a few nights stay in Bangkok and like to do some shopping for clothing.

value for money”

- room is bigger than the usual hotel rooms at same price point i've stayed in other countries - location is perfect for those who want to shop while in bangkok.. just head down and shop, go back to room and rest a bit, then go down to shop again! :) - staff are really accommodating to my requests. my room got cleaned everyday (as requested) -they provide 2 small drinking bottles every time I had my room cleaned. I guess they also refill the small bottles of toiletries daily, but I also brought some essentials in the nearby 7eleven - although it's the market downstairs, i did not feel unsafe as a solo female traveler. the beep card access for the elevator is a plus point - hard to pin with grab, so I had to go out to the main street. best to pin first house hotel - room is a bit dark too/ not much lighting overall, a pleasant stay while in bangkok without creating a dent in my budget! :)

Great rooms with fair price ”

My first impression for this place wasn't good, crowded outside and narrow entrance.. But, the inside rooms are good, clean, cold, well lighted and with complete facilities. Even WiFi is at certain satisfactory level. I recommend this if you're a backpacker.
