The Rizqun International Hotel

You have access to plenty of food choices at the mall or its surrounding. Room is clean n bed comfortable. Breakfast variety ok. Staff training is recommended for the management to consider. Discount is not calculated at checking out even though coffee house bill signed to room. Staff reluctant to change coffee house billing even though when pointed out that discount not computed. Request not acted on in my previous trip, etc pointed out to poor staff training. Visit the afternoon market next door for local delicacies.

It was a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, there was a sudden inconvenient (the under maintenance swimming pool) throughout our stay and we weren’t happy on that, we really were expecting to be accommodated with everything we paid

Excellent room, good food.But...It takes forever to check-in,especially during d school holidays. We came to check-in by 3pm but d room was only available by almost 4pm! But only when i kept on asking them if d room was ready.

I have stay in this hotel with disappointment as I am been allocate to a room that is far away from the lobby despite seeing that there is not much people staying in the hotel during my stay. Also, the room is pretty hot and i sweat throughout the night . This is the first and last time staying in this hotel.

We are staying with 2 kids age 4 and 5 years old. We would like to request for late check out due to my husband will have to go for his friday prayer. Hopefull they can fullfill application for the late check out for a very reasonable reason . Thank you.

Easy access to nearby shop. Big mall with beautiful view. Near to pasar malam (night stall), walking in 5mins, selling tasty delicious local and non local food junkies. Have to go and travel here where you can find yourself convenient and comfort places to go.. Safe travel and will always get a better experiences.

breakfast buffet menu is not interesting and I don't like the taste. The house keeping opened my room when I put privacy with reason she already knocked my door and I was in the bathroom. The keyroom is too old and took 15 mins to press the floor room in the lift. Hope hotel can do renovation and refurnish the room The room should be brighter and the smell is not fresh, even after enter the lobby ground floor

The hotel is located within short walking distance to many shows and eateries. While this hotel is relatively old, it is livable and safe. I am pretty happy with the room and general facilities. My only comments - that the corridors were super cold (air condn) and that the staff wasn't too responsive. for example, I requested for change of the hair dryer and till my check out, it was not done. Wonder what's the duties of staff manning the front desk. Perhaps, the management want to invest in some form of staff training to level up the service standard as befitting of that of a 4 star hotel. Thanks

pross... -the room is spacious. im havibg deluxe room -staff friendly and helpful -very good room service -attached to shopping mall and also have food courts for variety choices of foods cons -difficult to get public transport -all malls n shops closed at 10pm -the room is far away from main lobby and need to walk like 300m away frm lift. overall im satisfied and of course will come again to rizqun when im in brunei.

Location is the greatest plus point for this hotel. It is connected directly to the Mall, so window shopping or purchase of whatever is just 'next door'. Moreover, the Centerpoint Mall is just across the road, and other smaller shops are nearby. The place is the heart of tourist town. Hotel is good with all facilities working condition. I love that there are CCTV everywhere along the corridors, and key-access at lifts to room floors and gym. Swimming pool is not great, but just for fun. Food is OK, but the morning breakfast on weekday is not warm, probably due to very little customers. But cold food is not acceptable. Weekend breakfast is very much better.

I had one night in the Rizqun - comfortable room with excellent crown mouldings and panel work - and was amazed by the almost opulent fittings in public areas. Swimming pool a little small, and location quite some distance from downtown.

When i came in , the lights were spoiled and some of the light cannot turn on. Few of the sockets near the bed were spoiled also. And Yes the Wifi was so bad.. actually i couldnt get any connection at all.. hah! Other than that it was spacious, housekeeping was good, toilet was clean. They also provide some essential. The food that i tasted wasnt that great. Less then a min walk to the shopping malls, alot of food, cinema and some other stuff. Overall its a good place and alot of stuff to do and place to eat or shop.

My stay at Rizqun was good. I rate the overall experience a 7/10. Breakfast at the coffee house wasn't so good. They didn't have that much choice of food. The deluxe room is great. Very spacious and offers a view of the town or swimming pool, depends on which side of the building you're on. The best part about this hotel is that the Tourism Malaysia office is located on the first floor and they offer free wifi to everyone, and the hotel is also attached to a mall that opens from 9am to 10pm. The mall features a movie cinema. The worst thing about this hotel is that you have to pay for wifi. It costs $20 a day, but the connection is terrible and it always disconnects. Perhaps if you're staying for more than 2 days, it's best if you buy a mobile sim card with internet data. It would be cheaper and more reliable.

This is my second stay at Rizqun and i am still as satisfied as before. The room are big and clean. And there are no lack of local delicacy as it is right next to a shopping mall. there are a few restaurants in the surrounding area in the hotels so there is no need to travel far for foods and drinks.

Very relaxing and easy access to shopping mall. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It's near to the local food stall and other local restaurant and international restaurant. Good for family with young children and big children. Overall it's a family kind of hotel.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Brunei. Centrally located, rooms are very neat and clean, bathroom is high class, staff is well qualified and trained, breakfast is superb. Everything is excellent, a real stars* hotel. I would love to stay here again and strongly recommend.

This palatial hotel is very nice. It is a bit far from the main attractions accessible by taxi only. It has a very good breakfast and a very friendly staff. Internet is available at the lobby only. What we didn't like was that the air in the corridors was very cold.

Rizqun International Hotel is one of my favourite hotel in Brunei Darussalam. It is attached with The Mall which is one of the famous shopping complex in this country. Sometimes if i was in hurry to check- in, i'll buy new clothes for the stay at The Mall or any shops around the hotel. During the dinner, the hotel offered me steamboat with the varieties of dishes such as roti canai and ambuyat. So as the breakfast, there was western breakfast and a lot of kueh to choose from. I parked my car at the basement for free after i brought the parking ticket at the hotel's counter. I'll stay again at this hotel for the next vacation.

its great for staying n shopping at this hotel..the cinema just next to the hotel..even shopping its really great.. the service room is very fast..i like to stay here for the next time..thumbs up for the Rizqun hotel..

The room is clean and spacious. Since I have only stayed for one night, did not enjoy much on the facilities. But overall is good and worth for money. You can find anything around the hotel as it is located at the center of the city.
