Very convenient and very clean room. ”
Location was convenient with MTR just across the streets. Rooms are clean and with complimentary coffee, tea and instant noodles provided. Simple breakfast was also available at the lobby area on level 7 daily. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!

Great and relaxing stay”
Loved everything about this hotel. The room we had was just right - not tiny not too big. We still had spaces for 2 big luggage. Although the restroom was big and clean, wished they had bidet though. SImple breakfast is good, special mention to their everyday siomai.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. As always, SABL offers simple but sufficient service and courtesy to its patrons. May we suggest that SABL should replace the toilet seat with a heated one. Same as in Japan, Korea and now even Taiwan. Thank you.

We where very happy with our stay. The hotel was very clean, air conditioning was very good it kept the room very cold. Water pressure was also very good. The location was excellent there was a MTR station very close by just across the street and also a lot of places to eat. The staff was very nice and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and great location. They didn’t top up the water bottles in the room though but overall it was a pleasant experience. P.S. FYI, the last corner room on the 8th floor is bigger but it comes with a handicap bathroom.
We had great stay there. Pretty spacious room , doesnt feels like old hotel, we can choose free complimentary drink or clean up everyday, very near to subway station (maybe around 100mtr?). Overall ,title says it all
Good but can be better”
The place is perfect to stay for a tourist, near to public transport, food and shopping. the rooms are comfortable with the exceptional that the room are very cold - there is no thermostat control to regulate the temperature (an avenue for improvement).
Great location and big room”
1st time staying at the hotel. Location of hotel was pretty convenient; reachable from airport via A21 bus, which is about 45mins to 1hour and walk about 3-5 mins to hotel. Hotel lobby on level 7 and building was easy to find. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is the biggest I have stayed so far in HK and was generally clean but sound proofing of walls were not that good as we could hear people in next room talking. They provide free cup noodles as supper every night and you can boil water with kettle in room or go to hotel lobby to get hot water. Their lobby provide gummy candy, coffee and biscuits too. However, toilet flush was not that good as we had to press several times to flush the toilet properly and hair dryer was not as strong even when I on it to the max so will take quite some time to dry your hair. Some bedsheets and towels were slightly dirty with stains; we got house keeping daily. On the overall, will stay for its good service, value worth and good location.
A hidden gem ”
Location may not be central unlike TST but this place is a hidden gem. It’s near the MTR and near the airport bus stop. Rooms are spacious and there is free water and coffee. Breakfast is light but that’s ok. There are many good food places in the area. Near to mongkok shopping area too!
Basic but clean place to stay in HK”
I stayed while it was low season in HK, so the price was very reasonable. The room was of good size in HK, basic facilities but all clean. Staff friendly and welcoming. Location perfect, close to bus and MTR stations. Only thing I don't like was the toilet, you need to press real hard to flush, for someone suffering from arthritis, it is rather inconvenience. Still, I would recommend this little gem in Kowloon.
Good Location ”
The price for this hotel very worth it. The room space was width compare to other hotel in HKG then I been stayed before. Very clean also. The staff was friendly and they had free coffee and tea pack everyday in room. Even they FREE 2 cup of instant noodle each night when u booked from agoda. Good service. Just only 3 min walk to MTR Station.
Overall, our stay was very pleasant. But the problem we have is with the shower. It takes too long to warm up and thus waste a lot of water. And when it finally heats up - it becomes very hot. Very difficult to control.
Gerar choice for accommodation in HK”
+ Reach by bus from Airport + Near MTR Yau Ma Tei about walking distance + Late night noodle for free + helpful staff + cleaner and bigger room in HK hotel + many options of staying here + close to popular ramen shop - Poor breakfast , only coffee , bread and dim-sum but OK for me - Bedsheet is quite hard.
GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!”
Great hotel in the center of HK (not the island). Close to all the night markets and metro. Good value for money! However, the coffee machine wasn’t working and we had to get an instant coffee in the morning. Overall it was a great place to stay!
Value for money, easy access and spacious room”
This is our fourth time staying in this hotel if no mistaken..room is spacious and you ma tei mrt exit c just opposite the road within 3 min walking. Nearby got many foodies and 7-11 even money changer.. wil give room guests free simple breakfast and instant noodles as supper.. WiFi fast and stable, can keep luggage even after checkout..when I pay visit to Hong Kong, this is my first choice hotel.. there is room for improvement not all staffs are friendly, some staffs are helpful some just show working face..housekeeping is friendly but they start cleaning room around 10am.. keep it up! Worthy of money , wil choose same hotel as well for next visit to Hk...no doubt!
- Great location, very accessible (few mins’ walk from MTR station). Many food and shopping options, pharmacies, bus stops nearby. - Big bed, and room was very big for a hotel in HK. This is very unlike many HK hotels where there aren’t even enough space to walk or open your luggage comfortably. - Room, bed and toilet were clean. Room has everything you need. - Only con is the lack of soundproofing. Snoring / talking from the adjacent rooms can be heard clearly. - Overall a great hotel, highly recommended if you aren’t too sensitive to sounds.
Big & clean room. Could not ask for more!”
Hotel located just right opposite Yau Ma Tei MTR and there was a direct bus to airport just opposite the hotel (A20 & A21) which was super convenient! Room was big compare to many of the Hong Kong hotel, clean and safe. And provided late night snack, light breakfast and water dispenser for in house guest as well! Will definitely return if I travel to Hong Kong again! Thanks for everything.
I’ll come back agian. Value money”
The place is very close to the MRT Yau Ma Tai exist C. We can walk to Mongkok (Nathan road) along the road with many shops. If you come with older, you can request the room with facility for older especially the bath room. Room are quiet big for Hong Kong in value money. Around the hotel has many shop and restaurant such as Sushi take out, Congee, 85 Tea, 7/11, Yoshinoya etc.
Good location in Kowloon, close to Temple Street market. Staff are friendly and well spoken making check in very easy. Room was comfortable with a good size for Hong Kong, not much space for storage but okay. The breakfast is a token gesture as they don't really have a large space for a breakfast room, bread and coffee isn't breakfast. Just drop the breakfast .
The room is a little small however it is clean. It is one block off of Nathan Rd. The front desk staff is friendly except for one lady that works at night could use customer service training. She does not smile. All of the other front desk staff is very nice, pleasant and professional. This is why I had to give it a 4 star instead a 5 star. Breakfast is very simple (bread, congee and coffe/tea) and the same every morning. There is no money changer or even if you need change. It is a simple hotel however it worked for me. I will stay again.
