Best hotel in moscow - but expensive!”
The hotel is very opulent and caters to the discerning traveler. The staff moves about quietly like shadows and efficiently goes about meeting the guests' every need (for a price, of course). The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with hi-tech features (like a digital display on the night stand that operates the curtains). Yes this is an expensive hotel, but everything in Moscow is expensive and you get what you pay for.

The hotel is excellent and great for business partner. However the price is something needed to be consider. Compare to 5-star hotel in other countries it is very high because Moscow is an expensive city.

Great location with nice rooms”
Very nice view of the Kremlin at the rooftop bar. Location very close to metro with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent, wide variety and delicious hot dishes. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and a big bathroom. Hotel also has a heated indoor pool as well as a spa. Concierge was very helpful in giving us intructions on how to take the train to the airport.

Best Location clean and luxurious hotel”
I liked pretty much everything. There was some small glitch on arrival , they said they do not see my name booked in the system and they are fully booked out. Even though I had a fully paid for the room. However, they let me wait for 15-20 mins to sort the problem out and later appologised offering me a complementary bottle of wine. So all sorted.

Ritz Carlton Moscow”
For a Ritz Carlton this hotel is lacking the allure, while staff was generally very helpful there were a few mess ups which really spoiled the stay. Having said that, management reacted swiftly and sent us a complimentary bottle of Champagne. Breakfast is nowhere near the standard it should be at.
