Great value for money”
Stayed in a family room on the 6th floor for TWD 2,100 on a Saturday night during the lantern festival. Four breakfast vouchers were provided. The room had two double beds, was spacious, bright, and smoke-free. Free Wi-Fi and a refrigerator were also provided, along with two packs of cookies and four cans of soda. The hotel has a free parking lot, and guests can enter and exit once. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of Western and Chinese dishes, including hot food and fruit, and is served until 10:00. The front desk staff were friendly.

Good service, clean and comfortable room with spacious bathroom and hot water. Breakfast is a simple Chinese meal, but considering the room price, the meal is okay. I would recommend my friends to stay at Riverbank Hotel.

Very good value for money”
Although only one parking space is provided, it is still convenient. There is a delicious Ah Guo goose meat restaurant nearby. The room is spacious, the bed is soft, and it is relatively clean. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast of porridge and side dishes is delicious. Will stay again next time in Kaohsiung.

Comfortable and quiet accommodation experience, friendly and problem-solving front desk staff. They helped us combine the beds because the bed fence was not enough. My husband was provided with an electric fan immediately because he was afraid of heat. The room space is really huge! Unfortunately, there are always bad guests who love to smoke secretly. It is really annoying to smell smoke in the room or corridor with children. I hope that the quality of local or foreign tourists in Taiwan will improve soon.

The staff here are amazing, and the place just generally has a really good vibe. The rooms are clean and well appointed, and the cola in the fridge is free! Not a big deal, but it just adds to a special experience. Will definitely stay again.

The staff are very helpful to accomindate my need, for example, they were willing to upgrade my room after my internet was not working. Also, the staff are very polite and helpful. Location is good but it takes about 15 minutes walk to the subway station and train station. Free breakfast is a great deal with reasonable price.

Hotel allow us to rent bike to cycle around the town. Hotel staff were super friendly. Theres also shuttle from Hotel to Train station due to that short distance. Overall Nice place to stay at.

Used to be really good”
I first stayed here in 2019, looks like things have changed in 3 years with floor leaks and all that but this is still a really good place with free breakfast. You want to get to breakfast earlier because the food gets cold quickly (they don't put a lid on things for covid reasons to limit touch). The rooms are smaller than SkyOne so I would recommend SkyOne over this place but both these options are MUCH BETTER than Delton. In terms of convenience, you would have to YouBike, Uber, or Taxi around.

Poor service attitude of the front desk didn't give you a shoot. One smalll bottle of water only ,ask for one more they requested me to pay for it. Breakfast is good. There is nothing near around.

A budget hotel with great staffs”
I booked this hotel mainly for its vicinity to my bridal shop in Kaohsiung, but it happened to be a wonderful stay for my husband and I. Like what other reviewers had mentioned, they provide free shuttle service to and fro Kaohsiung Main Station until 11 pm. You may call them from station and they are ever ready to pick you up! Breakfast is one major factor why my husband didn't mind waking up early every day. There is a variety of dishes cooked tastily, and their chef made effort to change their menu every day. They serve the best juicy scrambled eggs we've ever had! Room is clean, spacious and comfortable even for standard room. (p.s. Snacks and drinks you found in the room is FOC!) One of the nights we changed to a room with big Jacuzzi bath tub, and we felt like our mini honeymoon has just begun! lol We would like to commend the morning front desk staffs Agnes, Wendi, and another guy (forgot to take note of your name), and afternoon staff Eddie for their helpful and friendly service during our 1 week stay. Good Job guys!

Exceptional”
The rooms are very clean and have a lot of space. The room we stayed in had a shower and a bathtub which was really nice. Every morning, we would get new water, soda, toiletries, and tea. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options, and was open till 10 which was really nice because usually breakfast doesn't stay open that late at many hotels. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us when we needed something. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Kaohsiung Main Station which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Pros: 1. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Mini bar free for consumption and was topped up everyday. 2. Free shuttle from hotel to kaohsiung railway front station (at scheduled hours - its better to reserve your slots earlier as the shuttle transport is a mazda 5, only can accomodate 6 passengers on first come first serve basis) and the other way (call the hotel reception when you need the ride. They'll respond promptly.) 3. Free self-service laundry and dryer. 4. Aircon very powerful. Useful for summer hot weather. Cons: 1. Pillow too soft and low. Will be good to have extra pillows. 2. Receptionists service attitude can be improved. The male front desk staff are more sincere compared to the female staff who seem more like obliged to be service oriented.

“Clean & Economical””
This boutique hotel offers clean rooms and good service. Aside from the basics such as free wifi and breakfast, it offers free bike rental and free shuttle to the Kaohsiung railway station, where you can also take the metro and the bus to Kenting. It's right next to a 7-Eleven which means no problem for getting late night nibbles.

Very good! Recommend for stay! Worth the money”
Had 2 nights stay here and it really impressed me and my friends. Staffs are very friendly. Room is clean and tidy. It's also equipped with washing machine and dryer at the washing room. Spaceous and there's a 7-11 next to it. It's walkable from Kaohsiung Main Station which is relatively accessible. Would return to stay if visiting Kaohsiung again!

they provide free transport service from "Kaohsiung Railway Station" just give them a call and thy will pick you up. if not you could just Google map the place and is just a 10min walk from the station. so basically the hotel itself is situated in a very good area where transport is not a problem.
