They have the door open before I arrived, the room was full of mosquitoes, I had to go buy my own spray cuz the hotel had none. Directions prayer would stay on full blast, when you used it. The bed was very hard. The staff was not helpful at all.

I have stayed here many times over the last few years. Good location, very friendly staff, good sized rooms and clean. 7-11 store directly opposite the Royal Bee. Plenty of places nearby to eat, would especially recommend an Isaan restaurant 300-400 metres from the hotel. On this trip, spent 2 nights here on arrival, went to Khao Yai and currently spending another 2 nights here before travelling down the Gulf Coast for a week. When I return to Bangkok will be booking in here again. Can thoroughly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed if you book to come here. Also very quiet, can get an excellent night's sleep here.

A week of comfort”
The staff is friendly and patient towards foreigners who are not able to speak Thai. The rooms are big and spacious very comfortable, no loud noises outside. Toilets are extremely clean and tidy. However the gym can be improved and transportation is a little inconvenient because there wasn't any bus or subway station. They are constructing a BTS just right outside so in 2years time from now(2016) transportation will be better. Thank you royal bee

Even just an over night stop, but I felt very comfortable place to stay and compared with what you pay, it is very reasonable. Takes a few steps, There are two convenient shops opposit. Takes another 100 metre, You can find a nice local restaurant. Also only 30 minutes drives from Donmuang airport. Room was clean, Good free wifi and quiet during night sleep.If I have to travel to Bangkok again, I will stay at this place.

Close to Don Mueng airport (around 110-120baht in taxi). Clean, big room, quiet, safe area. Lots of little food stalls close by and Family Mart across the road. I had to leave at 4am for a flight and no problems getting taxi or checking out early. Good place to stay if you have an early flight or are in transit.

I stayed only one night there as my flight was early next morning. The location is bit far from city centre but just nice for those who pass by Bangkok for one night stay. The room is very big and clean. There's also a gym for hotel guests.

Liked this hotel, tend to opt for hotels away from the maddening crowd. This suited me, a taste of Thai local life in the evenings, sitting out on the footpath enjoying really good food cheap. Convenient to airport and Phayunyothin Road for buses taxis etc. And soon the Skytrain will run right past the door. I liked this place and will be back

It's a really nice hotel, surprisingly positive impression, modern and clean. Location is perfect for short stay as it is pretty much in the middle of city and airport and both is easily accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke english. Now the downside. What does it help if your hotel looks nice when you're dont get any sleep? These "matresses" are an absolute joke. I wouldnt even call it a matress. I literally felt like I was lying on a wooden board. I havent even seen beds this hard in the cheapest hostels I've stayed at. Three stars? Not to mention that I asked the staff if they were so kind to give me a knock at the door early in the morning so I dont miss my flight in case I overslept. They ensured me "not a problem". I triple checked if she understood and told her it's important and that I need to rely on them if they say they do wake me. I ended up going downstairs in order to get my taxi and accidentally waking the stuff that has slept with his head on the desk. That is not good service, that is far from being professional. All in all an acceptable stay for a short transit in bangkok, although you shouldnt be expecting to sleep too well or at all in my case.
