This hotel is so bad that I find another hotel that night. Cons: 1. Need to wait 15 minutes for the staff to check the room. 2. He give the wrong room number and the room is not even clean. 3. The staff does not mind people smoking in the lobby. 4. The lobby is very dirty and does not look inviting or pleasing. Pros: 1. Price is quite cheap 2. Many restaurants surrounding the hotel

Room dirty, bedsheets look like never wash. Floor never cleanup. Shower can't function properly. Toilet tissue very dirty. The most terrible is Cockroaches and mosquitoes can see everywhere. This is the worst hotel that I ever stay so far.

The room was nothing like the photos displayed. There was stain on the bedsheet, cracked floor, moles everywhere. Wasnt able sleep the whole night feeling disgusted with everything.

Decent hotel”
The stay i had was pleasant. although it's a small hotel and definitly i won't be expecting much, the friendly staff and flexibility makes me smile. if you're thinking of a place just to sleep, bath and put ur things, this hotel is the place. there's no noise and the staff don't disturb you, if you need room service to clean your room, you just need to inform the receptionist, if not you can opt-out for it. One more thing if you're concern of their cleanliness, their beds and bathrooms are clean, even the room walls and curtains and floors, except that I encounter a roach during my stay, so if you'll be freaking out about roaches then I suggest you go find some 5 star hotel in town area. other than that, i'm very happy with my stay there at The Room Hotel.

Great locatiaon but small rooms”
First of all,the service at the hotel is very good and fast.The workers are very polite to the customers.There are a lot of parking space just nearby the hotel.The hotel is very clean and convenient.Although the room is small and have no windows,it was very cozy and neat.The bathroom is very clean and well organised.The tv signal was not really good.But there are many restaurant,laundry and convenience store nearby the hotel for our need.The stay was worth it.

as usual, this will be my number one budget hotel whenever i go to kl. it's really convenient, easy access to all facilities; cyber cafe, restaurant, laundry, bank, lrt station etc and out of most, it's really worth it with the room price! just a lil bit pricey during weekend and public holiday, still, your stay will be worth!

i stayed in double room for my course in ukmmc, which is within 5 mins driving distance. room is clean, simple, nice. location of the hotel is good, in the area of variety of restaurants,laundry, 24h shops, cafe, and other shops. walk in price is actually same as agoda's offered price. wifi is fast. staffs are helpful, friendly. it's also a safe area. the only problem i faced was even little sound/voices from the corridor or bathroom upstairs ( flushing) can actually heard from my room...kinda loud.. luckily my neighbours all are early sleepers... nice experience in general!

well, this hotel is highly recommended to those with high-limitation of budget. frankly, this is not my first stay. it has been a few times since i need to travel to kl once in 2 months.it just, for the first time i bought it through agoda. the room is so comfortable and just nice. honestly, for a budget hotel, this hotel scored 5 out of 5!

Definitely its The Room ”
I booked 3 rooms for a night stay . a twin room, a double room & a family room .. Right after checked-in, I add another family room for my family bcoz they cancelled a room from a hotel nearby . Parking is a bit difficult but ok later in the evening . Surrounded by good restaurant & cafes .. Next to us is a laundry shop .. modern machine & self operation. Put your laundry, slot in your money, have a coffee and its done . Room is good but can be better . Ok for the price
