Shaking my head in disbelieve”
Arrived at the hotel to check in. The doors to the lobby were locked. A young man sitting outside busy with his cellphone stood up and unlocked the door. He said wait and ran outside to call another young man, who came. Obviously he was sleeping. Walking up to the reception, he had to dress himself in a T-shirt. All lights and the aircon in the lobby were switched off. Both guys didn't have a clue what to do. They didn't spoke a word of English amongst them The outside of the premises and the lobby were nicely furnished. It did look pretty new and done with taste. I took over 45 minutes before I was checked in. In the meantime a delivery man can with laundry and I was shifted beside to help him first. The boys called 4 times, subsequently having me by phone to speak with the lady owner and a man who could speak some English. The boys wanted me to pay a 1000 baht deposit for the doorkey and the aircon and tv remote. I refused, just because those two didn't had a clue what they were doing. Without the deposit, but making me promise that next day I would pay the deposit to the lady-owner, I got the key of the room. Also the room was nice but dirty. A lot of long black hair in the shower and on the floor in the room The mattress was covered in plastic. Maybe they were afraid that I would use the mattress as a toilet. In the evening there was no light on the 3rd floor, not even the emergency lights were working. Next day, I went out early and came back late but my room wasn't serviced. I don't understand why owners from a nice building, nice interior and nice decoration are aloud to be in a hospitality business. They don't have a clue and don't care about customers

Far better hotels in the same Soi”
I would never book this this hotel again even if it was for FREE. Owner has no idea how to run an hotel. Even though we booked and paid online through Agoda. The owner went on and charged us an extra 6,000 THB. Sighting it was the high season. We will no be returning to this hotel again. I would give 1* if I could.

Once bitten never to return”
We booked 5 rooms in total which came to over 30 nights. When we arrived the Internet was down. The hotel could not find the booking. When they did the lady owner told us we at to pay an extra 6,000 THB. By now me wife and I just wanted to get to the room. I came down the following day to ask the owner why we were charged the extra money when I had already paid Agoda. She told me this was because it's High Season. Thailand has not had a High Season for 10 years. She asked my wife if we would go back to the hotel? No way she said. I agree far better hotels in the same Soi without being ripped off. Try the Melee just refurbished or Sea Point both on Agoda. This was not Agoda's fault it was down to the owner that doesn't know what she is doing. Avoid at all cost.

Beautiful hotel with basic comforts...”
Nice quiet hotel... easy walk to the beach 5min loads of shops nearby. Staffs very helpful. Would be good to print a map, cos bike taxi get confused...

Do not let the picture blind you! This is not a hotel - it is a low level apartment, comparing with the same price, location and facilities, please choose another instead we won't disappoint like me.
