Perfect ”

location, room, view, proximity to transport, ease of arrival with airport shuttle, incredible breakfast banquet

I would definitely recommend the Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers to anyone staying in Hong Kong. I caught the airport express train to Tsim Sha Tsui Station and the free hotel shuttle bus was waiting. I arrived at about 0600 and they still had a room available within an hour. The room was lovely and there was bottled water, fruit and tea provided in the room, along with a nice view. The room was just as described on the internet. It was quite small, but clean, comfortable and attractive. The location is very central, with a variety of transport including three stations and the ferry within easy walking distance. There are supermarkets and a large shopping centre just outside the door (it took me a while to find the supermarket but it is very close). There are lovely gardens nearby. I was travelling alone and felt safe and comfortable in the area. The breakfast buffet is the best I can remember seeing anywhere and there are a couple of small cafes in the hotel as well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would highly recommend the Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers.

Room with a view, and I mean VIEW!”

The view, the view and the view

Most enjoyable. I stayed in the Towers and could willingly have stayed in my room all day, gazing out at the fantastic Victoria harbour. The concierge was very obliging and friendly, and all the staff were of a quality one would expect from a quality hotel. Yes, one or two things could have been better - the internet was difficult to set up and a nice touch would have been a basket of fruit in the room - but these are minor quibbles. The only other problem I encountered was getting from the Towers to the shopping complex leading to the Star ferry terminal. I got caught up in the nearby China ferry terminal and the signs denoting the way out were confusing. The nearness of Kowloon Park was a real bonus, with the flamingo pool only a couple of hundred metres away, and a safe and pleasant walk to the MTR station at Tsim sha Tsui. I'd give the Royal Pacific a solid 8/10.

Memorable stay”

Excellent location,Good restaurant and bar , room very neat, toilet very clean and tidy, good room service
We could not find any weakness of the Hotel.

I and my colleague went for a Business trip in Hongkong and we stayed for five days in the Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers. We enjoyed our stay in the Hotel. The best thing about the Hotel is its location in Tsim Sha Sui. It is very near to Nathan Road and has easy access to MTR stations. There is a free air conditioned bus service from the Kowloon station to the Hotel and back to the station. Our room was a premier with ample moving space, TV and mini bar. The toilet were very neat. The restaurant was a very nice place with a beautiful view to the sea. There was also a live band playing in the restaurant. We wish to stay again in Royal Pacific Hotel in our next trip to Hongkong.

Value for money. Great location. ”

Great location, clean, reasonable room rate.
No weakness i can think of.

I love the location. And the fact that the rate is so reasonable for this sort of location. The hotel next to the royal pacific hotel and towers are double the rate. The room is clean. The staffs are well informed and friendly. It is so easy to move around as there is the harbour city where all the shopping you need can be done under one roof. You can also walk to all the nice restaurants and eating places, Walking distance you will find the espirit outlet, nike town, h & m, armani exchange, etc. I simply love this hotel as I do not have much time in hong kong and I dont have to travel elsewhere to get what I want. Highly recommended. Would come back!!

Great location for shopping but quite far MRT”

Elegent and comfy hotel. Their staffs are very helpful and nice

This hotel's location is very near to Tsim Sha Tsui shopping heaven. Nearby there are lots of good restaurants to choose from. But it is quite far from the Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui MRT, needs to walk about 13 mins. The hotel is very clean, staffs are helpful and nice. The hotel room is rather small compared to other 5 star hotels. This hotel is just above the pier that handles the Hong Kong to china and Macau ferries. Thus it is a good place to stay if you need to move around China and Macau. Overall this is hotel is excellent.

The location is at its best. Very accessible to the shopping centers, transport facilities and restaurants.

The hotel staffs are very accommodating and cheerful. They set to it that everyday the room is clean and well-arranged. In short, the next time I visit Hong Kong I will not hesitate to book room in this hotel again. A kind of hotel I can boast and recommend to my co-travelers. One more thing, it is the only hotel linked to the Hong Kong – Macau Ferry Terminal. So if you are planning to visit 2 countries in one trip, book your room in Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers!

This is another business trip at Hong Kong, and I have never been stayed at The Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers before. This time I had a chance to stay, and realize that it's such a good choice for my business trip. Best location for shopping

The hotel is on top of an outlet store in Hong Kong. It is along the shopping strip of Tsim Sha Tsui. I would recommend this hotel for tourists visiting Hong Kong for shopping. The rooms were a bit small, but had a great view of Tsim Sha Tsui. The overall service of the hotel was great, and the staff was really friendly. After your shopping spree, you could definitely relax in this hotel.

Great stay at the The Royal Pacific Hotel”

The size of the room, the location, the staff

It was our first stay at the The Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers in Hong Kong and we got two Deluxe Harbour View rooms which was more than good. The size of the rooms is bigger than some of the similarly priced rooms in that area and the view is great. The rooms are clean, the staff helpful, though we didn’t eat at the hotel as there was so many options nearby since the hotel is right next to Harbour City mall. Going to Macau is easy as the catamaran ride terminal to Macau is right below the hotel. A really good stay and definitely would come back there again.

Royal pacific hotel”

same building as ferry terminal to macau

This hotel is one of my family's preferred properties while in Hong Kong due to its great location in Tsim Sha Tsui, and proximity to the ferries headed to Macau. There are numerous food outlets inside the building and even across the street, a lot of shopping malls and boutiques to keep the whole family busy, and comfortable enough to get good rest after a long day. The Royal Pacific is definitely a hotel that I would recommend to family and friends. The free shuttle bus to the Airport Express Kowloon station is also a very big plus!

Hotel excellente!”

location
Lobby temperature is not as comfortable as one would expect.

The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers is an excellent hotel for those planning on going to, or coming from, Macau through ferry as the ferry terminal is just adjacent. The hotel staff are efficient during check-in and check-out. The temperature lobby, however, is not comfortable, since the doorway always opens and closes as many pass through it going to the hotel wing and on to Canton Road. The room was roomy, and has all the amenities one would need. Specifically, the hotel left an outlet adapter for its clients use inside the room - very handy. My reservation did not include a breakfast, but there are many restaurants to choose from on the adjacent hotel. Stepping out of the hotel will take you to Canton Road. A few minuted of walking will take you to Nathan Road, as well as the nearest MTR station which could take you to Mongkok or any other part of Hongkong in a matter of a few minutes. I will be back in this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to friends.
