Good hotel, Large TV, amazing pool and bar area. Breakfast is fantastic (prior to covid now just average). Hot tub is not the best but the pool makes up for it. The cleanliness is not as good as it was before they did the upgrade on the pool. When we stayed in August 2020 there was blood drops on the carpet and they had not been shampooed. Its disappointing when hotels pull in business because of amenities and then let other aspects of their business drop. Disappointed, we only stay now if the price is reasonable which isn't often.

Horrible service”
I was charged for a no check in fee when I had already paid for the room. This put a huge hold on my credit card. I was sat for breakfast by myself with whole families that came in 10 mins after me being served before me. Then the shower was disgusting backing up from a clogged drain. This entire experience was significantly sub par for the amount of money paid.

Older, but well maintained facility. We had a second floor river view room with a balcony overlooking the river and green belt trail. Never tried the included breakfast, we did pay for it just seemed to be very slow— this is not the staff fault but more of an adjustment to the Covid procedures. The property is rather spread out so it can be a bit of an ordeal to track down a luggage trolley or visit the front desk. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great hotel”
We had a great stay at Riverside on both sides of a week long private raft trip on the Salmon River. The location is convenient to the airport, Greenway bike path and downtown (they even rent bikes), the food at the outdoor/poolside Sandbar is excellent (with lots of GF options on the menu) and breakfast buffet had lots of good food to offer, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, the shuttle drivers are friendly and timely, and the rooms are clean and quite. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all!

Enjoyed breakfast everyday with kindness staff. And the room is clean and wide. But lobby was too far from the room. Should reserve the room at the main building.
