Front desk staff was very helpful. Julian resolved our questions or concerns immediately. All staff was great. Clean, amazing view from room I stayed in, great location. I would definitely return just based on the service received.

Stayed for a night just to get away and very happy with our choice. Hotel was clean, staff was super pleasant. Considering covid, and how much of the hotel was actually booked, price still seemed a bit expensive. But worth the value. Great location and would stay here again.

Good enough but unremarkable ”
I suppose my expectations were not aligned with the reality of our stay here. A 4.5 review on Google and a 4-star hotel? Hmmm. The room was small and dusty, furniture and accessories scuffed and dated. Beds were very soft and duvets were just sandwiched with sheets so after some tossing around we were mingling with the bare blanket every previous guest likely touched. And there was no bathroom exhaust fan (or it didn’t work). We asked the front desk to send up a maintenance person to check on it but there was no indication after a second request that it ever happened. The pool is small and too crowded with 4 others in it, and only one of the 2 elevators was working so we would wait for minutes on more than one occasion. On the plus side the price was a good deal and the location was great. A fair 3-star option is more accurate.

It's ok for the price”
The photos look alot better than the place itself. Looks super upscale in the photos. But it's pretty mid. Nice pool though that was the best part of my experience. I was a bit upset that I wanted a nice hot bath. But the water was Luke warm on all the way hot. They don't have a coffee maker in the room either. But if you want a cheap room in a good location for the price and want to take a dip with a nice view it's a decent spot.

Not worth it ”
A day after my stay my account was charged a “Destination Fee”. When I called they said it was for amenities like drinks and snacks. This hotel doesn’t even have a coffee pot in the room . You have to go down to the lobby by 10am to get coffee and they offer bagged chips I believe, all for the low low price of $30 the “Destination Fee.” The location is excellent but I could get better and pay less . Would not book again.

Definitely not 4-star quality”
Despite it being advertised as 4-star, this hotel is more of a 3-star, outdated establishment. Everything is very beige/yellow, giving it a very 90s feel. There are ZERO typical amenities in the rooms- no coffee machine, minibar items, little shampoos and soaps…there isn’t even a hotel book/guide (“due to COVID” according to the front desk gentleman). The fridge is dirty. The phones are dirty and old. Everything just feels so outdated and not brought into the 21st century. Definitely would not recommend.

Horrible place”
We had horrible experience. The front desk people are incompetent. Valet is absent half the time. In a span of 6 days, one day room was serviced. Thank God we checked out and shifted to Westin which was fantastic. Other than the location, nothing is good about this hotel.

Just be aware 74 a day to park. Hotel was nice, pool area clean and viewing deck very relaxing.. close to a firestation so alot of sirens. Walking distance to a lot of sites 30min to parks. 10min for pizza. Avoid jo jos icecream

So we occasionally stay at hotels and we had stayed here twice. My family loves the staff so accommodating and friendly. Also we love the deck and the pool. Location is great as it’s close jewels and a dunkin donuts. The restaurant attached is great for happy hour.
