Wonderful place - great staff!
Staying here made me start to understand the value for paying more sometimes for a nicer place to stay. The staff were incredible - carrying luggage, arranging for shuttle, summoning a song tow to the airport, negotiating the rate and loading baggage. They had a luggage scale which they loaned me, searched tuktuks when we exited looking for items left behind, searched room as I had just left and quickly brought items to me before we caught our ride, etc., etc. Pool is nice. Workout space is small but it was a bonus as we weren't expecting it. AC in workout room not working but I imagine that will be rectified by the time someone reading this stays there. Staff speak exellent English as well. Well trained staff, well run hotel. Room was lovely too.

Great Hotel
The staff at this hotel are awesome. The front desk Agent "New" took great care of us and assisted with day trips and a motorbike. The only con was breakfast. We had prepaid for breakfast, but decided to eat out instead as it was pretty lack luster.

Great Hotel for a Getaway
We had a very enjoyable long weekend here. A very good size room with terrace and large bathroom with everything we needed including reliable wifi. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the quiet atmosphere was very relaxing.

A quiet place in the busy downtown of Chiangmai
I like the set up of this place. It is very quiet and calm in the middle of hectic city of Chiangmai.

Three days at the Rim Chiang Mai
Very nice stay. Well located place in the inner city and lovely staff. Our only regrets are the following: 1.) Using the swimming pool after 19:00 was not allowed. Why? 2.) In the dining room there is only one single table escaping from exposure to the disturbing large television screen, which practically means that customers having lunch or dinner are forced to view crime scenes, terrorist attacks. While we were the one customers at lunch time (during the low season), I asked the staff to switch the TV off, which they didn't actually do, may be because they didn't understand my request, so odd it was in a world where it has become usual to view bloody dead faces while eating a green curry.
