Very amazing second stay here”

Pool, Massage, Breakfast

This was our second stay at The Royal Paradise Hotel and Spa in Patong. The staff were very friendly, the service granted was very hospitable and most importantly, the breakfast buffet served was so delicious that we couldn't resist seconds and thirds. The omelet is a must try! The room was clean, we requested for a high floor but they couldn't find one so we settled on the sixth floor. They gave us room 619, which is the furthest from the lift but the sounds from the nearby soi were attenuated enough to sound peaceful at night. The balcony at the end was the largest, being able to see the mountains surrounding Patong. The building itself is quite tall, and a landmark in Patong. It is easy to find the hotel and taxi drivers know where it is. Just tell them: "Royal Paradise Hotel Patong" and they will go: "Ohhhh, I know!". Security wise, the hotel has once again provided guards to make sure that the compound is safe. And if you rent motorbikes, parking your rented motorbike would not be an issue. Tried the massage service from the hotel, though double the rate from what you can get outside, but it is better and more comfortable by the swimming pool. You can jump directly into the pool after your massage! The hotel is also very close to Soi Bangla and Jungceylon. Both were 5-10 minutes walk away. Two 7-11's are also nearby if you need anything at night. Overall, our trip was made very enjoyable by staying in The Royal Paradise Hotel and Spa. We'll definitely be staying in The Royal Paradise Hotel and Spa the next time we travel to Phuket.

Good one night stay.”

Location, Pool, Room

I stayed at The Royal Paradise Hotel for one night in July. I booked this room on the same day of my check in as I decided at the very last minute that I wanted to extend another night in Phuket. For a last minute booking, I was extremely happy with the price I paid for. Detailed review of my one night stay; 1. Check In Make staff that handled my check in was pleasant and handled my check in very well, fast and efficient. Asked him if I could get a room on the higher floors and he immediately changed my room to Room 2203. Guests are also given a welcome drink voucher where it can be redeemed at the fountain lounge in the main lobby. Was given a glass of fresh mango juice. 2. Room (Room 2203 - Superior Room) The room was great for what I paid for. Room size was perfectly sized. It wasn't huge but wasn't small as well. I liked the room very much but the only downside is that it looks a little dated and slightly old. But I would definitely stay there again. And the view from the 22nd floor is beautiful. You have a partial sea view, views of the Royal wing and the pool and most of Phuket. 3. Location. I would say the hotel stands out for its great location. It is literally in the middle of Patong. It is also the tallest building in all of Patong so there's no way to miss this tall yellow building. It is located in Paradise complex and is minutes from almost everywhere. There are restaurants and shops all around the hotel. They even have an ATM at the entrance of the hotel. 5* for location. 4. Staffs Staffs are mostly very friendly and caring. While walking on the street, a staff that recognized me was very nice to greet me, say hello and asked where I was going to make sure I wasn't gonna get lost. It was a very sweet gesture. Bellboy that sent me into my room was also very friendly and made sure I was comfortable in my room. My only negative part of the entire stay was one issue; Took me really long to bring in my friend when it was a room for 2.

Very Pleasant Experience”

Clean room with modern furnishings & everything in working order, courteous staff, excellent ambiance of the hotel, beautiful pool, great location (walking distance to the happening Bangla Road, Jungceylon mall, and ofcourse Patong Beach), good spread of breakfast (delicious pineapple juice!), etc
Hotel shuttle to beach should make more frequent trips (every 20 minutes) specially during peak hours. Some more TV channels (English) and perhaps even in Arabic & Indian languages.

My wife & I were on our honeymooon. We first stayed at Royal Paradise in Phuket and then went to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and stayed at another hotel. So we were able to compare the two hotels. By far, Royal Paradise was far superior to that other hotel in KL. The price difference was also rather stark. We paid a very low rate per night for Royal Paradise (a 4 star) and a rather high rate per night for that other hotel in KL ...also a 4 star. But the difference in room features & quality of furnishings was worlds apart. In other words, in case of Royal Paradise we got an excellent deal at a very low price. Hence we started missing our hotel in Phuket while staying in KL at the other hotel. If we make another trip to Phuket, we are quite likely to book with Royal Paradise as it's unlikely we would get such a deal & pleasant experience elsewhere.

Close to Perfect”

Beautiful swimming pool, friendly, helpful staff, easy access to everything, Views.

Initially we booked the Royal wing deluxe which was lovely, however due to having a broken leg, the stairs and distance to the room was too much. The Hotel Manager (Charn) was amazing and made sure my difficulties were taken care of and re-located us to the Paradise side which was accessed by an outside lift, incorporating beautiful views of Patong beach & sunset. Cocktails at the vey top in the Royal Paradise 2 for 1 happy hour with the most commanding view over the whole of Phuket was amazing. The swimming pool is just beautiful and vey relaxing and large enough to handle bigger crowds. You need to gain access into Royal Paradise thru 1 of 3 short little avenues which have some good little restaraunts and there is a small contingent of gay bars but the boys are lovely, helpful & harmless. Paradise was close to everything you need to see and do in Phuket, shopping, nightlife and some of the best restaurants Thailand has to offer. We loved this hotel so much we ended up booking in again the last 3 nights, 31 Aug-3 Sept & Charn once again looked after us vey well. (Thank you) I would recommend this Hotel to everyone without hesitation for Service,Cleanliness, Comfort, accessibility, Beautiful views and Smiling and helpfull staff 10/10

A Piece of Paradise within Phuket Paradise”

Royal Paradise Hotel is definely a piece of paradise within the Paradise Island of Phuket. Located close to great bars (Many gay), restaurants, shopping malls and only 200 meters from the famous Patong Walking Street. The beach is a good 15 minute walk from the hotel, but not being close to the beach is very much made up for by the large beautifully landscaped pool area, which must be visited around 5pm for the wickedly wild Cocktail Happy Hour. Clean and well appointed rooms, together with friendly welcoming staff, make sure that our stay here is always perfect. We have tried a few other hotels in Patong, but in the end we find the overall experience and value at the Royal Paradise Hotel is always the best choice for our stays in Phuket.

Comfortable & valuable for money”

Clean, beautiful view city & pool, friendly staff, easy to get transport

Me & my friends stay at the Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa for 3 days 2 night in November 2015.This hotel makes me very comfortable because it was quiet & the room very clean. They provide the drinks, refrigerator & other services. The staff very polite & always show they smile. Everytime we come back to the room i can rest myself very well. The food was delicious for breakfast. There are a lot of stall which you can buy your sourvenier, tshirt, food, currency exchange, bar. On the night this city was alive, a lot of people, music, and you can get easy transport near to this hotel. Or you can walk see the nightlife. It was happening. I will come back to Paradise Hotel & Spa for my next vacation with my friends. If you want the privacy & nice view of the patong city you should choose this hotel. Just the hotel hair dryer can't functioning well but overall its ok.

Nice pleasant stay with friendly staff”

Phuket has been our usual holiday for our family of 4 and we've been to Phuket yearly for more than a decade. Usually, we booked different hotel to experience the different warmness and welcoming gesture from the hotel staff. This time we've booked The Royal Paradise Hotel and Spa for our stay, 2 rooms x 6 days 5 nights. Upon arrival and checking in, we were present welcoming drinks voucher of fruit punch which we could consume at their coffee lounge and due to high tourist traffic, the interconnecting rooms that we've requested for is not available. But the reception staff (Yui and Tik) is very helpful to reserve the interconnecting rooms for us the next day. Kudos to both of them. The buffet breakfast was good with both Eastern and Western style and also a halal section. The pool is amazing with a swim in pool bar which is always crowded with tourists. All in all, the stay was great and thanks Yui and Tik for making it happen. Thank you all the reception and service staff for making our stay a very pleasant and memorable one. God Bless.

High up in Patong Beach ”

Superb view

We have been upgraded to executive room I have no complaint about this. The view is super and I trust there should not be any better hotel than The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa in Patong Beach with such view. The hotel location is right at the centre of Patong beach and accesible to Patong beach and shopping centre with less than a few mins walk. I and my family will definitely choose The Royal Paradise Hotel when I return to Phuket(Patong) the next time round.

Staying in Paradise”

Location & Value for money
Hallway smelt musty

Royal Paradise Hotel at Patong Beach, Phuket is an excellent value for money hotel. It is located centerally to everything in Patong. The beach is only 5 - 10 minutes walk away. Hotel room was clean and room service was efficient. A continential buffet breakfast was included with our package. It was excellent!! The variety was impressive from American to Thai food and it was tasty. Cooks and wait staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Would recommend staying here for value for money. One negative was the hallway smelt musty and after the air conditioning had been on all night it also smelt musty. Room service can be expensive conpared to restaurants.

Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa”

Location, Helpful Front of House Staff, Very good mattresses.

Although the Lobby is under renovation (Oct/Nov 2014) there was very little disturbance to the guests and I was lucky enough to stay on the upper floors (10TH) having a room with a corner balcony, commanding a great view over the Patong Beach area. I did not experienced any of the food at the Hotel so I cannot comment on the culinary merits of the different eateries that the Hotel provides. Nevertheless, in all my stay at The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa in Phuket was very pleasant. I would recommend it to any of my friends.

Very Nice Hotel ”

Big Room with 1 king size bed & 1 single Bed
air conditioner at the lobby must be upgrade

I stay at Royal paradise Hotel from 22/10/10 till 25/10/10, and i stay in the superior royal wing room. at the first time i'm arrived at the hotel and cek in proccesed, is no problem at all ... the hotel staff give us (me, my wife and my little boy) a welcome drink is a 3 glass fruit punch and the drink is very freshness because the weather is so hot at the phuket. till i see the room .... i am so supprised because i get a big room with 2 beds (1 king size bed and 1 single bed) very very clean room... with good amenities, and so the bathroom is very comfortable with separated bath up and shower. breakfast is good , with many food and drink the pool is very very nice pool ... with bar in the middle pool overall is best hotel for me at the phuket, so i will be back at this hotel if i come back again to phuket.

Royal Paradise Hotel”

i like the extra touches they did for my honeymoon, was presented with fruits and some nice touchups creating a pleasant first view on checkin of the room. Was high floor with great sea view.
I wasn't much of a beach fan, but the walk to the beach ain't that far. prices for tours arn't that acceptable.

Royal Paradise Hotel was a pleasant stay, hotel rates are also acceptable. For me and my wife, it was the first visit to phuket, R.P hotel was the tallest hotel and had a great view of the entire phuket surrounding, with continental breakfast which was fantastic too. The room i took was the Royal Suite, was neat & tidy, best of all clean. Toilet seems elegant. Although there isn't much entertainment in the hotel, other than the swimming pools, alot of pubs exists at the entrance of the R.P hotel. 2 Thumbs UP for Royal Paradise Hotel! a great stay for honeymooners or couples!

Great Location and nice room”

good location to explore Pathong area

Me and my friends in a group of 8 was decided to go for our friendship's holiday in Phuket this year. we searched and gathered a lot of information regarding Phuket, the foods and accomodation and we are lucky enough to found The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa for our accomodation during our trip. suprisingly it was more than what we expected with a quite big room and a balcony attached. just a few walk u can find 7/11 which can make ur stomach happy when u craving for supper. the market along the street open until midnight make it so lively at night. its a quite safe area to walk around at night. overall we all having a lot of fun in Phuket and looking forward to stay in this hotel again for our next trip.

Lovely hotel, and very pleasant and friendly staff”

Location was superb, rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfasts were good, staff were very friendly and helpful
Nothing negative

Our stay at Royal Paradise was most pleasant. The location of this hotel was superb as we could walk to the beach every day and also to Bangla road or Jungceylon centre in the evenings. The staff were always polite, friendly and accomodating and were willing to help wherever possible, even when we needed more toilet paper, it arrived at out door five minutes after phoning reception. Our flight back to Bangkok was at night so we booked out of the room at noon, left out baggage in the care of the staff downstairs which was totally safe, and then they allowed us to use the showers at their spa late that afternoon to freshen up after a hot day, before our flight out. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again if I go back to Patong Beach.

Great location, attentive staff.”

The pool area, the Hotel restaurants and the Fountain Lounge Happy Hour.

We stayed at The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa for 21 nights and we enjoyed it very much. Very nice hotel in a great location. A very short walk to Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Markets and JungeCeylon shopping complex. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and ample seating space. The swimming pool area has three beautiful pools. Very well designed with greenery all around, fountains, waterfalls and a swim up bar with seating in the water. The higher level pool flows into the into the lower level pool through a series of waterfalls. The third pool has spa beds to lay on with water jets.

Beautiful resort throughout, with amazing food.”

Amazing views, large room, great service including at pool bar, lovely pool experience with shaded areas as well as areas to get some sun.

We had an amazing time at The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa. We arrived to our superior rooms which had amazing views of the mountains and the town it was great to wake up to each morning. The breakfast provided daily offered everthing we wanted from freshly cooked eggs prepared in front of us to our liking to cereal, fruit, pancake and much more. The resturants had a good selection of European food as well as Thai cuisine. Being only a short walk from the markets, Bangla Road, the beach and many resturants was definately a bonus about this particular resort. When i return to Thailand i will be returning to this resort, it was a big part of my favourite holiday to date.

Nice newly reno room, strategic location, variaties breakfast, courtesy staff service ”

We were staying in Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa. Grand lobby & variaties good breakfast! Staffs are polite & courtesy. They even upgraded my room to Deluxe room on very high floor. I dun like the Deluxe room in 20th floor, as the room atmosphere like antique & toilet is old school. The lifts to 20th floor-- has see through glass where can view the whole city & seaview when boarding the lift. But, i m so afraid of height. it was terrifying me. Initially the staff refused to change the room to the one i booked. After begging for so long.. eventually he agreed to change for me. Ended up with happy staying in this hotel :) If the gym can further improved & swift to better space, plus the timing can be extended to it will be perfect!

great hotel very good service”

location price pool everything

i stayed here with my mother in law and we loved it. it was so cheap for the class of hotel. the staff were wonderful. the breakfast was good except they had no baked beans but the rest was excellent. they have a buffet each night as well in the same restraunt as the breakfast. jung ceylon the main shopping centre was only 5 mins walk and on the same side of the road as the hotel. they had a shuttle bus to patong beach each day. we got upgraded to a deluxe room as our air con kept switching on and off so we stayed first in the paradise wing and then the royal wing. paradise has a better view and is a bit less luxury and the royal view was of the pool and mountains but more modern. overall we loved it here and would definately stay again. it's a lot cheaper booking with agoda than anyone else as well. saving for my next trip already.
