Near Impact Arena”
We went to this hotel because it was near the Impact Arena for a concert. You can park your car near the hotel and walk around 10-15 minutes which avoid the traffic :-) The only surprise we get is that the check-in is at the massage shop just next. Also, please be aware that we get the room next to the coffee shop which has music until midnight. Overall, it was a nice hotel that I would recommend if you are in the same scenario.

private and peaceful”
Nothing in Bkk is totally peaceful but this area is more relaxing than most. 10 tennis courses near by, some coffee shops and different local food. I did enjoy the nice fitness room and sauna. Did try the pool, but its just a tiny pond but have seating area with jets. Nice litle garden at 5 floor included a good area for small kids. Very nice condo :-) it says sky view and view to a lake. The sky is good but the lake must be invisible. No area for sunbath. Good place to have a lovely and private condo and just take time of from Bkk.

great stay start to finish. ”
came here from Donmueang airport. In heavy late afternoon traffic the trip took 1 hour by taxi (180B). Appreciated that owner was waiting for us. Condo was clean and very nicely furnished and equipped. Lots of bottled water and even a bag of ice in the freezer. Comfortable bed and bedding. Great view on 30th floor. Secure parking with key card access in parkade. Very small pool but good fitness center on 5th floor. Great range of restaurants from inexpensive to upscale within short walking distance. Walk to Sukothai Thammatirat University and 10 min to impact arena. Excellent value!

Near IMPACT, far from BKK city”
The Room is near the IMPACT Exhibition Center. The AC in our room made a funny sound throughout the night for the 8 nights we stayed there. The cleaning lady would change the towels and add toilet paper but did not clean the bedrooms and bathroom properly. There is no elevator so prepare to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. There is also no kitchen to cook in-- only a microwave and water heater. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay fit for our travel purpose.

The coffee shop outside turns into a small bar at night which is great fun. The locals are super accommodating and we had a great night exchanging cultures! The room is open and is very relaxing. Great for anyone who's around town.

Nice Apartment”
You need to call to arrange for the handover of the keys. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment, the rooms are ok, living room is abit small, only 1 bathroom, 1 basic kitchen (can't cook), and overall is good. The only drawback is there is no air-con at the living room, so it's quite warm and stuffy. We enjoy our stay there.

The condo is really nice itself. The room owner is nice too. But the condo guard has a little trouble with this business, I think maybe he got nothing from this business so he doesn't want to service the client.

The room is spacious but not soundproof at all. Luckily, I stayed on Sunday night. This place is also a cafe, and the cafe is closed on Sunday. I wouldn't be able to sleep at all if I booked on other days. The location is excellent for those who have business in Muangthong Thani. The staff has zero hospitality, though.

ห้องพักค่อนข้างกว้างดี แยกเป็นสัดส่วนห้องน้ำห้องนอนห้องนั่งเล่น สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ แต่การทำความสะอาดแย่ ผมพัก 3 คืน แม่บ้านไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนและไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้เลย แก้วก้อไม่ล้าง โดยรวมถือว่าดี แต่ถ้าปรับปรุงเรื่องการทำความสะอาดของแม่บ้านได้จะดีมากๆเลยละครับ

ทุกอย่างดีหมดค่ะ ห้องน้ำถือว่าสะอาด ใกล้อิมแพค ใกล้เซเว่น หาของกินง่ายและสะดวก มีพี่วินมอไซค์รวมถึง TAXI ปากซอย ห้องกว่้างค่ะ ข้อเสีย คือ Request 2 เตียงเดี่ยว แต่ไม่ได้ ได้พักห้องชั้น 1 ที่ยุงเยอะมากค่ะ ห้องเราติดกับร้านบาร์เล็กๆ ปิด ตี1 ตี2 สำหรับคนไม่ชอบอาจจะนอนไม่ได้ แต่สำหรับเรา พอดีไปดูคอนเสริต์กับมา ก็ดีนะ รู้สึกมีเพื่อนนั่งรอ ไม่น่ากลัวค่ะ ไม่ได้รำคาญอะไร พอรับได้ค่ะ
