Check-In for hotel room take quite long time. I am travelling with my clients and other colleagues and all of us have the same view that check-in process is taking way too much time compare to other hotels. We all are frequent travellers and have been travelling or stay at hotels in many big city. However, staffs are friendly and helpful.
Great service, excellent location, beautiful hotel.”
We had 3 days at The Royal Park Tokyo Shiodome after a short stay at another hotel in Tokyo and a day at Kawaguchi-ko. We thought we would have a little luxury for the last part of our holiday and this hotel did not disappoint. The rooms were immaculate with great views towards Tokyo Bay. Staff were helpful with our questions regarding transfer to Narita Airport and advice regarding nearby restaurants. The hotel is very near 2 Metro/train stations being right on top of Shiodome station and a 5 to 10 minute walk to Shimbashi station. There are also good dining options within a 15 minute walk and a good udon shop just outside the hotel. Standard rooms are a reasonable size and well appointed as to be expected in a hotel of this calibre. All in all a very pleasant experience for the second half of our Japanese holiday.
Great location for subway to most sightseeing and monorail to reclaimed areas of Tokyo also easy walk to Ginza and fish markets. Good sized rooms , well insulated and quiet. Would stay again. We appreciated the early morning check-in after an all night flight.
Quality Stay in Tokyo!”
My family including my parents who are 70+ and 80+ traveled to Tokyo and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We are all very satisfied with the stay! Room is spacious and clean. There is a toilet light went off but once we communicated with the concerige, they just had it fixed when we went for dinner! The breakfast in awesome and you can choose 1 out of 3 restaurants but we turned out to stay in the same restaurant for 3 days because the food is great and has variety of choice! We chose to stay in twin rooms but not able to face Tokyo tower but a stream and a park which is also a great view! (We can see sunrise at our room too!) The price may be a but higher compared with other hotels in Tokyo but definitely worths it in terms of quality and service!
Great location at Ginza area. Easy access to train and lots of restaurants around the Shimbashi Station. Hotel room is clean and spacious by Japanese standard
Chose this hotel because of its location, we stayed during the weekend but it surely will be a more busy office area on weekdays. Clean room - not big but enough for a short 1-2days stay. WiFi was good. Used their limousine bus service to the airport which was good and worth the money.
superb location - - on direct subway lines to both Narita and Haneda - short walk to JR and 3 Tokyo subway lines - line to Big Sight at the front door - a year's worth of restaurants within easy walk
Best hotel for its location and convenience.”
The location just above the subway and nearby the train station is hard to beat. The facilities are first class and the staff is ever so friendly. Good room size and very clean. Walking distance to Ginza. And the fact that the limousine bus from Narita and Haneda stops at this hotel speaks volume of this hotel. Highly recommended. You will not regret it although its rate are slightly higher. You get what you pay for.
arrived at hotel around 7:30am from airport, suprisingly front desk staff Mr. 石原 let us check in. we fully recharged to continue the rest of our trip., appreciate it very much! We checked in here again after our Hokane trip without hesitation. Friendly staffs and perfect location. Laundry machines is limited waiting long time before our turn.
We had the pleasure of staying at The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Shiodome over Christmas. Before arrival I had emailed the hotel concierge to assist me with a restaurant reservation at a popular sushi restaurant and they were more than helpful with the reservation. Our stay was very pleasant, the beds are extremely comfortable and amenities were well equipped. There are coin laundry machines available for 700 yen which was very useful for our trip. The hotel is minutes away from the JR and subway, and a short walk from Ginza. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel .
Christmas & NY in Tokyo!”
We chose to stay at The Royal Park based on a previous short stay about 2 years ago and were not disappointed! The hotel staff were fantastic and always helpful. The room was clean and relatively spacious by normal Tokyo standards and the location perfect! If you are visiting Tokyo and want to be near to everything but have a quiet relaxed place to come back to then this is the place to stay.
Overall good hotel with excellent service but the location is not ideal especially for tourist. No room service available makes hungry night unbearable. There's one 7-eleven just below the hotel but nothing much to select from except cup noodles.
Great location, loved the room and amenities. Also loved how there was a vending machine and ice machine. It is conveniently located near the station and close to a lot of attractions. Staff are very polite. Food was ok, I wasn’t too crazy about it. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience.
Big Hotel with good size rooms”
In a business area but very close to subway station (Shimbashi) on the Yamanote line. Plenty of food choices in the area. There is airport bus to narita and haneda pick up at the hotel entrance The room charges are a bit pricy though
Stay here everytime when i am in Tokyo”
Visit Tokyo almost every year and everytime will at least spend 1-2 days in this hotel. Remember to choose the room with Tokyo Tower View, although the room with Tower view is a bit smaller. Every morning have a cup of coffee and every night have a glass of wine by the window with tower view have always been great moments for me. The hotel price is quite reasonable, location is really great, can walk to Ginza and Tsukiji Market.
Great view from 38th floor”
The hotel is in a good location and is a short walk to the bright lights of Ginza. Executive floor on level 38 offers spacious rooms with amazing views of Hama Rikyu gardens and the Tokyo skyline. Close to the subway and JR line at Shimbashi station. Breakfast was tasty and they have several washing machines which is convenient if you’re living out of a suitcase for a few weeks. If you’re arriving at Tokyo station get a cab which is 10 minutes and 1200 yen.
Very good location, comfortable condition, customer-friendly services
Loved this hotel!”
PROS: -Beautiful -Lavish -All the amenities -Comfortable -Quiet -Professional -Convenient location CONS: -Far from popular sights -Pricey -No room service All in all, loved this hotel. Great bathrooms, bedrooms, and comforts of home! 5 out of 5 stars overall
This location was perfect! Super close to a station. Not a busy area, very quiet at night. Also we weren't too far away from all the main attractions! The room was awesome too. Spacious enough for me in my friend and the view of the city was breathtaking!
Well located, but small rooms with little storage.”
Located in business district so not many surrounding shops but only 5 min walk to Shinbashi station (numerous interchanges) and only 15 min walk to shopping precint of Ginza. Clean hotel, good buffet. Negative was small room with no storage space.
