The hotel is in a great location, close to Wat Pho, local restaurants, convenience store , and the subway. The room is spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. The only downside is that the hotel is right next to the road, so the traffic noise can be quite loud.

I REALLY love this hotel. It's located right Infront of the sleeping Buddha temple and the Royal Palace. Not to mention, it's also located by the Chao Phraya river directly across the Wat Arun. I would say, it's a spectacular location. I love the wooden cabin finish of the room and it's vintage looking bathroom. Has a hip level window in it (but wouldn't recommend you open it while showering unless you feel comfortable with any possible audience). The room also has a balcony that is facing the main road. A hanger out there to dry your clothes(which dries REALLY quick). The restaurant below serves an exceptional Thai food as well with a reasonable price. The staff were also very honest and helpful with tips and directions going about the city. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip. Highly recommended! Peace ✌️

새벽에 체크인을 했는데, 스태프가 친절하게 맞아주어서 무척 고마웠습니다. 우리는 3층에 묵었는데, 계단이 가파르고 좁아 엄마가 힘들어했습니다. 숙소는 전체적으로 무척 깨끗하고 예뻤습니다. 나무로 된 인테리어에서 편안한 느낌을 받았습니다. 물도 잘 나왔고 에어컨도 정상 작동했으며 곤충은 없었습니다. 그 다음 날의 또다른 스태프도 친절했습니다. 숙소 1층의 카페테리아가 아침 일찍부터 영업합니다. 이른 여행스케줄 때문에 간단한 식사를 했는데 맛있었습니다. 가격도 크게 비싸지 않습니다. 다음에도 묵고싶은 숙소입니다. I checked in late, but the staff were very nice to greet me. We stayed on the third floor, and the stairs were steep and narrow, making it difficult for my mother. The hostel was very clean and pretty overall. I felt comfortable in the wooden interior. The water came out well, the air conditioner worked fine and there were no insects. The other staff on the next day was also kind. The cafeteria on the first floor of the property is open early in the morning. I had a quick meal because of the early travel schedule, was good taste. The price is also not very expensive. I would like to stay here next time.

Perfect location with the most important things to visit in old BKK and MRT at walking distance. The owner, Lee, is a thai lady who is welcoming, helpful and fluent english speaking. The hotel ia perfectly clean and has rooms with everything you need for a perfect stay, including a very comfy bed. Wifi works great. The hotel has a little restaurant too where you can get breakfast and delicioua food. This is the best thai hotel i have ever experienced in BKK.....MANY THANKS LEE!!!!!
Fantastic stay in Bangkok”
We stayed here for four night while visiting Bangkok. The hotel is located at walking distance from the metroline (Sanam Chai station). Be advised that there are two buildings, the main building with reception is right at the entrance to the soi, while a second building is inside the soi. We knew this in advance so, we went to check in at the main building. The girl working the front desk then walked with us to the second building. Here is also a service counter in the small cozy lobby. The girl working at this service counter helped to carry our (heavy!) baggage upstairs. Be advised, the building we stayed in, doesn't have an elevator and I am not sure the main building has one. For us, this was not a problem. We stayed in a standard room with balcony. The rooms aren't as luxurious as some other hotels, but they are very nice, with authentic and vintage styling. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helphul, even for Thai standards.
