We booked a 3 night stay here and got an access to Lounge Club, which is nice. Starting from the check in to check out, it went flawlessly. The room was huge with all the necessary items. Huge bathroom with a huge window overlooking the city. The hotel room was clean. But the thing that stands out the most about this hotel is the quality of the service: we were most impressed with the cohesiveness and standard of the staff at all levels and in all departments. However, I would note in particular that staff at the Club Lounge deliver flawless service. Thanks to Vinda, Rosyid, Satria, Gunung and all the staffs!!💖 We had a pleasant stay and hope to be back.
