Excellent hospitality & hotel”
Staffs were very warm & polite & welcoming from the moment we step out of the parking lift. Our favourite part is the complimentary option for in room breakfast, this is setting our expectations high for other hotels now. My request for iron & ironing board was fulfilled promptly. even though we told the front desk we’re stepping out for dinner so they can deliver it later, we later returned to our room with the iron & board already set up. Was very pleased with that. We got some complimentary chocolates as well as we’ve notified that we’re staying for our honeymoon, truly a nice gesture. Location wise is amazing, KLCC, Bukit Bintang is all within walking distance. Foods are easily accessible. Parking is free for hotel guests (you still need to take the ticket, front desk will punch it for you). Bed is very comfortable we slept like babies, soundproofing is great. Only loud occasional noises from hallway can be heard, otherwise it’s quiet. Bathtub is great. Love the minibar & nespresso machine. the snacks provided were very reminiscent of our childhood so we’re very pleased with that. Honestly i don’t think i even want to try other hotels in the golden triangle area now, hoping that the standard is kept as high as we look forward for other stays in the future at RuMa. Highly highly recommended.

BEST HOTEL by far!”
I have been to KL maannnnyyyy times. In a year, i will definitely have a trip to KL at the very least 3 times since 2013. Among all the hotels that I have been too, The Ruma Hotel is THE BEST hotel ever! Everything was flawless! I was already impressed the moment i stepped out of the grabcar which brought us to the hotel from the airport. I booked a deluxe king room for 2 nights. On our first night, our mini fridge was spoilt. Hence, we called for it to be fixed. After 30mins, it was still faulty. As it was 1am, and we needed a fridge to store my daughter's milk, they offered us a new room, a free upgrade! I wasn't expecting an upgrade, maybe an ice pack to store the milk is good enough for the night. But The Ruma Hotel service recovery is TOP NOTCH! Their breakfast were SUPERB! The exact epitome of "ATAS". The room amenities were complete, the room was VERY clean, the location is central to pavillion and klcc & plus point is, late checkout up to 11pm! BEST HOTEL EVER!

The Best Family oriented hotel in Kuala Lumpur”
The hotel welcomed us warmly with some refreshments while waiting for check-in procedures. Rooms are superb with in house minibar available for us (we booked two rooms BTW). Parking space for our cars also good and very clean. Pools also very good and we have a great time dipping in the swimming pool. Staffs are very friendly and assist us when we need assistance. Breakfast are the best for me. Many range of cuisine and the place for breakfast are also very comfortable. On the 2nd day breakfast are in room (due to SOP). The dishes we ordered arrive on time that we requested. It was a pleasant stay there for me and my family. I don't see any faulty in this hotel and will come again for family staycation in KL.

Definitely honeymoon vibes”
Everything is soo lovely. From the moment we entered, the staffs, the aroma and the hospitality of Ruma is so indescribable. Free parking for check in guest. Served us asam boi sparking drink and wet wipes. $300rm need to be given as deposit. We booked Grand King Room and even receive a free shoe shine. Our leather boots are so clean and shiny after many days of riding. We got the 11th floor but no sight of KLCC. The bed is super comfy but the pillows are too soft. Sadly, their TV channels are pretty limited and there is no ironing board & iron in the room. You gotta request for it. Breakfast spread was awesome! We can order ala carte menu from the breakfast menu and served to us just like fine dining. We tried their in house dining food (Nasi Goreng & Char Kway Teow). Not bad. KLCC is about 5-7 minutes walk from Ruma. Wanted to try their in house spa massage but was shocked to see the starting price was about as RM600plus.

Good location, value for money, nice breakfast food”
RuMa Hotel is one of the pricier establishments out there, but you get what you pay for (not sure if you feel the same paying full price without Agoda or direct website promos) with an excellent breakfast (they adhere to SOPs), complementary minibar and water, Nespresso machine and spacious room. It is also located in-between KLCC and Pavilion - not near enough where you can wear 5-inch heels to walk or while carrying 2 suitcases, but near enough to not get drenched in sweat (the walk is sort of uphill). My only suggestions for improvement are to have a mix of thick and thin pillows as I find the overly thin pillows uncomfortable, and the lack of tissues (housekeeping missed this out because the tissue box is inside the drawer and they didn't realise it's finishing - understandable as I don't expect them to stick their hands inside seeing as COVID is still rampant, but perhaps have 2 tissue boxes? One for the living room and one for the bathroom?). Other than these I'm pleased with my stay and would recommend others to stay here again - I would come again myself but I would need to save up for it / wait for a special occasion).

Best 5 star hotel”
So we got upgraded from Deluxe to Grand Room. Thank you very much:) Room was quite futuristic and state of the art design while including a hint of dynasty in it. Very comfortable and will go again. The sink was something new for me. Copper sink, never seen it before. Pillows was quite soft but you can still change by calling the hotel Helpdesk. We had the room dining, food was good but it’s on costly side. Breakfast was one of the best we had. You literally eat like Royals. Overall good place to spend time with family and loved ones.

Perfect in everyway!”
I don’t think I have ever made a review online, but this one is an exception. I am in awe the first time I got in. Firstly, they greet me by my name (I arrive quite late hence they are probably expecting me already), secondly they asked when is my estimated time of departure to see if they could set a late check out...wow. The room itself is amazing, I love everything about it....the cleanliness of the design, the sophistication....bed is comfy, the bathroom is so clean and spotless. Location is so strategic...walking distance to Pavilion shopping center. Lastly, the staff is superb, you cant get better customer service here! I would def come back!

Exceptional”
Exceptionally wonderful. It was my husband's birthday and I have requested the hotel tp arrange balloons and a cake in the room during my booking. When we reached on that day, the room was decorated as requested. Perfect stay and I love the room so much, comfortable and spacious. We had our breakfast in the room and it was presented nicely. We had our six-course dinner at the ATAS restaurant and got a 40% discount when using a CIMB debit card. At lastly, we have our late check out at 6 pm without any charges, we do enjoy to the max. Definitely deserve an exceptional ratings!

Anniversary Stay”
Made arrangements with RuMa via Agoda for our 5th wedding anniversary staycation. Agoda coordinated with RuMa accordingly and the service was excellent even before we checked in. Was gladly pleased with some of the generous upgrades for tea time meals and the mini bar. The room was so beautiful and the staff decorated it with rose petals for the occasion. Housekeeping even responded fast at 1am for a stiffer pillow and two staff came just to deliver a pillow! The whole hotel was an artful delight for the senses and pictures. We also had our scrumptious dinner at The Atas restaurant and was superbly attended by Deva, and again at breakfast. Outstanding service! Felt like we were in a 6-7 star hotel. Amazing experience all the way right til check out. Definitely worth the experience and hospitality. Thank you RuMa and Agoda for making our anniversary so memorable. We will be back again. :)

Had my 10th anniversary staycation here and got free upgrade in room. Love the design and cleanliness of the hotel. Upon checking in, they already know my name and served me with drinks and detailed explanation. The breakfast included were superb. The service is excellent! Love the flexible check in and out time and the minibar! Location wise is just 8 mins walk to pavilion and 5 mins walk to klcc park. In conclusion, everything is perfect!

Hands down to one of the best hotel in KL. In my opinion, even better than some famous hotel group. The hotel is located in a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood within the central city, offering guest a much tranquil environment. For shopping experience, KLCC is just 3 min across the street and another 10 min to reach heart of Bukit Bintang via covered walkway. The service and experience starting from check in is exquisite. Service crew are welcoming and did excellent job attending to every guest. For breakfast, you have the option of either have it in room by filling up the ordering form or buffet style in their restaurant. Breakfast spread is great and food are at a very high quality. Love the entire property design, every corner and edges are carefully crafted. The room is beautiful and comes with complimentary mini bar which is rarely offered even in other luxury hotels. If you are in KL be it long holiday trip or staycation, this hotel should come at the very top.

The staffs were very friendly and spoke in Malay, very good impression. The room very clean and everything provided as they should. Just that for a family with young children, to go for breakfast at the restaurant can be quite hassle, luckily we can opt for the meals to be delivered to room. That’s a good initiative 👍🏻 I just hope that the selections can be more variable and we can choose maybe more qty as we also have toddler with us.

This place has a very comfortable environment.as I enter the building I was welcome a drink and a greet at my footsteps They should mentioned to guest with visitor about the few options of parking validation. 1. First 2 hours Is free if you dine in and additional hours is RM15 per hour 2. A flate rate of RM15 for the whole night if you have visitors who wish to stay later . So I would say, check on your timing you should decided upon your exit. I would give my experience a 5 star review .

Great for staycation”
RuMa Hotel & Residences is really a beautiful place with luxury feel to our stay. The flexi check in check out is a deal maker for us to decide to stay here for our staycation as we don't have to stress out on the time to check and check out. Although during our check in, we got some set back as apparently we have to inform in advance on our check in check out time (we thought the flexi time should be by default as standard package) and was really disappointed after being told we have to check out latest by 1pm. Ali, the staff who attended us did a great job to help to extend our check out time to later evening which is much appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend to everyone looking for a staycation. Just remember to confirm the check in and check out time when do the booking.

Had a staycation with a friend and loved everything about it. We were upgraded free of charge which was a lovely surprise. The room was beautiful- classy modern with unique touches. Super comfortable bed. We loved the pool and bar. Very relaxing. High tea was the best I’ve experienced in KL! Great staff, i felt welcome since the first step into the hotel. Got our welcome drink and wet tissue while waiting for check in. And then for the room itself, was equipped with full minibar. 7 water bottles and then can drinks and coffee machine, you can never get thirsty in the room. Oh and the best part is i get the chance to try the gym and all the equipment is up to date & functional and there is a towel and again free drinks in the small fridge you can take for free. And then for breakfast, there is a buffet & we have been given a menu for a certain food that need to be ordered. I like everything about this hotel and would definitely be back.

Checking in and out was easy, very straight forward. 24hrs of checking in and out! Parking in the basement is absolutely safe with cameras. I would like to suggest that maybe the hotel could add few more cameras at the motorcycle parking lots. In room service was a great experience for me. Price for the food are somehow fair to me. The hotel also serves in room breakfast. I would also like to suggest to have a little bit more of varieties in the breakfast menu. Overall the experience i had throughout my 3 nights of stay in The Ruma was a great experience. Obviously recommendable and would come back again for the great service by the hotel.

Best hotel in town”
The RuMa is my new favourite hotel in town. Location is a plus point, it is within walking distance to KLCC. Staff is superb, they will come out of nowhere to assist you. Extremely pleasant & helpful. You can see that they are very happy with their job. I stayed in the Deluxe King Room, it is perfect for a couple. Very nicely decorated, love the lighting, the blinds, the door (yes the door) Mini bar is complimentary, and also some snacks Love the Santai Bar and ATAS. Didnt get tot ry the UR SPA and SEVEN bar. Highly recommend this hotel and we willl definitely be back!

Booked for besties birthday occasion. Everything was good, the welcome drink refreshing, the room spacious, clean, mini bar everything complimentary, 25% disc for in house guest dining, brekkie included and having in the room....the only thing to improve...hair dryer, need to hold on de button when you blow hair your hair... Is tiring. Beside this, everything was good!
