Great Value For Money”
I stayed in the Pacific Grand Room. Very spacious and comfortable. However, the first room I stayed in had an elevator right on the other side of the wall, so I constantly heard it going up and down all day and night. I asked to change rooms the next day, and was very kindly upgraded to a Pacific Grand Room with Harbour View. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my 2-week stay. The location is great, right next to Harbour City, giving you lots of shopping and dining options. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it, especially for the price value.

Great Hotel Staff”
It’s located in Canton Road. Just a few meters away from Ocean terminal. A few minutes going to Kowloon Park, Ferry Terminal, Avenue of Stars, Clock Tower, Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station & Starbucks is right beside the China-Macau Terminal (2nd level). Front desk staff are always available if you have any questions with regards to your stay. Swift check-in and check out. If you are regular Western or European tourist, expect a smaller size hotel rooms. They have other choices of accommodations for your preference. Good size toilet & bath, fresh towels & hand towels are changed every day. Rooms are cleaned and bed are made daily. (***The house keeping staff may have difficulty conversing in English. But can understand very few words***) They have water container to fill up drinking water (located at one end of the hallway.) Good Wi-Fi. There was a concern we brought up during the few remaining days of our trip. The hotel MANAGER personally addressed our concern promptly and was very accepting. We will definitely stay again in the THE ROYAL PACIFIC in our future trip to HK.

Very helpful staff”
I booked it as quarantine hotel. By the time I travelled, quarantine had been lifted. Due to lack of time to make other arrangements, I stayed with the booking. Although my room was smaller than expected, it was very clean and everything worked. The staff could not have been more helpful. The food was much better than I had expected, just too much of it. Because of code orange, I could not visit the restaurants or other facilities. I certainly would recommend this hotel and would be happy to return on a future visit.

Nice hotel in a great location”
With a footbridge directly to Kowloon Park, the location of this hotel is hard to beat. Some nice restaurants on and around the premises, even more in the neighborhood. Easy walk to the harbour and subway. Rooms were very clean. As far as price, I stayed during an extremely low-traffic time so the price was doubtless not representative.

The hotel room is really comfortable and big. The only one thing was not too good is there's a stair to go into the bathroom, so easy to trip over.

It was a nice place to stay...but...”
This is a great location and the staff were very efficient and pleasant. We stayed 24 days and the main problem was the stripped down room with only two tiny drawers near the beds and no desk nor chair. It made the room appear bigger but when you stay that long in a place it proved challenging.

Very clean, nice and first class room accommodation. We love the room, it made our holiday trip very memorable. The freebies - ready cans of soda in the fridge, the daily Nespresso refill, luxurious bathroom &bathroom amenities, the room ambience and the Hongkong harbor view in our window made our stay funtastic. Will book this hotel again on our next visit.

This is one of the hotel in HK that I always stay whether I am on business trip or family trip. The overall hotel was above expectation and location was strategic as it was near the TST pier.
